I didn't have a good experience with all secure. System broke down and I couldn't get their office to call me after leaving several messages. Lonnie Johnson ( supervisor) was combative when I gave him information regarding my service. Found out later that all secure were partnered with central security. I had been thinking about getting a security system for our house, noticing that our neighbors had been starting to get them. Angelo Q., a representative for All Secure happened to come by our house at the right time and gave an excellent presentation on what his company had to offer. Angelo was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He listened closely to my concerns and questions, and addressed each fully and appropriately. I appreciated that he disclosed all costs, even the one the City of San Diego charged to have an alarm security system (I was outraged at that one, but All Secure has nothing to do with it), to make sure I understood all my obligations if I decided to go with his company. I appreciated that I did not feel pressured in anyway by Angelo, and when I said I needed time to discuss the matter with my husband first, he graciously deferred, letting me know he was at our disposal should we decided to go with All Secure. We decided to go with them based on the benefits of the security system that they offered. We just had the system installed. Their technician Eddie arrived timely for his scheduled appointment and great about working with us to minimize the interference of the system's components, and yet still maximize the security provided. When we bought a house in January, we decided to get an alarm system but had no idea how to go about getting one. I found 3 different alarm companies on Yelp and asked for competitive bids. Though all 3 salesmen were really nice and provided a lot of information, Michael from All Secure really took a lot of time to walk around my house (both inside and outside) to make sure he could provide a well thought out estimate. He was also the only guy to mention the requirement of getting an alarm user permit through the police department. Once you meet Mike, you'll quickly feel at ease with his expertise, knowledge and years of experience that really puts him far and above the other companies. We've had a couple of questions since the alarm was installed and Michael has always been quick to respond. He's not one of those guys that disappears after you sign the agreement. So glad we went with this company for our home and business. These guys are true professionals, from the day they showed up to our appointment, to the install, and the customer service after my security system was in place. Our sales rep was very knowledgable and thorough. When our installer came he made sure my husband and I knew how to work our security system( we even have an app for our smart phone to make sure arming our system is easy) . I liked these guys so much that I had them set a system for my business as well. I was looking for a local company to secure my house and business and since we live in Murrieta there wasn't many choices. I kept getting bombarded with calls from ADT and mailers every week from them which really turned me off about going with them as my security provider. It was borderline harassment. I have had to have one service call and they were out here the next day (exactly why I wanted to go local). Their monitering rates are affordable and I love that I got all the upgraded features at no additional cost like the app and the two way voice. The other companies I looked into all wanted to charge more for that. There's so many security companies you can chose from these days but I think what matters most (to me) is what a company provides after the installation and after you sign a contract, things like prompt customer service, a lifetime warranty (which is included with this company !!) on all equipment , and I love that they promise to never raise my monitering rates... After a break in at my home, I researched local alarm companies and thanks to Yelp I found All Secure. I sent a notification through their website on a Saturday night and received a call on Sunday afternoon to discuss my needs. I had honestly expected a call on Monday or Tuesday (another local security company contacted in the same manner did not call me until Wednesday). During the walk-through of the home, they were very good at minimizing the number of sensors needed (and my cost) while providing the maximum amount of coverage. After agreeing on the system, they offered to install it the next day which was sooner than I had expected. The installer was knowledgeable and very receptive to my preferred control panel placement. He did a thorough demonstration of the system and confirmed during and at the conclusion that we understood everything. They are not a typical company that invests a bunch of money in advertising and then rip their customers off for their own costs. The staff is extremely considerate and understand your needs without pressuring you into a purchase or commitment. After posting this review, I was contacted by a representative of All Secure explaining that our service was not monitored by All Secure. The monitoring service is called Central Security Group, and they are the company that is responsible for the monitoring of the system and the "automatic" one year contract extension. All Secure immediately dispatched a service technician (Ron) to our home to check and make sure we were online and that everything was working correctly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it up in running in about an hour. Our review of their service is awesome. read more

All Secure has been the greatest help to me on two occasions!!! Right after I had new windows placed in my house they promptly came to replace my security connections to keep my system up and ready. Just got into a new place and i was I took a couple prices for a home security. My salesperson Beverly was accomodating and went into depth about all the equipment, how the call center works, warranty, and most importantly the alarm permit that needs to be filed with the city.
