Have brought my car in a couple of times - the first time as a recommendation from my best friend's husband. Great price From the…read moremoment I contacted B&C Auto Repair, I was treated with nothing but kindness, professionalism, and respect. My first conversation was actually with Corey's mother, who was answering the phones at the time. She made me feel like I was talking to family. During our conversation, she shared that B&C Auto Repair has been serving customers for three generations and that her son, Corey, now proudly carries on that legacy. After speaking with Corey, it became immediately clear where he learned his exceptional customer service. He was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely took the time to answer every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. In today's world, that level of personal attention is rare. I brought my 2024 Ford F-250 Lariat Ultimate to B&C for suspension work, engine upgrades, and several aftermarket modifications, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The technicians, Matt and Stephen, were just as friendly, professional, and knowledgeable as Corey. Even while they were busy working on my truck, they took the time to explain the work being performed, answer my questions, and made sure I understood every step of the process. That kind of customer service and transparency is hard to find. What impressed me even more was what happened after the work was completed. Corey stood behind everything they had done. If there was anything that needed to be adjusted or fine-tuned, he didn't hesitate to make it right. That level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction speaks volumes about the character of this business. The team at B&C Auto Repair is worth every penny. You're not just paying for parts and labor; you're investing in decades of experience, expert craftsmanship, and a team that genuinely cares about delivering the highest quality work. Whether you're looking for aftermarket suspension systems, diesel performance upgrades, maintenance, or a complete custom truck build, this is the shop you want working on your vehicle. I will absolutely be returning to B&C Auto Repair for all of my future diesel, suspension, and performance needs. If you're looking for honest people, exceptional workmanship, and customer service that truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend B&C Auto Repair. You won't be disappointed.

As a result, I've made several visits to North County Auto Service for different issues. One of the first things that stood out to me was the professionalism of Mike and Wrex in the front office. They're straightforward, friendly, and honest about what your vehicle needs, even when having the work done at their shop isn't necessarily your best option. I also appreciated the way they treated me and my vehicle. My Traverse is pushing 100K and definitely has its share of wear and tear, but they've always been respectful and even complimentary about it. There was never any of the condescending attitude you sometimes get when bringing an older vehicle into a shop. More importantly, I trust their diagnoses. I've brought the Traverse in more than once expecting an expensive repair, only to have them tell me otherwise. One time I was convinced the air-conditioning system needed to be replaced. They diagnosed it properly and determined it simply needed to be recharged correctly, saving me from a much more expensive repair. Are they the cheapest shop around? Probably not. But I've learned that the cheapest repair can become the most expensive one if it isn't done correctly the first time. With North County Auto Service, I feel confident that I'm getting an honest diagnosis and quality work. They've earned their excellent reputation. If you're someone who gets nervous about taking your car to a mechanic because you're worried about being taken advantage of, this is the kind of shop you want to find.
