When I got there, felt great with the a/c blasting, there were about 3 people ahead of me, but I was out of there in about 15-20 mins. A lot faster service than I expected! If there was room to rate below 1 this place would fall into that category... came in on a Saturday around 2pm... lot empty with no car in service, came into lobby where this guy was on his phone... saw me coming in and immediately turned the other way??? Asked if they had room for smog check service... he said " well the technician is on lunch and not back until 3:30lm"... I asked so can I still bring my car in for service... stated, " come back around 3:30pm"... I asked so do I need to fill anything out?? He said no. I asked how much, he stated " ummmm somewhere around 40 something ..." I asked how much is it exactly and does it include digital transmission to dmv?... he said not sure???? I asked this guy... " can you show me the price on paper... he said don't have one??? I asked him, so are you making these prices up???? Waited until around 2:50pm and saw the technician come back and asked was I still able to bring my car in for service but needed to check in and fill out paper works??? I said... this guy inside told me to wait while I noticed several people coming in and out... he said to wait???? So I basically waited for nothing and the people that kept on going in and out were checking in ahead of me..... I don't recommend going here...... read more

Don't truest these guys, when you call in they say 38 bucks on the phone, but really not when you get in there. So don't hand them the keys right away! They will pull your car in in a hurry. My first car passed smog he says, just barely lol wtf. I asked him why and he couldn't give me an answer to that either lol. So I tell him that I put the whole car together telling told him what was wrong with it and he tells me it's not lol funny that I even asked a smog tech lol. Then my second car went in for a smog next. He tells me everything went well but he points and shows me what part is wrong, telling me it's not the original part lol, so I asked him what's so wrong about it??? He couldn't tell me more then it's not the same original part. So I talk to the man, that adapter does nothing but let air through the MAF and tube together I tell the guy. I was hoping he would pass me for a small plastic tube with no mechanical value what so ever. So I couldn't go back for there sake, god knows what I would do for there stupidity of knowledge. So I sent someone else to do it for me, when he got there they told him it was a air leak!!! Wtf they didn't tell me that!!!! That is fundamentally different from a original part and a air leak. They lost a great customer who needs smog check for my clients every day. Some people like these guys, but what will they do when you hit a wall and they don't know the information as a tech? Came here on Saturday, 9/21. Hours said business opens at 8am. By the time the 1st worker showed up, Omar, it was around 8:10am. When he got there, he didn't have the key(s) to open the office/garage. I left, along with another customer who was waiting (there were 3 of us waiting at the time) before 8am. Well to start off they did not open on time (8am) and then needed 20 minutes to get computer Calibrated. Went in with no engine light on and failed smog because engine light mysteriously came on however everything passed emissions. My engine light has not been on since I left All Pro Smog. So I took it for a $90.00 diagnostic and not a thing wrong with vehicle. Also technician could not get engine light to come on even while running smog test. Spoke to the state and said that I definately need to file complaint. I am filing complaint! So unhappy they just cost me $130.00 and the owner will not speak to me via phone. The employee who said he was the manager said they couldn't have done anything wrong. Never going back! read more

Just got a smog check today at All Pro Smog. There was no wait, the owner was cordial and very efficient. I've lived in Tracy 9 years and didn't know this place existed. It is right behind the paint store and Good Will near Tracy Blvd and Grant line. Plenty of parking. Initially the cost was $66.75, plus $8.25 for the Certificate, less a $4.00 discount, for a total of $71.00. When I inquired if this was a comparable rate with other smog shops, the owner let me use a coupon worth $30. Took the cost down to $53.00 This is a much better price than the Speedee Oil smog check down the street on Grant Line. Although they only charge $56 for their smog check, the wait time is horrendous! It is worth the extra $3 to go to All Pro Smog! read more

I took my 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT to get smogged and to my surprise it DIDN'T PASS!! Jamal was very professional and let me know that my aftermarket dealer installed K&N air intake kit was missing the EOD verification sticker and that is the only reason why it didn't pass.. I was thinking great...How do I get it I asked? Jamal told me what I needed to do and that he would give me the companies phone number... I was very appreciative but very irritated as you can imagine... I stepped out of the office to answer a phone call (I was on the phone less that 10 min) when I returned Jamal asked me to take a picture of my engine compartment and my Vin # on the driver side door and email it to the shop...I said for what? he said don't worry sir I have you covered! Within 10 min Jamal had contacted K&N figured out what I needed and emailed them the pictures I sent him, and now I have my EOD tag being delivered via UPS in two days!!! Jamal knew my registration was due in 14 days and told me as soon as I receive the tag, to come back and he will perform a retest and I will have plenty of time to get my registration in on time...All I can say is WOW!!!! That's AMAZING!!! Jamal you have demonstrated and truly define the word customer service! I can't Thank you enough...I hope you get the recognition you deserve! I recently came in to get a smog check on his car. I was so pleasantly surprised by the service I got! Usually I feel that dealing with getting a smog check is a really big hassle and I dread when I have to go get one done. This was honestly the first time that I felt the whole thing was hassle-free. I was in and out in no time at all, and the customer service was great! I walked out with all the necessary info that I needed, but not with a bunch of excess info that I didn't. They took care of submitting my smog paperwork to the DMV for me and now I have nothing else left to do!
