We began our planning with Sanda in April, with one shot in and a hope for a fully vaccinated wedding (which we got!), on the deck of my parents home where we would marry only a few months later. We hit if off right away, she was personable, knowledgeable and most of all - passionate about her business. We came back in May for a tasting on the same deck - items off the menu, all fresh and in season - it was yummy and presented lovely. When we returned in July for the wedding, the season of weddings was in high gear - but we never once felt it from Sanda. She was very communicative, and helpful in securing all the items we needed to make our day a dream come true. Everything was perfect. From the minute the guests arrive - the bar was beautiful, the 'grazing table' was over the top, dinning tables were lovely and the food was scrumptious. Most importantly - the service was second to none. I heard from many guests how amazing the staff was, helpful, professional and incredibly nice! All along I felt like we were her one and only wedding! (Found out after the wedding that her team was covering 4 other weddings that day!) I would recommend Bowtie for any wedding, family gathering, or simply an excuse to have a fun dinner for a group of friends.
