Had a windshield replaced here at an affordable price. Somehow there was water leaking in from somewhere along the windshield. Also, the inside doorway panel was not installed back appropriately. This leak was causing my car electrical problems because water was getting under the dashboard and getting the fuses and cables. I called the business and a nice lady was understanding and set up an appointment for me to bring in the car to get it checked out. I show up early in the morning and the guy right off the bat was defensive, but agreed to check my windshield since it had been less than a year since the windshield was replaced. This guy took a hose and started spraying the windshield, but didn't install the door seal correctly so a lot of water made its way inside the car. At this point I'm not able to tell where the windshield is leaking because there's water inside everywhere. I leave this place and call a mobile window repair the next day and they're able to find the leak within 5 minutes by just using a water bottle and going around the perimeter of the windshield. Finally the leak was found and repaired within 30 minutes. The price of All Glass is good, but the integrity of the guy running this place unfortunately isn't. read more

Mr Long and Crew did an excellent and timely job when windows were vandalized at our church. He was very knowledgeable and talented in his craft. Custom Arc Windows were replaced within the week and ready for Sunday Service. All Glass in Richmond is highly recommended! read more

They came to my home and fixed the aluminum framed broken window for about $230... not sure how this price compares, but it was well worth it to me. They were supposed to arrive between 3 and 4 and did call me at 3:45 and asked if he could reschedule for the next day, which I did and he came on time and prepared. The woman answering the phones was blunt and to the point, not rude, but not polite either... but it doesn't matter much to me, I just wanted my window fixed fast, which they did. read more

My Kitchen glass window was broken on one side and I need to have it fixed. I looked up Yelp and call some local Windows and Glass companies to get an estimated. I texted and email 5 different local companies and got 3 bids to replace the entire window. However, Long (the owner) at All Glass said to me that I only need to replace one double pane glass side since that is the only thing to be fixed. Instead of trying to charge me for the entire window, Long was honest upfront and told me what is needed to be replaced. He did an excellent job fixing not only the double pane glass but also took the time to fix the metal frame on the bottom + cleaning up my broken glasses. I am so glad to get a hold of Long and highly recommend him for all your glass replacements (car, windows, etc)...Turn around time is much faster than other companies (2 to 3 weeks). read more

They took care of my replacement windshield for Prius that got tagged twice on the 880, for less than $300. Was told they service all of the Honda El Cerrito cars, and so I cancelled my SafeLite appointment and supported local. Turnaround time was fast... much faster than the other! Would recommend. Not in the best part of town. On west side of the street, few blocks north of Barrett. And, as my friend points out, I was able to understand the heavily accented English ( SE Asian), both of the receptionist and the person who actually replaced the windshield read more

I needed to replace the glass in my patio door. They quickly ordered new glass and had it installed in a little over a week. Great service and pricing. read more

I have hired these folks twice in the past six months to replace broken glass in exterior windows. Not only was their price reasonable, but they took care of right away; they stayed true to the price they quoted me (no surprises at all), and they fixed the broken glass based on my phone call and my phone number. It was so easy and honest, it was a delight! Thank you, All Glass!! read more

Long came to my house about 1.5 weeks ago. The original AM appointment became a late PM appointment due to some unforeseen mis-planning. I was impressed that he was still willing to come on a Friday evening but I appreciate the hustle. He told me he would get back to me but I didn't rush it because it was July 4th week. I call him after the following week and he tells me he doesn't do custom windows and that I should go with the people who did my windows for the previous owners. I then tried to tell him he could've called me or told me on the day of he wouldn't be able to do it but instead dragged his feet until I called back to inquire. Instead of apologizing he hung up on me. I can't rate his work quality but his customer service quality was rude and unprofessional. read more

Long did a great job on my first 500e window. He was nice and worked fast. I Referred him to my friend

Great job. Really great service and very efficient! I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a window fixing's 5 stars for this bissiness read more

A friend had recommended this place to me when I needed to replace my front windshield due to lack of attention on a bunch of nicks from flying rocks on the freeway that turned into cracks and then proceeded to spread and play connect the dots across my window. Calling them to get a quote, you will get a person with a thick Asian accent. I was very happy with their service. I was in and out in less than an hour including waiting to be served, but make sure you call ahead so they have the glass there and ready for your car. The window has been good ever since, no leaks and so far no more nicks or cracks yet (even after over a year). Plus you can't beat the price. I called several places near by and they gave one of the lowest quotes. read more

Way more affordable than an auto body shop. I took my car to the body shop. The Asian guy who worked there recommended All Glass. You don't need to bring in your car. Just call them to get a quote, set up an appointment for the repair guy to come and fix your car at your home or workplace. In my case, it was the day after I called. Cannot get easier than this. P.S. To the thief who broke into my car, All Glass kicked your butt! read more

I was told by the dealer this is who they use to come to their dealership to replace windshields and door windows, price was a lot more affordable when dealing directly with All Glass and they came to our business location in Berkeley. So same product, same service and no inconvenience of leaving car at dealership. The person providing the service was efficient and did excellent work. Was very forgiving that our location was so difficult to find and he wasted time trying to locate us. We both were thrilled with the product and service. and to have a pitted out 20 year old windsheld replaced, is priceless in the increased beauty of the view! read more

I have been to this place before and the first time I had good service. But I went on Tuesday and they didn't have my window ready and did not warn me that I would have to wait another day. When I did go they put in a brown tin window when all my other windows are clear. When I asked about the color difference the guy told me he could take the window out and replace my money. No apologizes or nothing. I recommend you try another place. Very unprofessional. read more

Called in at 9am to ask what the soonest appointment would be. I was in a very tight schedule and had to go to work early in the afternoon. Long suggested I bring it in at 1130 so that I would have enough time to get to work by 1. Brought in my recently broken-into car, and he got to work right away. Everything was done in 45 mins, and the shock was clearly showing on my face. Long saved my day, and my car! Highly recommend All Glass! read more

My car got broken into leaving glass shattered everywhere inside. I needed to find a place who was available to fix both my passanger windows front and back as soon as possible. Giving 2 stars for the last minute same day appointment, but I come back home to a horrible messy job. Thinking about the amount of money I've spent, they would have atleast vaccuumed up any left over glass. I pay for labor and expect excellent work. Mind I work full time and am pregnant so its hard for me to get things done. Getting into my car, there is shards of glass left everywhere having me almost cut myself. Another problem is that yes the windows are replaced, but they are not cleaned and wiped down. I've gotten my windshield window replaced once before so I know how professional work is done. It's very unprofessional and I paid for more than the job I was received. Tota disappointment. Wish I could have gone to a different place if I knew the job was this messy especially for the price was paid. If you're being paid a great about of money, atleast we curtious and do what you are supposed to do. Leaving shards of glass for your customer to get cut is VERY unprofessional. Not cleaning your glass before replacement is just as unprofessional as well. Can't believe this. read more
