So i made an appointment for 2:30 pm. I was only late for 10 mins cause it's so hard to find this place. I went in and this dude was working on someone else. Just one person in the salon. I told him i have an appointment at 2:30 and i was late cause i was having trouble finding this place. He was like oh you were late and our next appointment is 4:30 and that's it. I stopped in the other day for a last minute appointment and was seated in less than 10 minutes. I have acrylic nails and need a fill every 2-3 weeks. If i could give this place 0 stars i would! Made an appointment for 4:30, and asked for directions. A man told me the address and told me he'd see me at 4:30. After 4-5 hours passed i forgot the address so i called and asked for the number of the location again, and he yelled at me saying " YOU KEEP CALLING FOR THE LOCATION, I ALREADY TOLD YOU 3 TIMES!!" after i arrived at 4:00, my mom and i walk in to some salon that doesn't even have its construction done yet and one guy is sitting behind some small table doing someone else's nails. After i had told him i had an appointment for 4:30, he yelled at my mom and i and said he never made an appointment for that time, and that we just kept calling for directions and that we never made an appointment. After going back and forth for what seemed like 10 minutes he said he would not take us because he was too busy? when there was one lady sitting there. Never going back and don't recommend anybody to go there. He's rude and if he wants to run a business i suggest an attitude change. read more

You know, this place was perfectly/reasonably priced. I loved the walk-in factor and never having an issue of not being able to squeeze me in, but my last experience here has ruined it. I came in and was told to come back in 20 minutes, so I did and when I did the guy who did my manicure was handling the utensils like he was annoyed he had to be there. If they didn't want me to come back at all, they could've just said not to or to make an appointment for another day. When I was told it was time to wash my hands he threw the utensils on the table and yelled "I'm DONE!" Obviously I was confused because I wasn't sure if he was angry and wasn't wanting to do my manicure anymore or what. I washed my hands, came back and he put the gel color on and he looked at me and asked if I wanted lotion I told him no (because I was so uncomfortable and wanted to get the heck out of there!) He actually THANKED me for turning down lotion. I'm sorry if he had a bad day or wasn't up for it, but all they had to do was say so. I won't be back, ever. This place is awful and i should have known when i walked into the salon and the man Andy had his feet kicked up watching tv. No one was in there. He was all by himself. I needed a full set bad. I had old nails and some broke. It was horrible. I told him i wanted to remove my nails and replace them with fresh ones but he explained i didn't need to. That my nails were fine. But i knew they were not. But he was the nail tech not me so i trusted him to that extent. Not only did he put the powder on horribly to make it look like i need a fill after two days, but my damn nail broke just two days after i got them done. I was pissed!!!!!!! I knew my nails needed to be taken off. So, I call him to let him know and he tells me to come by anytime. So i got dressed and came over. Andy was upset because I came at the time someone else was coming. Like SERIOUSLY?!?? Long story short , my natural nail is ruined. On top of that my new fill now looks like i need a fill again. And Andy had a complete attitude from first to second visit. I will never come to this place again. I was probably there only new customer. Out of the 3 nail salons that I've been to in the area, this one is my favorite. They offer a ton of different types of manis, pedis and other services but I've only gotten pedicures. They don't have many pedicure chairs and I've only seen 4 people at the most working here, so I'd suggest calling in to see of they can fit you in for whatever you need done or else you'll be waiting. The lady that's done my pedi both times gives a pretty good foot massage. It's so good that I like to just close my eyes and enjoy it and hope that I don't fall asleep. I'll definitely be back more often this spring and summer!! read more

FOUND MY NEW NAIL SALON! I've been to this shop twice now and had a great experience both times. The ladies are very friendly and do a great job. I'm very very picky and serious about my mani & pedi's and they didn't disappoint. Kim did my mani/pedi today and wow! I made an appt. at 3:45 to come in at 4:15 and even though I was 5-10 minutes late they weren't upset and greeted me with a smile and said no problem. Clean and affordable. Nail salon looks well maintained and pedi spa chairs were in good working condition. Took me in for a same day appointment. Called at 9am for a pedicure, lady in the phone said to come in at 930am. Great! When I arrived male manicurist was I bit confused and surprised. I am assuming lady on the phone forgot to write my name down. Anyhow I waited for about 5 minutes and my service began. The female manicurist was really good. She cut my nail toe nails short but not too short... she didnt dig into my sensitive cuticles and didn't leave me hurting (trust me people have hurt me during a pedicure!) I will go back and hope that service will be as good as my first. Price list indicted $20 for a pedi but female manicurist said $21 (I used my debit card), I dont mind the $1 difference service was good and more reasonably priced than VK or CK nails down the street. read more

I checked out this place based on the yelp reviews, I gotta say I'm definitely not impressed. I went in for a gel mani (30$) and a pedi (21$). The pedi left much to be desired. The lady doing it didn't really take her time or cut the cuticle very well. The gel mani was ok, the same deal with my mani, but another lady did it. She really didn't detail the cuticle area and left my nails sharp on the edges. More likely than not I won't be returning. Not worth it. read more

Made a same day appointment on a Sunday and was able to come in two hours later. The atmosphere was very relaxed with televisions all around as I watched Saving Private Ryan and enjoyed an awesome pedicure. My feet are extremely sensitive due to multiple medical issues and Andy was very careful with me, making sure that I was comfortable the entire time. I have yet to find anyone else at several different places in the area that seemed to understand me when I explained that pedicures can be quite painful for me... So glad to have found this place and Andy, it's been a year since my last pedicure because of this so I will definitely be back. Got a mani-pedi and it was great, but... they advertise a mani-pedi for $25.00 and charge $30.00! They have a mini van parked in front of their shop with big bold lettering advertising mani-pedi for 25.00. when I asked them why I was being charged five dollars more, they told me I needed a on line coupon! There was no mention of this on the advertised mini van when I told them this, the owner told me I should have asked about the special! Huh!? FALSE Advertising! There are a few others on clayton road that advertise a 25.00 mani pedi and that's what they charge, 25.00! I won't be going back there! Very sneaky and unethical in my opinion. Got the Yelp deal and got a french pedicure. The woman who did my toes didn't do a bad job, but the line was much thicker than I would have liked. But the polish lasted for quite a while, which is always nice. Only thing that gave me some pause for concern was the cleanliness. I didn't see where the instruments came from, so I have no idea if they were sterilized, but then I saw the women try to scrap off crap off a previously used emory board thingy. Not so good. When I got a foot massage from other places, no one ever punched the bottom of my heels which affected my hip joints. It is just like running on concrete but sitting down; bad on hip. And knee joints. I frowned at him but he did not take the message. Just continued to do the same on my other heel. I took the call from a friend I have not spoken to in a year who is in the hospital after she had her baby premature (will be in incubator for a month) and she is in pain and worried about what is going to happen to her baby and to her now that she has more responsibilities. My toe nail was just a broken part of a long nail; not part of my nail as he left my nails very long after I asked him to cut them very short. I have never had a pedicurist leave a broken nail and not completely file the ends; I asked him for round edges; I had to file them down myself. Even just to borrow a file from you was difficult as you were very unfriendly and I had to beg for a file from you. Now you are trying to tell me that my concerns about my hips (still hurting by the way) and my nails are invalid? That nail could have gotten caught in a sock and pulled off accidentally and would have bled if torn from base (not connected to skin at the nail bed) and not cut (hangnail). By the way, I got there 12:30 pm; I left 2:30 pm; total time including mani/pedi/drying and cutting of broken nail and my filing of sharp edges which would get caught in my socks and leggings! Total time in salon was 2 hours!!! Not mani/pedi time + extra 2 hours as you complained in your response!!! Furthermore, I only sat at 1 booth at the nail station after my friend hang up at 1:42 pm and was only reading a magazine while making sure the nails get dry so they don't chip off right away from that time; if you decide to put customers at the other station, that is your decision but I did not occupy the whole station. It is not easy to decide on a color shade and I merely asked you to put the colors and a combination of them on 7 fingers; if that is a problem then you should have told me and I would just have left. I don't want to have the color put on then at the last minute feel bad coz it does not look as good on my skin as it does in the bottle. All these complaints now make me realize those other yelpers are telling the truth; you really have bad customer service with a lot of attitude. read more

After being in the hospital for a few months my toe nails needed a pedicure. After reading Yelp reviews I decided to try "All Perfect Nails" and I'm glad I did. Andy, the Pedicurist, who worked on me took 1 look at my nails and just shook his head and went to work. He did a great job cleaning, cutting and shaping the nails. I called beforehand to ask how much acrylic french manicure were.. they said it was 30 so i decided to try it check but it was soo close to my house. The nails ended up really nice and pretty but cost me $45 instead on $30. The guy that usually does arcylics was so rude to my friends and I. He asked me a question about the type of nails i wanted and I couldnt understand so i ask him to repeat it. But he just gave me a glare and got super annoyed.
