In addition, my floor pattern was discontinued. The stair nose on our step from the kitchen to the family room was cracked badly, ready to break off and needed repair. After reaching out to a few other companies who wouldn't even return my call, I was frustrated. I met Don the owner when he came out to do some work for my employer. He took a look at the photos I had and asked me to come down to Precision to see what we could do about matching a different piece of stairnose. He ordered the piece of stairnose for me and a week later sent Eduardo out to do the install. Eduardo showed up a few minutes early which was refreshing. He was very professional answering all of my questions and addressing concerns. He did an outstanding job on the install. Suren was one of the few contractors that was willing to bid on the floor replacement in our 4600…read moresq ft home - about 4000sq ft of which got replaced with SPC. We have a massive amount of furniture, and others flat out refused, asking us to contract a separate company to move all our property before they would replace the floor. We did not want to move out, especially because of our pets, and also because of delicate musical instruments that would not do well in storage. Suren's crew came through, packed, and moved all our furniture back and forth, one floor at a time - except for the instruments, for which we contracted someone else to move them between rooms. We had purchased our material from Lago. There was an issue early on with it not matching the samples. Suren removed the installed material at no extra cost. There were delays as a result while we waited for material replacement. There were also very significant cost overruns due to unforeseen leveling and additional plywood, compared to the original estimate. Nevertheless, the quality of the work was such that I would still recommend Sweet hardwood in a heartbeat.
