This place was fun! They had a variety of different pieces to choose from, the overall ambience of the place was great! The pieces are decently priced! ( the elephant was around $49 and the flying pig was $28). Staff was friendly and helpful!

I've been coming to All Fired Up since I was a kid, I even had a few of my childhood birthday parties there. Now, I take my husband and daughter her. All Fired Up has something to paint for everyone. They have tons of great glaze colors and all kinds of painting tools - plus a staff full of artists willing and ready to help. They also run some pretty cool events, everything from special glass fusing to story times (best deals ever!) to painting with Santa. If you haven't been yet, it's totally worth checking out!

I was looking for a paint your pottery place to take my kids to. There are 2 in the area, and after reading reviews I choose this one. So glad I did. First there is no painting fee. You pay whatever the price of the pottery you choose. Huge plus. We came at 430pm on the dot and never felt rushed. The lady who helped us, (Kimmy???) was very patient with us. I recommend looking on the website for discounts and special promotions. My kids already want to go back. We are definitely coming back.

I've come here pretty regularly with my mom over the years. We love it! It's a large studio that gets a lot of light on sunny days which is excellent for painting. When you get there you'll notice that the pieces are quite pricey but that's because there's no sitting or paint fee so it's all built into the price of the pottery. Which is great because you know exactly how much you'll be paying right at the start. There's no time limit either, my mom and I like to choose I intricate designs and stay there most of the day. You can bring in snacks and drinks, so you really could be there all day. They have a great selection of paints, stamps and other accessories. Although the brushes are quite beat up, which is to be expected. I have brought my own before. The pieces usually take about a week to be fired, they'll only email you if something goes wrong (this has never happened to me so no worries) so don't wait around for contact just head in on the day they tell you. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

We had a great time at All Fired Up yesterday. We did not know that reservations were required or encouraged (if this information is on the website, it's not obvious enough), but luckily they were able to accomodate my husband and I. That is, after the woman behind the counter looked at us like we had 3 heads. Regardless, we picked out our pieces and got t work. This place has a huge selection of pieces to choose from, including little figurines, decorative pieces, dishes, cups/mugs, bowls, and kitchen/counter top accessories, in a wide range of prices. There were definitely a few things there that I would like to go back and paint for my home. After picking out our pieces, we were given a run though of what to do, and we got to work. We found the experience very relaxing. Although the place was packed, it was rather quiet, as everyone concentrated on their pieces. I will definitely be back to paint more!

Stopped in this place on a whim and am so glad I did. We had a great time painting our projects and the staff were very accommodating for us first timers. I will definitely go back to create another masterpiece and suggest that everyone do the same. Also, a nice little added bonus was the soundtrack playing in the background. It was a nice, relaxing alternative mix that helped inspire me. Kudos to the DJ. I posted a pic of my work of art for all to enjoy. It will be my new cigar ashtray. Cheers!

Great for date night, girls night out, family time or honestly anything!…read more I did the pottery date night class and it was so awesome! It starts out with a small cocktail hour (no alcohol, other beverages and finger foods) in the clay studio gift shop. You get some time to look some cool stuff on display and can purchase them too! The actual pottery making was around 90mins, 60mins on the wheel and about 30mins to glaze the piece. There is one main instructor and a few assistant instructors that walk around and help you out. You watch a demo first and then get hands on at making your own bowl! The instructors are really patient and if you mess up, they'll hand you another ball of clay. I screwed up many of my pieces and got super embarrassed but they'd joke and make it fun. You get to pick 2 pieces to keep out of all the ones you make during the 60mins. I ended up with 2 small succulent pots, super excited to put my plants in! The glazing is pretty simple. There are a handful of basic colors to choose from and you just paint them on. Afterwards the studio will fire the pieces and then ship then to an address you designate. We got ours a little earlier than 2weeks so it was a nice surprise! I would definitely go to another session again and may even commit to the longer semester classes...just need to free up time . If you're considering this, definitely do it!

I went with my 4 year old niece. Cara (the owner) was very nice and patient. She helped us pick out our pottery and colors. She helped set up my niece with her palette and paintbrushes. We had fun painting and drying, then adding glitter. They spray your work with gloss when you are done and you get to take it home the same day if you don't require it to be food safe - otherwise, they keep it for a week or two and apply glaze finish on it. Overall, we had a great experience because the ladies were nice and attentive; the process was seamless and smooth; and it wasn't too expensive. They have a variety of ceramic sculptures (including Sesame Street & Disney characters for the kids), cups, plates, and canvas. PS. They let my niece play with paint and finger paint on the paper-covered table while we waited for our pottery to be ready. They were so nice!

It only had 1 review so I went on to read their information and it mentioned wheel work. I called and spoke to Andrea, she was able to set us up for an evening of fun. I even found a Groupon the next day ($15 for $30 worth)! They are currently working on their website but their Facebook page is updated regularly. I think i found a new hobby. We came here for some pottery wheel action. Our instructor, Colleen, was awesome. We each took turns on the wheel and she gave great directions, tips, and quickly jumped in to help when needed. She definitely made our experience fun. I can't say enough about her. We worked with a total of 5 pounds of clay and was there for about an 1 and 1/2 and payed a total of $20. They closed 9pm that evening but I believe we left a little past 9:30. The staff was very accommodating. Colleen stated that it takes about 2 weeks for the clay to dry so we do have to return a second time to paint our creations and a third time after they have been fired up in the kiln. Keep an eye out for updates.

Although you wouldn't know from the outside, the space is amazing-colorful, bright, inviting and lends itself to the creative mind. The instructor started off a little dry but ended up really engaging everyone and the entire group seemed to have a great time. We had a one hour session and, after getting setup with an apron and a clay working station, we got to choose what basic item we wanted to make, got guidance throughout the process, decorated our creations and decided on the color for the pros to add on after the fact. Items are fired/cured and picked up in several weeks. It was a great, chill way to spend a weekend morning and I'm looking forward to bringing my treasure home in a few weeks.

Although I stayed in the back I eavesdropped often to see how my niece was doing. Jocelynn is amazing with her young students. She engages with them in a way that they all seem to really enjoy; she jokes, she tells stories, she listens to them. In the middle of class she gives them a small break and does an art history lesson. I think it's wonderful that students get to see works of great artists. They talk about and discuss the work of the artist being discussed while eating a snack. She sells art supplies in her studio at a fraction of the price you'd get at the store, and she didn't push me to buy. As a matter of fact I really wanted to buy supplies and she told me to hold off until my niece was sure she wanted to stick with it and was comfortable. My niece had a good experience. Although she's an amazing self-taught artist Jocelynn taught her the correct way to use pencils and how that she should draw what she sees not what's in her head. There was a little bit of a back and forth with my niece insisting that she was doing it the right way but I'm telling you Jocelynn has the patience of Job. And I'm sure she's used to dealing with artists who are stuck in their ways (even if they are only 9 years old). But all in all she enjoyed the class. Jocelynn gave her individual attention (I don't know how but all of the students received one on one time with her). Watching and listening to Jocelynn and my niece in class confirmed that getting her into an art class is the right decision because it has to be easier to develop good habits as an artist now than later.

I began instruction with Jocelynn as an adult learner, kids out of the house, and my only experience was drawing with a No. 2 pencil.
