This Vet (Mark Hale) has always shown professionalism, courtesy and concern even after many years interaction with my somewhat challenge personality. He is always patient and kind. His advice and treatment has been excellent. He is not afraid to do a referral or offer prescriptions or advice outside of his practice. We have had him perform numerous dog dental cleaning on all ages without incident. So you have to wonder the persons REMARKS from CALIFORNIA and take it with a grain of salt. I have complete confident in Doctor Hale. My only issue is that he ONLY treats dogs and cats and not other exotics, But I don't blame him.

As…read moreI feared, the situation was worse than I'd been led to believe and required more aggressive care. While we started trying to get things under control, the clinic was excellent about calling to check up on how my dog was doing. They were great about getting us in frequently (with and without appointments) to monitor progress. Ultimately, things had progressed too far, leaving only one real choice. Dr. Dooms spent extra time discussing the decision I had to make and letting my cry. She was even able to recommend a traveling vet that did at-home euthanasia and tried to find out their availability that day. Her kindness and empathy was such a stark contrast to my previous experience. I wish I'd come to Crossroads sooner because it would likely have made all the difference. While Crossroads may be more expensive than some clinics, you absolutely get what you pay for, and my four-legged loved ones deserve only the best.

My vet wasn't available. The vet there is so kind and knowledgeable. They are very well priced. I used her once when I was younger, my puppy was poisoned by a neighbor and they did everything they could to help her. They even sent me home with some donated medicine, to help with my limited college budget. I lost my puppy. I didn't call and tell them, they found out someway and sent me a card. It really helped with my grieving and showed me that they do care. I highly recommend them.

Well we had to make avail of their services late last night due to our fur baby who had a severely…read moreinjured leg They took her to the back & gave her IV fluids, pain medicine. They also put her on a heating pad as she was could. The Dr. came in and explained everything to us & due the severity of the injury which was probably caused by a coon that she would end up losing the leg & not having a good quality of life, we were absolutely devastated hearing this news. Even if we had the money to go down that route we felt that the unselfish thing was to take her out of the horrible pain she was in! So she died in my arms & was now not suffering. We were given some options for her remains. We chose to have her cremated with her ashes coming back to us & then we would put her in this beautiful pink urn we found. She will always be in our hearts and she will be in our home to share her spirit that will live on forever in our hearts. We want to thank everyone who helped through this very difficult process as it meant the world to us. If you have any pet emergencies I highly recommend these amazing animal lovers who do whatever is right for the families of the fur babies that are put into their care! Lots of space for the animals to run around in a group and they also offered to play individually with any dogs that weren't as friendly in a group. Two different choices for boarding rooms. Was very impressed as everything was so clean and the enclosure was a good size and also air conditioned. He also got a bath as he had an accident in his carrier on our way there. They put a heater in his enclosure to keep him warm after his bath. Called twice to check on him and they were so kind and considerate. The price was very reasonable for the great care Cody was given.Our cat seemed a little sad when we brought him home. I think he really enjoyed his stay. Will definitely use them again.
