I also discovered that the technician moved my security camera from the window to a table without asking. This was captured on my security footage. When I raised these concerns with management, I felt they were dismissed. The manager told me he believed the technician's account over mine despite the video I provided. I also informed him that I intended to leave an online review. During our conversation, he responded by saying, "I'll sue you for defamation." And, " I can't wait to see everyone on Reddit laugh at you" That response made me question whether customers feel comfortable leaving honest negative reviews after receiving that kind of warning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage anyone hiring these contractors to have security cameras and to document the condition of their home before and after service. While I was out of town, Jordan kept blowing up my phone. Their process was never explained to me, and I later found out my installation date was given away because Tyler, who initially scheduled it, "isn't allowed to schedule jobs." When I called back to clarify, Jordan was rude and dismissive from the start. They demanded payment, but I explained I was traveling and didn't have the credit card I wanted to use with me. Instead of understanding my situation, Jordan continued to be unhelpful and condescending. The lack of communication, poor organization, and rude behavior made this experience frustrating and disappointing. If their process had been properly explained upfront, this situation could have been avoided entirely. I wouldn't recommend their services based on this experience. The folks at Golden Sky Roofing came to my house to perform an inspection of a high quality 44 SQ…read more concrete tile roof. There were no structural issues with the roof and it is in excellent condition to my knowledge. The roof will likely be structurally sound for another 50 years. The Golden Sky Roofing inspector apparently noticed some cracked tiles, likely from someone walking on the roof, that do not impact the structural integrity of the roof. I believe it only impacts the cosmetics of the roof and there are spare tiles for such minor repairs. Golden Sky Roofing said the price estimate is $167,650.00...yes, you read that right, $167,650.00 because of some cosmetic cracks on the roof tiles. I have attached the estimate. Golden Sky Roofing even wants to replace the gutter system which is in excellent condition. Why would a roofing inspector provide such an outrageous price quote? You decide the answer, I think I know and will never have this roofing company anywhere close to my house.

But dealing with natural calamity related damage i.e. Hail Damage related repairs can be tough and mind boggling for any homeowner, especially if they don't know what to deal with. In August 2021 our home was affected by a hailstorm and our roof was heavily damaged. We had the opportunity to talk to quite a few Roofing companies and we ended up going with Golden Sky Roofing Company. The reason behind this is because the owner of the company, Rob Clement, was very thorough in explaining every single step. Didn't try to over-sell me anything, explained every single material and things that needed to be replaced very well. Well you might ask what's the difference, all the roofers would tell you the same thing. Well there are couple of things that stood out when I spoke to him and those are: 1. By the time my insurance approved everything, it was the middle of the winter! And Rob said that it's better to wait until the weather is warmer because then the shingles would stick to the roof well and would cure way better. So we waited and got our roof replaced in Spring. Also I've seen in my neighborhood, a couple of the houses replaced their roofing in the middle of the cold winter and as a result when there was a windstorm those roofs lost the shingle whereas these shingles are rated to survive 100+ miles per hour windstorms. 2. Constant communication throughout the whole process. 3. This part is my favorite, Level of Customer Service, when his crew were installing my roof, Rob made sure to go and talk to both of my neighbors and ensure proper cleanup was done on my neighbors property if there was any debris on their property. All the Roofers would clean up the neighbors' property but it's the attention to detail and making sure my neighbors were not unhappy really impressed me. So I would highly recommend Golden Sky Roofing to anyone who is looking to get their roof fixed. We easily caught it using a humane trap and re-located it yet in a few days, another little mouse appeared in the house. Again, we humanely caught and re-located the new mouse, only to have this routine go on and ON. We thought we were very savvy, looking at every possible point of entry: stuffing copper wire meshing in all suspicious little holes surrounding our foundation & even put stucco in a few bigger openings. However, one at a time, mice kept sneaking into our home! We found Steve & his company Elite Animal Control on an internet search and reached out to him. Within one day, he came over, spent a great deal of time really inspecting & investigating all possible openings. He took his time (and expertise) to eliminate ALL imaginable entrances. However, another little mouse was seen and again we humanely caught/re-located it and then called Steve. THIS situation kept us on our toes for a few weeks...Steve came back a few times and with each visit he discovered a different opening until-NO MORE MICE!!! Steve is, first of all, a VERY thoughtful, intelligent, clever and caring man! We could tell he was SO experienced in the business of thinking like a mouse! AND! He NEVER advocated for harming the mice-yet he did share he has had some jobs which required many means of rodent removal. He has a construction background and clearly understands how foundations, walls, insulation, ducts, plumbing, floors, etc all fit together AND could be ideal places for mice to march in & live.
