I had two dogs before this dog whom I took to other veterinarians. The contrast between previous veterinarians and Dr. Flathers was pronounced. The last veterinarian did not appear to be as thorough in her examinations, her equipment malfunctioned on our last two visits and she seemed to be unable to confidently diagnose my dog's health issue. Every time I have seen Dr. Flathers I have been very impressed with her knowledge and diagnosis of my pet's problems. I would highly recommend Dr. Flathers and Angel Animal Hospital. I went to healing paws per a recommendation from a friend. The phlebitis occurred during a dental cleaning (that Dr Betty pushed hard for income). Initially went in for a broken tooth which she decided not to pull. I received care from a better vet in a different zip code and I'm so glad I did. My dog has a serious infection caused by incompetence from a vet clinic who will gladly fire you as a client once they're under fire with the law. Be cautious.
