We took a TV to repair and it's been 3 weeks when called they said they were waiting on a piece, but did not say what it is they are repairing or if it isn't worth it. This is only in regards to the Goldenrod location only and with Sergio, the apparent owner? The absolute worst business/ customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. Quoted $60 for a no parts fix and then was asked for almost double @$100. They kept my tv for over a week before anyone was able to even look at it. Then when I disagreed to pay the $100 because I felt asking $40 more than the quote, was unbelievable and fishy . I couldn't believe my ears. Sergio, the apparent owner, used curse words in Spanish over the phone about me thinking I didn't understand his language, which I clearly did. He also hung up the phone on me during a conversation, like a child would. Who does that? What business owner treats clients like that? It's severely unprofessional and beyond disbelief. Left my laptop to be fixed and they told me they would call me the same day and price quote me. these guys never called me to update me on what is wrong with my laptop. I had to call in every time I needed an update on my laptop. The last excuse they gave me was that they were calling a tech in from Tampa to come fix my laptop and to wait another week. Waste of 3 weeks, worst customer service. Would not recommend leaving any valuable electronics here. read more

Waste of time and money going to this place, I will never return and I will never recommend. Brought in a phone to get unlocked to switch to Simple Mobile in which they are a dealer and it took them a week to do it. I found out this was ridiculous because it can be done in less than an hour DIY style online for half the price. EVEN on top of that, I was informed that T-Mobile phones do not need to be unlocked to get on Simple Mobile to begin with, but this dealer neglected to let me know about this and completely wasted my time and took my money. I went in 3 days after dropping off my phone requesting it back and they told me I could not get it back unless I paid them $40 because "they already ordered the unlock code so they would be out the money" How about calling the company and telling them to cancel, JUST LIKE I WAS. I called again on Saturday because they were supposed to call me back before 6pm on Thursday and the person told me to call back later but they close early on Saturdays so I wasn't able to get back in contact them. I get my phone back finally and they tell me they waived the activation fee for Simple Mobile when I bought a SIM and talk time from them. Simple Mobile is a no contract company so there wasn't supposed to be a activation fee to begin with! Not to forget they charge 20$ for a SIM that is 12$ on the Simple Mobile website. Don't waste your time with these people they are bad about contacting you and not friendly to work with. GO SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

DO NOT go here, I SEVERELY regret it. Scratched my tv to hell and broke the screen. Worst customer service I've ever seen in a shop, and they broke my tv and tried to lie about it. I took my TV here and it took a couple of weeks to get it fixed because of having to order different parts. Here's where things get really bad, they scratched my TV to hell a 55'' Sony Vizio, 2 years old, LCD 1080P and I treat this like a baby. So they were getting my tv off the shelf and I said to the guy, that can't be my tv it looks old and scratched to hell, he said no this is yours. I turned it to inspect it and it was scratched to hell, the entire back cover and face of the tv all around the perimeter were scratched and indentations of scratches could be seen. The manager of the store admitted to the repair man sliding the tv off the shelf several times upside down, the scratches were on TOP of the tv and around the face. Another man came over and started talking to him in Spanish (which I speak) and said if he doesn't have pictures he can't prove we did it. I talked to the repair man on the phone in the shop and he said that he was sorry it was an accident and that he didn't mean to do it on purpose. I asked why they didn't use carpet or cloth to cover the tv if they were going to take it on and off the shelves and they said we're sorry you know this plastic scratches easily. They tried to blame the PLASTIC of the tv for being scratched easily. They continued to argue with me that it was the tv's fault not theirs. Worst customer service I've ever seen. I get the tv home to turn it on, the tv screen is cracked and doesn't work. I call back to say my screen was cracked the manager said ok yeah bring it back I'll talk to Julio the repair man, before I drive out there I called back to ask what he said, he now changes his position and denied it and said once its out the door its not their responsibility anymore and they can't help me.
