Had a windshield replaced here at an affordable price. Somehow there was water leaking in from somewhere along the windshield. Also, the inside doorway panel was not installed back appropriately. This leak was causing my car electrical problems because water was getting under the dashboard and getting the fuses and cables. I called the business and a nice lady was understanding and set up an appointment for me to bring in the car to get it checked out. I show up early in the morning and the guy right off the bat was defensive, but agreed to check my windshield since it had been less than a year since the windshield was replaced. This guy took a hose and started spraying the windshield, but didn't install the door seal correctly so a lot of water made its way inside the car. At this point I'm not able to tell where the windshield is leaking because there's water inside everywhere. I leave this place and call a mobile window repair the next day and they're able to find the leak within 5 minutes by just using a water bottle and going around the perimeter of the windshield. Finally the leak was found and repaired within 30 minutes. The price of All Glass is good, but the integrity of the guy running this place unfortunately isn't. read more

They came to my home and fixed the aluminum framed broken window for about $230... not sure how this price compares, but it was well worth it to me. They were supposed to arrive between 3 and 4 and did call me at 3:45 and asked if he could reschedule for the next day, which I did and he came on time and prepared. My Kitchen glass window was broken on one side and I need to have it fixed. I looked up Yelp and call some local Windows and Glass companies to get an estimated. I texted and email 5 different local companies and got 3 bids to replace the entire window. However, Long (the owner) at All Glass said to me that I only need to replace one double pane glass side since that is the only thing to be fixed. Instead of trying to charge me for the entire window, Long was honest upfront and told me what is needed to be replaced. Long came to my house about 1.5 weeks ago. The original AM appointment became a late PM appointment due to some unforeseen mis-planning. I was impressed that he was still willing to come on a Friday evening but I appreciate the hustle. He told me he would get back to me but I didn't rush it because it was July 4th week. I call him after the following week and he tells me he doesn't do custom windows and that I should go with the people who did my windows for the previous owners. I then tried to tell him he could've called me or told me on the day of he wouldn't be able to do it but instead dragged his feet until I called back to inquire. A friend had recommended this place to me when I needed to replace my front windshield due to lack of attention on a bunch of nicks from flying rocks on the freeway that turned into cracks and then proceeded to spread and play connect the dots across my window. Calling them to get a quote, you will get a person with a thick Asian accent. I was very happy with their service. My car got broken into leaving glass shattered everywhere inside. I needed to find a place who was available to fix both my passanger windows front and back as soon as possible. Giving 2 stars for the last minute same day appointment, but I come back home to a horrible messy job. Thinking about the amount of money I've spent, they would have atleast vaccuumed up any left over glass. I pay for labor and expect excellent work. Mind I work full time and am pregnant so its hard for me to get things done. Getting into my car, there is shards of glass left everywhere having me almost cut myself. Another problem is that yes the windows are replaced, but they are not cleaned and wiped down. I've gotten my windshield window replaced once before so I know how professional work is done. It's very unprofessional and I paid for more than the job I was received. Tota disappointment. Wish I could have gone to a different place if I knew the job was this messy especially for the price was paid. If you're being paid a great about of money, atleast we curtious and do what you are supposed to do. Leaving shards of glass for your customer to get cut is VERY unprofessional.
