Crew explained in detail what their service would include, including the removal of said nests and treatment applications. Kobe (the service technician) came to my home within 3 days and further explained the services including nest removal, spraying, and granulation, as well as why follow-up care is crucial. Even though I initially contacted Axiom, I was given the promotional cost normally given at door to door sales. Plus it was a better value in comparison (another company later posted to my inquiry at $649). No high pressure! Thank you Kobe and we'll be seeing you in 6 weeks!

I'm not a fan of having to kill anything (even a fly) so when I saw Eco-Pest control, I was hoping they'd be as humane and environmentally friendly as possible. Even though you really can't be humane or environmentally friendly with pest control. They offered me all of the options for rodents - please, for anyone reading this and for the love of everything good do not use glue traps - what an awful way to die. I only chose the snap traps, as they seemed to be the quickest and again most 'humane' method for getting the job done. Rebecca, my tech, showed up and she was AWESOME!! So knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. She did her inspection and found a few ways our little 'friends' were getting into the garage. She plugged up the holes around the perimeter of the house and then set the traps. They do a 3 week follow up (no charge) after the initial inspection and of course we caught 6 little guys. Rebecca came back three weeks later (still no charge), and there was nothing. She's been coming out quarterly ever since, and it's been over a year now--we're totally rodent-free. If you're looking for smart, thoughtful pest control, call Axiom and ask for Rebecca. You'll be super happy (just don't schedule her Wednesday afternoons - that's when she comes to our place haha).

Needless to say they could not help me and eventually quit contacting me even tho I called and didn't receive a call back. Fast forward till today...Called last Fri upset because of no call back. Mon morning I got 2 phone calls and a new service person. He immediately knew where and what to look for, which is great! They now want to charge me $5100 to fix my problem. I don't feel they should charge me the full amount because do you have any idea what kind of mental anguish it is knowing a rat is living in your home for 4 month after you tried to hire the professionals? We easily caught it using a humane trap and re-located it yet in a few days, another little mouse appeared in the house. Again, we humanely caught and re-located the new mouse, only to have this routine go on and ON. We thought we were very savvy, looking at every possible point of entry: stuffing copper wire meshing in all suspicious little holes surrounding our foundation & even put stucco in a few bigger openings. However, one at a time, mice kept sneaking into our home! We found Steve & his company Elite Animal Control on an internet search and reached out to him. Within one day, he came over, spent a great deal of time really inspecting & investigating all possible openings. He took his time (and expertise) to eliminate ALL imaginable entrances. However, another little mouse was seen and again we humanely caught/re-located it and then called Steve. THIS situation kept us on our toes for a few weeks...Steve came back a few times and with each visit he discovered a different opening until-NO MORE MICE!!! Steve is, first of all, a VERY thoughtful, intelligent, clever and caring man! We could tell he was SO experienced in the business of thinking like a mouse! AND! He NEVER advocated for harming the mice-yet he did share he has had some jobs which required many means of rodent removal. Salesman came at a decent time, and appeared to have plenty of experience, as he did address all concerns. Jack arrived within the window of time advised (2Hr) and was communicative...he didn't leave until I was certain everything was addressed. Based on what I've read and experienced, I suspect the Reps and Techs are independent contractors, which explains the wide range of experiences. I also surmise there is a lot of turnover, despite the corporate reputation (which appears to be well regarded on Google). From what I gather, the products they're using do address ants and wasps, but since some of us are in CO, roaches aren't really an issue (thankfully)... If anything changes, I'll revisit this post.

Maybe 6 weeks ago, one of their guys came to my door, which is conspicuously posted with " No Soliciting" as well as our neighborhood has "No Soliciting". The dude was trying to give me the hard sell before I could even reaffirm what no soliciting means. Like I said, I come home today and there's a dude in my backyard spraying, feels like trespassing. I don't know if this some kind of con or what, but I told him to leave immediately and thankfully he did. Now I don't know how long I have to wait before our animals can go outside. I tried to call, but I'm not waiting at least 10 minutes in queue. Really seems to me like people in this organization are a bunch of shyster's, but I could be wrong.
