UPDATE 2: About 3 years ago, All Secure has installed a security system at my residence. Things I learned: 1. All Secure is just a dealer for the Central Security Group. All Secure will do an initial installation but that's about it in terms of support 2. If you ever need to deal with a Central Security Group customer support you will be frustrated. Empty promises, false info. Be persistent and you will get what you want, but it may take several phone calls 3. There will be a time when your security system will have to be adjusted. Examples may include, a front panel may go bad or a fire detector may stop working. A Central Security Group may try to charge you $25 for a service call. Fight back hard and you will not be paying this fee. Note, an All Secure may or may not be a company that will service your system. 4. Its very easy to add your own remote controls for the home alarm system. Don't even tell a Central Security Group that you have it, otherwise, they may charge your extra. 5. DO NOT get a security system from All Secure if you plan on moving within a year. You will be charged for a de-installation (at the old place) and reinstallation (at a new place) 5. Your home insurance company will give you a good discount if you have an active, managed by a dispatch team, burglary and smoke alarm system. You will be prompted for some docs to prove it BONUS: during the installation of an alarm system, insist on getting a Verizon cell chip. This will reduce a number of "no communication" messages on your panel. read more

I called 3 different companies, and after reading the YELP reviews, called All Secure. Spoke with the sales agent on Thursday, and she came by on Saturday. I am usually weary of on-site sales agents and their pushy sales tactics. However, I found the rep (Beverly) to be nice, laid-back, informative, and knowledgable. They do want you to sign that day, if the rep was upfront the whole time about the cost, contract terms, etc. and since I had done my homework, I felt comfortable signing up. Really for the amount of equipment you get, and the Home Insurance Discount, the net cost of having the peace of mind is quite low. So far so good, All Secure. Installers will come out on Monday. I had this security system installed for about a year now and it has not worked about 90% of that time. Every month I throw away $54.95 for a security system that is never online and obviously does not provide any security for my home or my family. I've called multiple times and their fixes are very temporary and never lasts. I called to cancel today and they said they would charge us the full amount for the remaining 13 months of our contract. They are not willing to take responsibility for a faulty system and won't let us get out of this useless contract without ripping us off further. I've spent over $600 so far in absolutely nothing. Everything in the reviews here is true. This company is great. Beverly gave a comprehensive run down of everything all secure had to offer and took here time answering questions. It was even her birthday celebration with her family and she would not leave until we were satisfied with everything. One of the sensors started pulling away from the window and all secure came out and fixed it for free. They even called to make sure we were happy with the work.
