I can't thank Rex and his team enough for the work they did on our house; we had a bit of a tricky situation with our house being on the same slab as our neighbors, and Rex did such a good job of coordinating both jobs at once. I had talked to a few foundation companies prior to this, and All Pro were by far the most professional; and honestly; their prices are good IMO. I can't begin to express my trust & confidence in All Pro Foundation....and didn't even use them!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I bought my home because 44 piers were installed by All Pro in 2014. I just installed 22 more since the home's level is back to pre-pier installation readings. One would assume if 44 piers were indeed installed, my foundation company would randomly encounter the existing piers. They only encountered TWO! One had a single round pier below the block used for the jack lifting. The other just had the jacking block and the two round piers above. Neither were touching the foundation. No wonder the house sank back to original levels in 10 years! Since buying the house, I have discovered that All Pro is the flippers favorite because they just do enough for the house to pass inspection for sale. I should have known their work would be shoddy when, just after buying the house, I was informed they would not honor their "lifetime warranty" because the owner that bought the house from flippers did not transfer the warranty. Their warranty has a litany of other reasons not to stand behind their work - excessive rain (we live in TX!!) and not having a proper foundation watering program (how do you prove that even with my drip line watering system?). I had steel transitional piers installed outside and 6 all steel piers installed inside for what All Pro charged for a half ass job 10 years ago. I'd give 0 stars if I could. read more

First off, we had an awesome experience with Rex. He was open and honest about our issues, and it didn't hurt that their bid came back less than some of the other places. We had 36 piers put in total, 10 of those were in the house. This was a big job. They said it would take 2 days and my wife and I was very skeptical. However, they were done with all the piers and clean up on day two, I was shocked. I though there was no way all that dirt and stuff was going to be gone and cleaned on that 2nd day, it was though. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating on where the holes were going in the house if possible. We were able to save several tile spots and access the beam through another room which saved on more tile replacement. The crew was nice, Rex kept in touch through the whole thing and explained things well. Although this was a major undertaking, having to move almost everything out of our house for this job, they did everything they could to make it smooth. Rex has even been in touch after the project to see how things were going. I would highly recommend All Pro for your foundation issues. For future knowledge, do get all you can out of the house if you need piers done inside. Got a recommendation from a friend. Had them come out and give us a bid along with two other foundation companies. We are pier and beam, old boise d arc piers. They were the middle of the road on price between the three, and best options for leveling. Remember - this is North Texas Clay soil and out home is over 100 years old. They did a great job!! What sold me, was when one of the owners came to my house on a Friday at 5:30PM and spent an hour explaining foundations to me, and how they lifted the house, and what he felt they could accomplish with only doing the exterior piers (engineer recommended some interior ones). We had a great experience on our recent foundation repair with All Pro. For reference - We had 21 helical piers installed; two inside and 19 outside. From arrival to departure, the foundation crew was onsite for 6-and-1/2 hours and took a 30 minute lunch break. Most of that time was spent in prep and clean up. The installation of the piers and lifting the house went very quickly - maybe 30 minutes total. Step One: Move all furniture away from the work area. Side note - realize that you really should clean behind your furniture more often, so quickly clean before the work crew arrives. Step Two: Wonder if your foundation might go back into alignment naturally from the weight of all of your furniture in a different part of the house. Also: Realize that this is an excellent time to purge the crazy things that you've kept for far too long (like that 1999 hardback edition of Roget's Thesarus). Step Three: Take a final glance at your landscaping as you once knew it. In our case, wonder how much worse it can look than it already does. (You'll regret that question later.) Step Four: Goodbye holly bushes. We were going to remove those within the next few months anyway, so we opted to have the foundation crew cut them out rather than dig and replace. Step Five: Make sure you verify where they should be drilling before they start drilling. Our sales rep forgot to write down that we wanted the porch-side piers installed from the inside of the house rather than through the brick of the porch itself. At least we stopped it before they went further than the two starter drill holes... Step Six: Protect the tile entryway and pull back the carpet and padding. Fight the temptation to pull the carpet out altogether - even though we're going to do something different with our flooring within the next 12-18 months, the carpet will be nice, even in its old worn-out state, for the interim. Step Seven: Make sure you put any pets in the house far from the action. Jackhammering sounds like gunfire. Step Eight: Realize that you shouldn't have worried about cleaning. Step Nine: Meanwhile outside, similar holes are being dug (without the jackhammer and dirt thrown around the interior of the house) along the foundation at points identified by the engineer. Step Ten: Pier installation. A machine helps drive the piers in. Step Eleven: After the piers are installed and the house is lifted (the crew measures as they go to make sure it's being adjusted correctly), the crew cleans up and fills in the holes. But surprise (or maybe not) - the concrete has to cure for two days before you can replace the padding and carpet. If you're thinking of letting your pets out and about in the house, beware of doing it too soon because you may end up with little pawprints in the concrete. (They are very cute, by the way.) We quickly learned that we had to keep the boys locked up until we could put the carpet back after one of our kittens jumped onto a carpet tack and left a blood trail throughout the house. Kittens just aren't careful or graceful enough to stay safe. Part of the final clean up was putting all of our holly bushes in the back yard and stacking them according to our city's guidelines for collection. Buyer Beware: We had AllPro come out in the summer of 2020 they gave us an estimate and commented that our pier and beam home was very muddy under the home but did not require a plumbing test at that time, they said get some gutters when we are done. They placed 15 piers and shimmed up the doors etc. At the time we did 3/4 of the home and were told to keep an eye on the optional kitchen area. We got the gutters and then the plumbing test and there were several leaks under our home which we had fixed. When the ground beneath the home dried out the house was not level and we asked if our "lifetime" warranty would cover resetting the doors they said no. So this July, July 2022 we had them out again to give an estimate for the final 5 piers and leveling up the home. The estimate we were given was $500 more than what we paid in 2020 for 15 piers and labor. Today Rex called to explain the pricing, estimate, and warranty to me. The cost is the same whether I need 15, 5 or 1 pier. The shims for the doors are not covered in the warranty only the outside perimeter of the home. So if it falls off the piers we are covered, anything else we are not. Several things are wrong with this company and their practices. First if a home is all muddy underneath tell the home owners there maybe a leak, not go ahead and do the work which will could be unnecessary. Second let them know the all or nothing pricing. One pier or 15 same price and by the way your interior isn't covered only the outside. Honesty goes a long long way in business, AllPro should give it a try. THIS COMPANY GETS TWO STARS ONLY BECAUSE OF ITS CONTRACT. My wife and I have been working to the point of getting our foundation fixed over the last couple of years. On a referral, we contacted All Pro. Arlon Hill worked with us and helped us through a plumbing leak and determining exactly what we need to move forward. We were all scheduled to have them out to install 11 piers when I reviewed their contract. In the fine print on the back, the contract provides that All Pro is NOT responsible for the actions of its employees in performing the work. They damage your property as part of the installation - too bad. They damage your personal property while installing interior piers like we were purchasing - too bad. I asked them to take that language out of the contract and the company refused. It is a shame. Arlon Hill was extremely nice and forthright. I also believe he was genuine. As an attorney, I just can't overlook a contractor that trys to limit his responsibility for the actions of his own employees. Be careful of entering into a contract with All Pro. We hired All Pro Foundation after our Appraiser found a crack in our wall and we were advised we needed to take care of this issue before we could move any further with our process. Rex with All Pro Foundation responded to me after hours and showed up the next day to inspect my home. Needless to say I was surprised. I am an independent Adjuster and deal with contractors on a regular daily basis and usually they give you the run around. Not this Company. Rex and his team went above and beyond for us to fix our foundation issue. His crew came out one week later to stabilize and lift our home with piers and finished within the same day. Nothing Pro about these clowns.... I purchased a home and was told that there was a transferable warranty from All Pro. I made several calls to verify the warranty with All Pro and was eventually given a verbal confirmation that the home has foundation warranty. After closing I contacted All Pro to transfer the warranty and was transferred over to the "Transferring Department" where I spoke to a rude gentlemen who adamantly informed me that the home I purchased does not have a warranty to transfer. I couldn't get anywhere with All Pro so I pushed the responsibility to the seller and sellers agent to resolve the issue. Documentation provided did show that the seller applied for the warranty but had to do a 3 year water testing in order to qualify for the warranty. Water testing was done by Nortex, which I believe is a sister company of All Pro (Isn't this a conflict of interest?). Water testing has passed the 3 year mark and All Pro STILL is not honoring the warranty to be transferred. The sellers agent/broker even contacted the owner of the company to reinstate the warranty with all documentations showing proof of warranty transfer application and water testing and All Pro still denied reinstating the warranty. Now I see why the previous owner used another foundation company after having All Pro work on the home. I would HIGHLY recommend for people to look into other foundation repair companies as this one will do everything they can to weasel there way out of assuring any work done by them in the future. read more

I was very impressed with All Pro when we had them fix our foundation about 5 years back. So when the engineer said the other end of the house needed peers to stop some movement, I did not hesitate to have Rex and the crew come out again. I feel like I got the best piers under my home, and at a very competitive price. If you have clay soil, and it's summer, keep their truck on the drive. I gave my permission to drive it into the yard, my mistake, because the edges of my cement drive were not supported well due to clay contraction. Tony had his crew come out this week and repair my drive, even though this may fall under the exclusions clause. He's a great guy, and company, who make sure every customer is happy with the outcome. Just be aware there can be residual impact to your shrubs and plumbing, and you probably have drainage issues around your house which must be fixed too. read more

Their customer service was friendly, they set our appointment at a convenient time, and when Jeff showed up, he treated us like family! Jeff said we did NOT need work done, just a drainage issue fixed. He didn't charge us for the visit or anything! Months ago, we noticed a crack on the floor inside our home (our water heater broke so we had to have wet carpet ripped up). While we started making other repairs (saving the floors for last), we had a DIFFERENT foundation company come out, and the report he left with us showed very minimal variances, HOWEVER, that company wanted us to spend $12k on piers to "STOP THE DAMAGE". We were pretty sure we wanted to use All Pro (Go Mean Green), and now that we are ready to put down our new floors, we wanted to get the foundation issue fixed first, so we called called All Pro for their free estimate. Instead of an estimate, because the variances are so minimal, Jeff said we don't need piers or costly repairs, we just need to move one of our gutter drains to stop the area from heaving. All Pro did the foundation work on our house in Farmers Branch in 2016. They seemed competent and the work seemed fine. We now need to exercise the warranty. Our problem is that Vanessa at the company says Tony the owner must speak with us to move forward with this. We have been calling him every day for more than a week and he has not returned our calls. I cannot comment on this company's repair work, but I highly recommend them for their professionalism and honesty. My mom's house had been having problems with sticking doors and drywall cracks. We thought we would need piers to fix it. But after inspecting all the doors, and the exterior of the house, their agent Rex S. told us that piers wouldn't help...they would be difficult to install, and the real problem was a water management issue. Basically, we needed to add gutters and some flowerbed drainage, to avoid water pooling under one spot of the foundation. I really can't believe that this company tries to claim that they are customer focused. I contacted them about giving me an estimate on foundation repair and their first comment to me was that since my house was built in 2007 they could not even talk with me. This is CRAZY. The girl I spoke with didn't even ask me any details. In fact my builder has gone bankrupt and I really needed someone to help me but all she could say is that they would not/could not help. Obviously this company doesn't need or service customers. I'm really disappointed with the response from this company since I was only trying to get an estimate for foundation repair. I had requested a copy of the foundation work done in our house by the pervious owners. The other foundation company that did previous work by the previous owners were happy to hand over a copy. Not so All Pro. Why not? I couldn't get an answer. The owner pretty much laughed at me over the phone when I asked for a copy and was disrespectful. When I got off the phone I just felt gross about the whole conversation. Do they not stand behind the work they did? By their actions, the answer is no. If they are an honest company, why not give me the report? Will this affect my bottom line when I sell this house? Oh, I feel gross again. I wanted to share my experience with my recent task of the foundation repair of my Mother in law's residence. We called All-Pro Foundation in as one of the four companies to give us a quote. We were very impressed with their overall professionalism and they showed an extra personal touch by returning calls and deep explanation of the work. They showed up on time on the day they promised. Their crew was very knowledgeable and coordinated. They all knew their assignments and didn't waste any time with some or the crew with the interior piers and the others on the exterior piers. I was also very impressed with how meticulous they were with how they placed all the dirt outdoors and how they managed the dirt and rock from the interior. They laid out plastic through out the house to protect the carpet. All their digging was precise and they did not damage any pipes. The clean up after the job was amazingly incredible. It looked as if they had never been there. I want to personally thank Rex, Tony and their Crew for a job well done and for making this a trusting experience !!! You will not be wrong by choosing All-Pro Foundation to do your work. Lastly, you as a customer have to do your side to make sure your warranty is intact. You must conduct post plumbing inspection and other items to maintain your warranty. And there are timelines for these items to be conducted. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Trying to get warranty repairs is nearly impossible. The owner was rude via email, telling me to "man up" and that three engineers were wrong about his foundation work failing. When we dug out the piers that All Pro completed years ago, we discovered that they were install improperly. They were under the slab instead of under the beam (according to an installation professional doing new foundation work for me). All-Pro will claim they honor their warranty, but they want ME to tell them how to adjust the piers. They refuse to collaborate with the engineers to determine what needs to be done. I shouldn't have to transcribe engineering data and then tell a foundation company what to do. I'm the customer, not a foundation expert or engineer. Poorly installed piers. Warranty claims a gigantic hassle. Rude customer service. I would avoid All Pro. There are much better companies out there. read more

We had our foundation repaired in November of 2015...7 helical piers all outside...total job took about three hours. Outstanding crew, very professional work and excellent results.
