Braden, Eric, Jason and all, have always been so accommodating for our schedule and happy to answer our questions when we have them. If you need a service like this, I sincerely doubt you'd be disappointed. We certainly haven't been. We look at them as more than just a service company for us. We care about them individually, the same as they've shown us that same kindness and care. When we've had family emergencies - it's easy to say a kind thought, but when they do it, it's felt. Especially Eric & Braden, only because I've personally dealt with them most often. All of the company is amazing and are great about our service needs. I recommend them as often as I can to neighbors and online. I don't do that easily, I only do that for those truly deserve it. They do!

After hearing what was going on, Daniel was upfront and honest that he didn't want to take the job because what he could offer wouldn't provide a permanent solution. He didn't make a dollar from our conversation, but he absolutely earned my respect and future business. It's refreshing to deal with someone who puts honesty and helping people ahead of simply making a sale. This was the first red flag. Then a second technican (Desiree) came about 5 hours after the original promised window. She spent a considerable amount of time inspecting our roof and attic for critters. Then she let us know she cannot do the work and that her manager will come the next day. Next day manager comes late. Does a whole another round of inspection and says he doesn't have the material needed to do the work (its like going to the dentist and have them say you need a filling but don't have the filling material). He begins to tell my wife that the cost will be roughly 1,000 and leaves with no work done again. Then we get an estimate of 3500 which is 3x what he said. Stewart was extremely responsive and came out within a couple of days to set up the traps. He made sure the traps were in a shaded area so that any captured squirrels weren't roasting in the sun, and came out daily to check/reset the traps and to escort the squirrels to a new area. Both times, he also examined our home for potential entry points and gave us the option to have him seal them or have another contractor seal them for us. Of course, we opted to have him do it, but I liked that he wasn't pushy and gave us enough information to make an informed choice. Hopefully we won't have guests trying to chew their way into our house for a while, but Stewart will once again be our first call if that happens again. Highly recommend!
