We had a very poor experience with Complete Animal Removal. We had a raccoon in our attic. The…read morepositive I have to say is they were here to evaluate the property the next day. After that, it went downhill. Communication was nonexistent with the expected plan and steps for removal. My husband and I both left voicemails on the managers phone-never got a returned phone call. Even the trap cages are sub par quality and the technician did not make it to our home in time to retrieve the raccoon once he was trapped. He sat there so long, he turned around in the cage, opened the latch, and went back in the attic. Eventually we said enough was enough. Just seal the gables so we don't have a cage hanging off the roof. 0/10, do not waste your money.
