There I was standing and waiting while 3 female staff workers were chatting away. Ignoring me. I stood there patiently waiting till, someone would at least ask me if I needed help. SOMETHING. So one of the guys that was with a customer at the cash register, says to them "you have a customer" One of the females looks at me and shrugs her shoulders. I am about to ask for the manager when the guy was done ringing his customer, comes to me and ask me if he could help me. I got what I needed and left.

I have had good luck here. I love that the tires have a warranty and they are always able to help me fix them. I did spend over $1k on new rims and now 3 years the chrome has faded and splotchy, which is sad and ugly but what can you do I guess? They got me in right away and told me my tires were shot and not safe to drive at all. Didn't doubt them as the were the original tires from when I bought it a few years ago.
