He got in my backyard and when I approached him and asked where his permission was to enter my property, he said he did not need one. That it was not criminal trespassing. If they needed to remove 'their property' from my property, just like they harass you to get into a quarterly membership with them with emails and mail correspondence, they should also let you know that someone is coming and requires access to your backyard and the privacy of your home.
