I always feel comfortable, respected, and safe bringing my foreign vehicle here. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to European vehicles, and it's clear they have years of experience working on brands like BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, and Land Rover. What stands out most is their honesty. They take the time to explain what is actually needed, never pressure you into unnecessary repairs, and communicate clearly throughout the entire process. It's rare to find a shop that combines expertise, integrity, value, and exceptional customer service the way they do. I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else. Highly recommend AutoImports of Denver - five stars!

It is a 2001 Corolla-20 years old-and immediately took it to Auto Service House. They had worked on my previous car many times, with great results, and they came through again! They thoroughly checked out my car and found the engine in great shape. They replaced to power steering fluid and the struts and I was ready to go. When I failed my emissions test, they found the catalytic converter-it wasn't easy to find-and they installed it today. Steve Lewellyn and his son, Skyler, run the shop. I can just text and schedule service. Second, they have loaner cars. They aren't fancy loaners like from a car dealership, but they are clean and they work. Thirdly, they don't talk down to women. I cannot tell you how many places talk down to me, acting like I am too stupid to know anything at all about my car. They are honest and give you a genuine opinion about the repairs they are recommending. You won't feel forced to get repairs you cannot afford, and that may not be 100% necessary. If you have recommended maintenance they will tell you it is recommended, and not make you feel badly if you don't have an extra $500 to drop on something that isn't broken. They are also a small business that remembers their regular customers and treats them well, which is why we keep coming back. Lastly, they are affordable. I have shopped around for many of the larger services that I have needed done, such as timing belt replacement, and Auto Service House has the best price every time. Highly recommend.

They'll give you a low ball offer to buy a nice truck off you though they'll tell you it's not worth fixing or driving a vehicle so they can buy it's for cheap and flip it probably. Shady mechanics. I'm adding an edit as Kirsten called to leave me a voicemail and tell me I was confused. I am not confused. I remember being offered $700 for my 04 Tacoma because you guys said it was scrap and then putting 10,000 more miles on that vehicle and thinking you all were crazy the whole time I was driving it before I totaled it. Their voicemail was retaliatory at best. There was no reason to call me after I left this review. I gave my feedback.
