As someone who gets unreasonably anxious at the dentist, I appreciate the care and communication…read morethe hygienists take to ensure my comfort, particularly Rachel and Ashlyn! Rachel assisted Dr. Jones with a couple of my fillings and they made it as painless as possible. Granted, no dental procedure is truly painless, but Rachel's bedside manner and assuredness was an immense comfort. Dr. Jones always makes appointments feel breezy, and I know the hygienists play a big part in making that possible! Front desk staff is also very professional and helpful, including Jordan. Therapy team can be seen on site occasionally, but may be caught sleeping in the lobby. Still five stars, would add more for Abigail if I could.

Dr. Jones is wonderful and the entire staff are very professional with warm personalities. Leaving my dentist on Long Island was very devastating for me. I am grateful to have found a trusted professional in Dr. Jones. He has a warm spirit and the best bedside manner. I have visited with other dental offices in the area and none compare to Brier Creek. Everyone who works here is excellent. From reception, to Eddie in billing. I recently took my mother here who had not been to the dentist in a few years. Dr. Jones was very gentle, took his time discussing his recommendations for her with me and I really appreciated that. Many people don't love going to the dentist, but I look forward to my scheduled cleanings.

GREAT service and friendly staff. Always a good sign when going into a any medical facility. I…read morehad a total brain fart that day and had my appointment down as 1:30, instead of 11:30. Missing that "1" made a big difference. However, the office was gracious enough to still see me that day. I think the business is still fairly new. I remember seeing ads about their grand opening not too long ago before I came in. The waiting room only had one other person there when I came in. I'm used to offices overbooking their patients, so this was a nice change of pace. They have a computer you check-in at as opposed to the usual clip board with mounds of paper forms you need to fill out, which is really nice for those of us who type faster than we write. I've had my share of bi-yearly dental check-ups and have visited my share of dentists. Though the dentist and hygienist did a great job examining me and fixing me up, I've had more thorough exams and cleanings before. However, what I loved about this place was that they weren't out to bill you for a bunch of unnecessary fillings or procedures. They tell you what to look out for and what to do to prevent those weak spots in your teeth from becoming cavities. The office is very clean and state of the art. If you're not happy with your dentist, try them out.

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I went in for services, twice, and paid each time. For the same reasons…read moreothers have mentioned (lack of strong administrative, billing and insurance-related competencies), they did not accurately estimate my insurance company's share and then called me to tell me I owe $600 -- urging me to pay immediately. I responded by asking for proof of my balance only to find later the same day they have charged my account! How you charge anyone for anything without their permission or honoring your burden of proof is beyond me. I think while the service (dental staff) was decent their administrative policies and procedures do not seem to be well thought out. Bottom line --- if you choose to use this clinic for your dental care, DO NOT give them your credit card information! I repeat, DO NOT give them your credit card information.

I am Zheng Li, a 60-year-old immigrant woman living alone in the U.S. My son has been deployed to the Middle East, so I have no family support here. My English is limited, and I rely on help to communicate. On July 18, 2025, I went to this clinic for severe tooth pain. I asked if they accepted my insurance, and they said yes. After the exam, they took a $267 deposit and scheduled my next visit for August 5. When I came back, I asked again about my insurance coverage. Only then did they admit they are not in-network with my insurance -- something they never told me before. If I had known, I would never have paid or agreed to treatment. I asked for a refund, but they initially refused. Later, an administrator named Elizabeth promised if the costs were too high, I would get a full refund. But my insurance showed I owe $1,077, not the $419.20 the clinic said. I emailed on October 3, called twice in September and October, but received no response or callback. They have ignored me completely. I have been living with pain from July to October, unable to get proper treatment because they are holding my deposit hostage. As a woman alone with no family support and limited English, this has been an incredibly painful and isolating experience. I feel disrespected, misled, and deeply hurt by their dishonest and unprofessional behavior. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and urge others -- especially immigrants and vulnerable patients -- to avoid this clinic. We deserve honesty, respect, and compassionate care. Sincerely, Zheng Li email: zl10651065@gmail.com
