Secondly, If there were things I needed to follow up with, he needed to communicate that to me. Instead there was zero communication. Lastly, I was never cheap, I asked the price and I paid it, I even sought him out to make sure he was paid since I didn't get an invoice. I think he may have had the wrong property in mind when he responded, that's the only thing I can think but regardless, he won't follow up to resolve this and figure out what's going on.
