I would not trust this company! I will follow up with more details, screenshots of my conversations/emails... but wanted to warn the general public about this company. I was working with Dean who has completely ghosted me. I initially contacted them in March because I need to fix an opening in my roof that was created by raccoons. I was told that I was on the "top of the list". I trusted them and did not contact any other roofing companies. It is now July and Dean either does not respond or makes an excuse. I reached out to All Roofs after I noticed some water damage in the corner of our living room, most likely ice damming from the bad storms we had this year. Not only did Dean come out and inspect it right away, but he was also able to tarp the roof so it didn't cause any more interior damage. I can't say how thankful I am to Dean for being so flexible and patient with our insurance company because they were not the easiest to work with. Luckily he got them to cover the entire thing! Thanks to Patric & Peter at All Roofs for fixing a nasty leak caused by all the snow & the resulting ice dams! Within days, they were up on the roof, stopping the melting snow from turning into water & coming through the ceiling, and then fixing the inadequate waterproofing & the bent & damaged flashing. Long review. Summary: It is a good decision to work with All Roofs. I live in Morton Grove and we had a hail storm in 2020. Initially I was not planning on filing a claim, however after seeing my surrounding neighbors all have their insurance companies come out to check their properties, I followed suit. Because I had waited quite a bit before filing my own claim I had a chance to see the various roofing companies complete repair work to properties surrounding me. I liked what I saw with All Roofs, and had them come and do an inspection. (Side note, I'm glad I did have the roof repaired because even though after the hail storm the shingles still looked fine, as per the prediction form my All Roof inspector, they rapidly deteriorated and shingle granules were coming down my downspouts after each rain storm). All Roofs acted as the intermediary coordinating every thing with the insurance company. I was fortunate in that Paul was assigned to my property and he really took the time to meticulously identify all the damage and submit detailed reports to my insurance company. This resulted in a very comprehensive payout. Due to it being late in 2020, I postponed the actual repair work till spring 2021. All Roofs offers a broad range from various roofing manufacturers. This is great, however it also puts the onus on you to do your own homework and make sure you choose a shingle of your liking. I did so and Paul provided his input and advice. On the day of the actual roof repair an amazing crew showed up very early, just after 6AM. They immediately started getting ready and by 7AM the work started. Throughout the day I could see their progress and no shortcuts were taken. Between the right and the fast way, the right way was consistently used. (Again, take the time to read up on what is supposed to be done each step of the way. The shingle companies themselves also provide detailed guides on how their shingles should be installed). By the end of the day my home and garage were done. I chose for the process not to be rushed and as such it took time. You have to make sure to check in with whoever All Roofs assigns to you and be involved. read more

I had issues with my roof partially due to water & wind damage. I contacted a number of roofers and got estimates. I ended up going with "All Roof" because they said they could get the roof repair covered by insurance which to their credit they did. I had water leaking on the inside of my house which was causing water damage. Even knowing this it took the roofer 6 weeks to come out to my house and do the work. They replaced the roof (complete tear off & replacement). You would think All Roof's roofers would have spotted 2 holes in the roof where the dormer in the back meets the roof. I realize that this didn't fall within "All Roofs" scope of work, but DON'T YOU THINK THE ROOFER SHOULD HAVE SPOTTED THE HOLES & let me know that there was a potential problem? In fairness to "All Roof" they did do a good job on the roof & it was covered by the insurance as promised. read more

I was recommend to ALL ROOFS INC. through my uncle who had recently had their roof replaced by them through insurance and Patrick Strisovsky from ALL ROOFS INC. is hands down the most pleasant and professional person to deal with start to finish. I had some storm damage which other companies had told me I didn't have a snowballs chance in hell of getting covered, so at first I was a bit sceptical, but within less than 10 minutes of being on the roof, Patrick said, "I can definitely get you covered for a full roof replacement" and in that little amount of time he had numerous photos to back it up. He worked directly with my insurance so I didn't have to & on top of not having to pay a penny, he also didn't ask me for the deductible that my insurance subtracted from the total. He was very quick with responding to my millions of questions through text and even at times when I knew I was bombarding him, he always responded promptly and professionally and he never gave off the vibe that I was bothering him in the slightest. During the install, the crew was early and got straight to work with no hesitation. They were quick and efficient and clean and the house looks great. I definitely will be recommending him and his company going forward and I will use them again in the future for sure. read more

We hired All Roofs in Schiller Park to replace wood covering our back porch and replace all shingles on the house and install new gutters.They did a terrible job....very shotty craftsmanship. The shingles are hanging over into the gutters and now bending toward the gutters. The porch does not have an incline so water is sitting on the shingles seeping into the wood again, the gutters brackets are half way connected. And there is also so much caulk or melding material n the corner of the gutter....that rain cannot pass through. I have been calling since April 2020 to get them to come out and fix this issue. Most times they don't respond to their calls. When I do get ahold of them...they give me a run around. It is now July and I have still have yet to get them to fix the issues. I will never go with this company again.!!!!! read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would! First business encounter, we contacted All Roofs because we had hail damage after a storm. The company handled everything with the insurance company and was able to get our roof covered. They did an excellent job and the roof looks great! Second encounter, we had hired someone to reinstall an attic fan and the roof was leaking as a result. The owner, Dusan, sent someone out IMMEDIATELY to fix our roof! Talk about customer service! The roof was fixed quickly and was billed at extremely fair price. The third encounter was this past week. Our roof began to leak water in our ceiling. We contacted Dusan for assistance. He indicated that he was not able to come till the next day as all his roofers we booked. We agreed, however we were nervous as more rain was expected. Next thing we know... Dusan was at our door that day, identified the issue (tree branch had punctured the roof) and fixed the problem. Thanks Dusan!!! Bottom line: quality work, extremely professional, exceptional customer service. read more

So I was contacted about 2 months ago by the son of the owner of All Roofs who said he wanted to fix my roof finally. He seemed very nice and respectful, his dad on the other hand is a complete jerk. He got on the phone one day while me and the son were talking about when they would come and do the repairs and started calling me a lair saying I got my roof fixed a long time ago and that he had my file in front of him, only to later say oh let me go find your file (took a day and half to find, but yet he had it in front of him). Anyway the son contacted me a few days later and said his dad got me mixed up with another customer and that he wanted to fix my roof. I sent him pictures of all the damage inside that was caused by the leak and expected them to fix it since we talked about all of that. Fast forward to 2 weeks later two guys came with 4 tubes of caulk and a caulk gun to supposedly fix the roof. How do you fix a large roof with 4 tubes of caulk. When I told them I was not signing off on anything to remove my review unless everything was repaired they said they were not doing anymore. So needless to say I will never be removing this review, if you are going to ask your customers to see you in a better light as a company do what you are suppose to do to make things right. I would never recommend this company to do any work and especially the father. Update 1.3.2018 I have some people doing work on my house right now and they found shingles that were left/put in my vent pipe for my stove. So needless to say this company is absolutely horrible and I do not recommend them or their subs. read more
