I've had my share of bi-yearly dental check-ups and have visited my share of dentists. Though the dentist and hygienist did a great job examining me and fixing me up, I've had more thorough exams and cleanings before. However, what I loved about this place was that they weren't out to bill you for a bunch of unnecessary fillings or procedures. Lindsay helped me schedule my appointment and when I arrived I was greeted by Alicia who welcomed me to the office. You need to plan to spend some time during your first appointment. This practice completes a comprehensive assessment of your entire mouth. They allowed me to attend another appointment in the area and return for my exam & cleaning with Dr. Jordan. What I appreciated the most this visit was the pleasant and gentle bedside manner of the providers. Alicia & Dr. Jordan were patient & gentle the entire time. While I didn't have major dental work completed, I felt reassured I was in good hands. The imaging is what will take the most of your time here. They do several x-rays to really provide a clear and literal picture of the health of your teeth. Our teeth are bones and with proper care they can remain healthy for years to come. I prioritize my health so regular 6-months visits to the dentist are a must. Alicia discussed my level of content with my smile and reviewed my x-rays with me. I discussed my concerns about the discoloration that I have and we discussed bleaching with Dr. Jordan. Dr. Jordan reviewed my x-rays and areas that could be of potential concern in regards to old fillings. He made recommendations and completed my cleaning. My English is limited, and I rely on help to communicate. On July 18, 2025, I went to this clinic for severe tooth pain. I asked if they accepted my insurance, and they said yes. After the exam, they took a $267 deposit and scheduled my next visit for August 5. When I came back, I asked again about my insurance coverage. Only then did they admit they are not in-network with my insurance -- something they never told me before. If I had known, I would never have paid or agreed to treatment. I asked for a refund, but they initially refused. Later, an administrator named Elizabeth promised if the costs were too high, I would get a full refund. But my insurance showed I owe $1,077, not the $419.20 the clinic said. I emailed on October 3, called twice in September and October, but received no response or callback. They have ignored me completely. I have been living with pain from July to October, unable to get proper treatment because they are holding my deposit hostage. As a woman alone with no family support and limited English, this has been an incredibly painful and isolating experience. I feel disrespected, misled, and deeply hurt by their dishonest and unprofessional behavior.
