Teodor, our project manager, did a great job assessing our home and specifying the system. The installation crew, Azamat and Val, did excellent, careful work removing the old system, running new ductwork, and installing all the new equipment. The install took about 7 days. Communication was great throughout; scheduling, installation, and permitting all went smoothly.

Lex and Maxat were the nicest people, arrived on time, left at 6pm each day leaving the house clean. It was a 3 day install and they finished on the third day. Beyond what they needed to do, Lex walked through things that would be checked by the inspectors even on work they didn't do (GFCI plugs close to where the old unit was), and walked me through why they did some of the things they did because I was curious. We're 3 days in so far, but the installation experience was great, and the daikin system is cooling the house great (and I can already see from the energy monitoring systems we have, it's so much more efficient!).

We needed a 240v outlet in our garage to charge a new electrical vehicle…read more Our electrical panel is located as far from the garage as possible, so the work required adding a new 240v breaker to the panel, running a cable up from the panel into the attic, running through the attic to a different corner of the house, continue on the garage ceiling, and finally coming down to a junction box and an outlet the car could plug into. Jose is a great guy. He came promptly, quickly appraised the situation and came up with a plan. He then took care of obtaining the permit from Mountain View, conducted the job efficiently, and was very amenable for some small changes in the plan that I suggested along the way. He is also very responsive to text messages. The breaker that he installed turned out to be defective. Within hours after he heard about it he came over and replaced the breaker. All in good, the work passed the city's inspection without any issues. I strongly recommend Jose for your electrical needs.

Hi, Arkadiy installed a 20 amp gfci exterior 110v for our SPA. His work was very professional, neat and efficient and he made some helpful suggestions that improved the installation. Arkadiy seems to know his craft very well and his rates are honest and very competitive. Very personable and service oriented. While on site, he noticed that one of of security lights was not set correctly that he fixed in about 30 sec for no charge. Arkadiy did a great job for me! He installed a bathroom ceiling fan with an electronic timing, and it works great. He also fixed some other electrical problems around my old Mountain View house, involving the electrical wiring of a dishwasher, and some outlets that were not properly grounded. Their quote was very competitive for the scope of work, which included rewiring my entire 1959 home, running Cat6 Ethernet cables throughout the house, running Ethernet for my PoE security cameras, upgrading my main electrical panel from 100A to 200A, installing a new subpanel, adding dedicated circuits, replacing bathroom exhaust fans, and reassessing the bathroom lighting. The biggest reason for tackling this project was safety and reliability. My home had ungrounded outlets throughout, and simply running the laundry would frequently trip power to the entire house. Alex and his team identified the issues, installed additional circuits where needed, and made sure everything was brought up to current code. I also wanted the bathroom exhaust fans replaced because poor ventilation was causing moisture buildup, and nobody wants mold growing in their home. The new fans have made a noticeable difference. One thing that really impressed me was the amount of work involved in running all the new wiring. They had to navigate a very hot, cramped attic and tight crawlspaces to pull Ethernet and electrical cables throughout the house. It's physically demanding work, but Alex and his team handled it efficiently and without complaint. They also ran the cables for my security camera system, leaving my home ready for both reliable networking and future expansion. Alex took the time to answer my many questions and explain what was necessary versus optional. Although the city inspection scheduling took longer than expected, that was completely outside of A&J Electrical's control. When inspection day finally arrived, the work passed on the very first inspection, which speaks to the quality of their workmanship. If you're looking for an electrician for an older home that needs significant electrical upgrades, I would definitely recommend Alex and the A&J Electrical team. I hired Blessed Electrical (Jacob Garner) to replace an electrical panel and stop persistent…read morebreaker trips. Work was done August 25-30, 2025, based on a $1,500 quote. After the job I continued to have breaker trips and became concerned, so I had a licensed electrician inspect the work. The licensed electrician found multiple safety and code issues that required immediate repair: reused old breakers in the new panel, an unclean and painted panel, no fire protection around the feeder entrance, and a grounding wire not connected to the grounding bus (5 total violations of the National Electric Code). I paid $1,660 to a different, properly licensed contractor to correct those issues and an additional $1,260 to upgrade outlets to GFCI for safety -- a total of $2,920 to fix the job. When I checked his license, I discovered it had been suspended since February 29, 2024. I showed him a screenshot on September 4, 2025, and he acknowledged in writing that his license was not active and it had not been for over a year. Blessed Electric proceeded to reactivate his license after being called out and demanded payment 3x of the original quote. Following this, I received repeated and unwanted communications from him that caused me serious concern. I documented those interactions and reported them to the police and the Contractors State License Board. I previously included photos and details showing examples of the electrical issues and license status. That evidence was removed by Blessed Electric due to Yelp's moderation process: PHOTOS TO AVOID (Will Likely Get Removed) Even if they're true or part of your evidence, these can trigger Yelp's moderation filters: Screenshots of text messages or emails Considered private communication -- Yelp removes for "personal dispute." Court or police documents - Yelp flags legal paperwork and case numbers as "posting personal/legal info." I have inspection reports, photographs of the panel installation and repairs, invoices from the licensed contractor who corrected the work, proof of the CSLB complaint I filed, and official court documents related to a civil harassment restraining order that was granted. These records substantiate my experience, and I'm happy to provide verification if needed as well as public court records. I also have MANY photos of text messages showing why my civil harassment restraining order was granted and the personal messages showing all the National Electric Code violations committed by Jacob / Blessed Electric and him admitting guilt on not having an active license while performing electrical work. I strongly suggest everyone avoid Jacob / Blessed Electric.
