For the almost $2k remediation, it's ridiculous they will not come correct the issue they created with our trim and check to be sure there is no new infestation due to their negligence. Cannot recommend this company at all due to incompetence, poor communication, and lack of responsibility for their work. No return calls after multiple attempts. Stay clear. I thought someone profession would come, but this girl was young, probably early 20's, very nice girl but the first thing she did was go and sit down in the dirt with my donkeys. We have a mini farm and she was more concerned about spending time with my animals than helping us with our attic problem. She started taking pictures of them and spent a lot of our inspection time talking to the farm animals. Finally she went into the attic, she wasn't at all prepared. Didn't have a ladder or even a flashlight. She quickly looked around and told us we had roof rats and that we needed a full home seal up for $3000. She said the initial treatment to remove them would be $389 and the monthly treatment thereafter would be $78. We wanted to get more info from her, we were asking some questions about the removal and trapping and how it was done. I noticed she kept contradicting herself like she wasn't knowledgeable in what she was talking about and she was constantly looking at her phone. She seemed in a big hurry now. Since she was so late showing up at our house she said she had to get going to meet up with her friends. She said she would send us quotes of everything in writing and took my email address. She also said she took videos in the attic and I asked her multiple times to send them to me, which she did not. Days went by and I did not receive any quotes or videos. I messaged her and she eventually text me back and said, sorry for the delay, but instead of sending the videos she took in my attic, she sent me pictures of my own donkeys! Again, no quotes either. I messaged the company from their website with my dissatisfaction and thought that maybe a manager would contact me. Never heard from them, but within an hour of me sending the message to the company, the "inspector" finally sent me the quotes I had been asking her for. They were not what we discussed the night she was at our house. I asked her about it and she then resent the quotes, only this time it was double the price! Do NOT ever use this company. Don't fall for their scams. I think they must hire people off the street with no experience and tell them to just quote ridiculous prices and string people along. Zero professionalism, no knowledge of procedures, they will show up hours late for the appointment and be in a hurry to leave. You will be quoted multiple prices and not sent anything in writing unless you beg for it. Finally get the quote and it's not what was discussed then another is sent and it's doubled. Stay away from this company.

I made contact with one of their representatives and the process started well. Decent communication and some service commenced. We express the need to address the areas where the squirrels were getting into the house. He said he needed assistance and would get it done. After several days of no response to text messages and calls, I contacted the main office. I explained what transpired. Later that day I received a text from the original representative saying he would be out Monday Nothing Monday. I texted and was giving additional excuses as to why he could make it. I requested a refund as it was almost 3 weeks and the project was far from complete. He said he needed to discuss it with his manager. I call the manager and explained the issues. He extended his apologies and said I would be contacted by his superior. I received a call from the supervisor and explained everything reading the text messages I saved. He asked what was completely and I told him of what I was aware of. requested the refund and he said he would grant my request. He said he would refund the entire amount although some work was completed. We should have known since most of the contract we signed dealt with arbitration and not suing them. They told us we had a bad mice and snake problem in our encapsulated crawlspace and attic, and probably the walls too. The work they quoted was expensive but based on other quotes they were on the high side but in line. They quoted 5 things to do. 2 of which they did not do at all, the other 3 they did attempt were complete fails. They incompetently or accidently unencapsulated our crawl space as well. We had to fix that ourselves. They came out 4 times and we had to be there to watch them since each time they did less work, and worse job. The managers came out the last time and it looks laughable. If Orkin's goal was to keep doing so bad we'd say don't come back and quit wasting our time then you succeeded at that! If this is the best you can do, your competitors appreciate you!
