I am writing to update this review as of June 2026. A manager from this company out of Pensacola,…read moreFL contacted me and seemed genuinely apologetic for my family's experience. He offered to drive to our location himself to make things right and asked what could be done to fix the situation. He also patiently listened while I explained everything in detail. I declined his offer for additional services, but was reimbursed for the money I'd paid. Whatever issues the company had while servicing my family appear to have been addressed. If everyone is now operating as this manager is, I'd consider giving Conserv a chance.

As a condo owner not living in the state when the current renters call and say 'Hey I found a bug,…read moreand I have some bites on my arm," after the initial freak out, I looked online for an exterminator. Advanced Pest Control of Alabama had great reviews, and MAN do they deserve them! Within the hour I had a call from the owner, Scott. The following hour I had a team there inspecting the property. Scott and his team, kept in contact with me the whole time and explained his services as well as calmed me down from the panic. And although it was a FALSE alarm, the piece of mind knowing it was being handled was priceless. They are a service and our new goto for pest removal! Thank you, Scott and the team!

My request was not honored, and the technician still came to my home. I reviewed my security camera footage and confirmed that the technician rang my doorbell and then left. I also requested to speak with a manager about the situation, but I never received a callback. Every time I called, I was told the manager was in meetings, and no one ever followed up. The lack of communication and poor customer service were extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and suggest looking elsewhere if you have other options.
