Their quote was very competitive for the scope of work, which included rewiring my entire 1959 home, running Cat6 Ethernet cables throughout the house, running Ethernet for my PoE security cameras, upgrading my main electrical panel from 100A to 200A, installing a new subpanel, adding dedicated circuits, replacing bathroom exhaust fans, and reassessing the bathroom lighting. The biggest reason for tackling this project was safety and reliability. My home had ungrounded outlets throughout, and simply running the laundry would frequently trip power to the entire house. Alex and his team identified the issues, installed additional circuits where needed, and made sure everything was brought up to current code. I also wanted the bathroom exhaust fans replaced because poor ventilation was causing moisture buildup, and nobody wants mold growing in their home. The new fans have made a noticeable difference.
