I took my Nissan Sentra in to get the motor blower fixed blower. Turns out I also needed my motor blower amplifier fixed as well. After I picked my car up it was dirty on the inside and smelled like an auto shop. My airbag light also came on when I turned the car on. As well as a gash on the interior of my car and my steering wheel cover is all torn up. I get it they had to take out the whole dash of my car but you can obviously tell they didn't care about my car. It was also great that everything in my glove box was taken out and thrown to the back seat of my car, which left me to put it all away. I will not be taking my car back to this auto shop. read more

Brought the car here because of all the good reviews of Dave and his excellent service. Must say I agree. Came to get brake light fixed which was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I also requested headlight replacement since they were really dim. He steered me away from that, thinking it was much more likely an opaque lens rather than the bulb, and could be fixed with a $15 treatment kit from autozone or amazon. Said he didn't want me to waste my money. Turns out he was exactly right. Will definitely be coming back for future maintenance read more

They gave me quotes on what additional work I needed and were extremely reasonably priced. Dave and Mike are AWESOME! As Kate said this month (July 2021), there really aren't enough good things to say about All-Pro. We've been taking our cars to All-Pro for more than a decade and have never been let down. In fact, I often say that they need to raise their prices because I know I'd be willing to pay more for the first class expert service I receive. I consider Dave and Mike as part of the family and I can't imagine taking one of my cars anywhere else. There are too many happy stories to tell about how Dave and his team have come through on everything from tiny repairs to huge jobs. I have been having a hard time finding a good local Denver mechanic until my neighbor recommended All Pro. Dave and crew are on it. They gave me honest feedback rather than trying to upsell me. For instance the last place I got my oil changed tried to sell me on a ton of things for instance new brake pads. The All Pro guys gave it to me straight. They told me if it was their car the would comfortably wait at least another couple months. I really got that they had my back and are committed to building a long term client relationship by shooting straight. Another thing is that they don't charge to check your car over. I love this repair place and MOST importantly the people who work here. The owner, Dave, truly has my best interest in mind. Every time my vehicle has ANY issues Dave and his team are able to assist me in a timely fashion for a price that is very reasonable. Most recently, I had a belt replaced within my engine. A month later there was some squeaking due to the product adjusting to my vehicle. Dave and his team handled the adjustment for no cost. I was expecting him to invoice me for another $50-$100 but he simply fixed the problem and returned the vehicle to be with a smile on his face. QUALITY PEOPLE! This place is great. I found it through Yelp and was impressed by the five-star rating. I needed my oil changed and they were able to fit me in right away. I waited for only an hour and was charged far less than I usually am. The owner/manager was so nice. He explained everything to me in a way that didn't feel sketchy or like he was trying to take advantage of me (which is especially important to me as a female going to an auto shop). Every now and then I come across a person who is in a job which is just the perfect fit for them, and it shows. This is how I feel about Dave at All Pro Auto Repair. I've now had 3 car repair interactions with him and am so pleased to have found All Pro. On my first experience, I called to schedule an appointment for our car which was shuttering at highway speeds. We'd had our tire place check it at the last oil change/alignment appointment, and they said it wasn't the tires. I called Dave, and over the phone, he said with near certainty, that it was a balancing issue with the tires, and he didn't want to waste my time and money looking at something which was most likely the tires. We took it back to our tire shop and asked them to re-balance the tires, to which they reluctantly agreed. Dave was right, the tires were in fact out of balance, and the shudder disappeared. Dave gave me free advice which was right on. That was experience #1. Next came the time to do our regularly scheduled 120K mile maintenance. Dave took the car in, did a full car inspection (complementary), saying that he wanted to, "get to know the car," if we were going to be working together. The car checked out just fine and he didn't tack on any unnecessary repairs, just the regular manufacturer maintenance. While I was in the shop one of his regular customers came by for an oil change. He remarked, "I'm still getting that amazing gas mileage...," which is apparently a regular thing for Dave's customers. Dave worked at a Toyota dealership for over 20 years, and says he regularly gets customer cars to 300K miles. My third and latest dealing with Dave only affirmed my trust in his assessment and work ethic. Our car was experiencing a rattle in the exhaust system. We'd checked it before and discovered it was the muffler heat shield. Dave's team looked at it at the 120K service, and didn't find anything wrong (other than it was rusting and rattling slightly. Following the service and a trip through the mountains, the rattle became worse. Dave took the car back in, looked into the rattle, and ultimately removed the heat shield. The cost? $0. He said they tried to reattach it, but because of the rust, it wouldn't hold. He assured me that it wasn't a safety issue, and that it saved me hundreds of dollars over replacing the catalytic converter. As you have read, I'm very happy with Dave and the service I've received at All Pro Auto Repair. We will be back, but as Dave says, "hopefully, not too soon." read more

Dave's small and unassuming shop left me with the best impression one can have of a mechanic. Dave will sit down and talk to you about your car for as long as you want and is such a pleasant person. Glen, the mechanic who worked on my car, was very forthcoming with all information and suggestions. I thought my calibers were bad but they went the extra length to troubleshoot then and repair them instead of just replacing them at more cost. I would strongly urge those who are in need of brake repair to seek services from recommended mechanics, not only on the basis of a "promise", but from reliable sources such as the BBB and internet websites that may be helpful in providing information on filed complaints of dissatisfied customers. Years ago I had my vehicle serviced by (All Pro Auto Repair) who was conveniently located within minutes from my home. Needless to say, I had brake work done on my vehicle a cost under $200.00. Within a sixteen day period my brake pads were grinding to the extend of which my husband and I were forced to have them inspected. At that point it was immediately discovered that the front pads were in fact (old pad make) Generic pads, which attributed to the noise. In addition to added (labor) cost for replacement of the front brake pads and time and money invested in purchasing new pads (in the box) from a professional dealership was nonetheless time consuming and counterproductive. Since that time, I have not encountered a problem with my brakes or a mechanic. This being said, I do believe mistakes can be made, but business owners must learn from those mistakes, but not at the expense of the consumer.
