We purchased our home last summer, and the yard was a jungle all over. My husband and I spent…read moremonths of weekends trying to clear the yard, but felt like we were just scratching the surface. We did manage to cut things back in the late fall, but we knew we needed to do more or things would end up a mess again. I contacted MetroGreenscape after being ghosted by another landscaping company and they have been nothing but incredible. Tina was very responsive and got us set up with an appointment for Sean to come out and give us a quote quickly. Sean was early to the appointment, professional, and really knows his stuff! We discussed working in phases due to the amount of work we have to do, and they are completely happy to work with us on that. Sean gave us a quote to clear the front, back, and side yards, lay pine straw, and install drainage - y'all his guys got it done in one day! We are so happy and amazed and the work so far and can't wait to continue working with Sean, Tina, and the rest of MetroGreenscape! They've been very communicative, and explained everything they are doing clearly to us and are just great!!

Terrible experience working with this company. I signed a relatively large contract and immediately…read moreregretted it. The project manager, Justin, promised a ton without delivering. Had to have a second company come and help because they flat out refused to help with landscaping, saying "that's not my job" and "that's not my department". It's a landscaping company but they turned it into a super mediocre construction job, which is not what I was going for at all. I would definitely go with a different company, Dala Casa was extremely helpful and came out to fix all the stuff they didn't do. They also promised "color and height and asymmetrical landscaping", then planted 9 white flowering plants in a row in front of my house, removing all the color and leaving it looking boring and dull. It's a brand new home and really bummed me out. Add the fact that the design fee was $1000 and I don't really know what I paid for. Requested berry bushes and fruit trees, but that was forgotten. Justin "knew a guy" for all the requests and projects, but none of them ever materialized. Then, his assistant promised she'd be "boots on the ground all week making sure things get done" after I contacted them about how unsatisfactory the job had been and she never even bothered to show up. Really disrespectful for a such a large contract. John who assisted with my porch/stairs was very helpful, but the company they contracted with for the stair fabrication was super mediocre with poor finishes and a confusing layout

We commissioned Rick and his team to design and build a covered patio for our home in the Steele Creek area. The concrete team that poured our patio was friendly and quick and did a good job matching a new identical patio to the right of the one supplied by the home builder. We also asked for custom footers to be installed so we could get a larger roof added. The framers were fast and professional - and did an amazing job in record time. The electrician (Victor) that wired the fans was personable and professional. We also had custom columns built with boxed in footers around each base to allow us to wrap our own stone tile as a DIY project. RCB is very good at adapting to custom requests and allowing homeowners to incorporate DIY elements to save costs.

I hired Havana's General Contractors for a residential renovation project. Unfortunately, my…read moreexperience was very disappointing. The project was not completed despite substantial payment being made. At the time work stopped, several contracted items remained unfinished, including: * Sink and plumbing connections * Hot water connection to washing machine * Electrical service to hallway, laundry room, and Tesla charger * Shower glass and tub filler installation * Caulking and finish work Final payment was requested before completion of these items. Shortly afterward, the contractor terminated the project in writing while unfinished work remained. Due to incomplete plumbing and electrical work, I have had to seek additional contractors to correct and finish the project. I recommend that homeowners verify licensing status, permits, and project completion terms carefully before entering into an agreement.
