It looks ugly and old and inconsistent with the rest of the house. I thought about spending a fortune on replacing all the cabinetry, but then I found C&D Refinishings on Yelp. I've had the absolute best experience with them! They are a true mom and Pop outfit, two people who are artists and who do their work with deep passion, not some big corporation that's out for your money. They reached out to me immediately after I contacted them on yelp. We texted back-and-forth with what my needs are. They closely examined all of my photos. They arrived promptly to examine my bathroom at home and the very same day dismantled it and took everything with them. Within just a few weeks, they were back better than you. You cannot tell that these are not new cabinets. See my photos attached. They take great pride in their work as their work is very detailed. They may not do it the next day, but it's worth the wait because they put a huge amount of effort into their work with fine attention to detail. Equally importance, they are deeply professional, and the nicest people on earth. You're going to have a very good experience with them. Their price was exceptional as well. I'll be using this company for all of my future refinishing needs.

They explained their process called "Pre Cat." It gave it an original feel and look instead of a paint over. So worth it. I unfortunately forgot to take before and after photos of our 1st and 3rd floor but here are the beautiful kitchen work. The business partners come from a long line of painters, refinishers and cabinetry craftsmanship. It clearly shows in their work. Do yourself a favor and just work with them. Thumbs up!!!

I just bought a new home in Silverlake and just wanted to refinish the old, natural wood floors before we moved in all our furniture and his team came and did all the work in just 2 days for a 900 sq ft 2 bedroom/1 bath space. I was traveling while they were doing the work and so I was a little nervous how diligent the work would be so I asked him to take multiple pictures throughout the days and send me before and after photos and he did that no question. He's super responsive thru texts and really takes care of you. I even asked him to fill in some spots where the wood was cracking since our floors are extremely old and he came right away to follow up and also said if there's any future cracks I find that he would come out whenever he's available to take care of it.
