AC's AutoTech is located off of Huntington Drive, right next door to Route 66 Car Wash. The owner,…read moreAC, ended up purchasing Brian's Auto and renamed it. I was looking to do an oil change and also to have my car oil filter changed. My mom suggested that I come here since we used to come to Brian's Auto all the time for car repairs. I came this past Monday, around 8:15 am. After I pulled my car in and parked, I was greeted by AC. After telling him what I was here for, he asked me if I was going to wait here for my car and I said I was. I just ended up sitting in the waiting room (I brought a book to read), which was a nice area. AC did take out my air filter and cabin filter to show me how dirty it was and asked if I wanted him to replace it. I ended up declining the offer (because my husband ended up doing this for me. We also ended up going to the dealership to purchase a cabin filter and also purchased the air filter on Amazon). Anyway, in a little less than 1 hour, I had my oil change done and oil filter replaced. The cost was going to be either $76 via credit card, but not including a 3% transaction fee or $70 cash. I ended up paying cash. The price itself is okay but maybe a little on the higher side, as compared to perhaps another auto shop but definitely much cheaper than going to the dealer. Overall, I think the service was friendly and quick. I would most likely come back to AC again in the future.

He told me it'd take a couple hours and cost around $250. A few hours later, he called saying it was done -- the bumper looked perfect. He told me he actually found my original sensor, cleaned it, and reattached it instead of replacing it. Total cost? $110. It's rare to find a mechanic this honest. Great work, fair price, and fast turnaround. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending Juan and G&M Automotive to everyone I know!

Ward Service deserves every bit of praise -- honest, reliable, and truly customer‑focused…read more After a terrible experience at a Glendale Infinity dealership that tried to sell me unnecessary repairs, I went to Ward with very low expectations. I asked them to check my brakes because the dealership claimed I needed new brakes and pads. To my surprise, Lalo came back and told me that my brakes were at 5mm and do not require replacement. From start to finish, Lalo was amazing -- friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. His communication was clear and patient. Ward performed only the services my car actually needed, nothing more, nothing padded, nothing exaggerated. It is rare these days to find a business that doesn't try to make a quick buck off false recommendations. Ward completely exceeded my expectations and restored my trust in honest car service. Their integrity, reliability, and professionalism stood out in every interaction. They've earned a long‑term loyal customer. I highly recommend Ward to anyone who wants straightforward, trustworthy service and a team that truly cares.

My first experience involved bringing my car in before a 5,000-mile road trip. I asked them to check everything thoroughly, yet I was only charged for an oil and filter change. I was incredibly impressed that they didn't try to recommend any unnecessary work. This level of honesty has continued; during a later visit, they even advised that while my brake pads would eventually need replacing, I still had time left on them. When I mentioned an upcoming trip, Jim kindly fit me in the next morning to take care of the replacement. Ward Service provides excellent, old-fashioned service with absolutely no up-selling. They are incredibly trustworthy and even offer rides home if needed. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs.

I contacted 13 mechanics and 2 machine shops and nearly all of them refused to accept the job or I did not trust that they could do the job, by me having to explain over and over of the location of the broken bolt. (If you have an A4 B7 you know exactly where those 2 coolant flange bolts are hidden and its a pain to get too) Over the phone Danny was straightforward in the cost and the procedure needed to get that broken bolt out. I do all the maintenance on my car from the engine to the interior so I was a little reluctant to drop my car off just to remove a broken bolt. Nobody wants a call from their mechanic just to tell you they found another problem and its going to cost you an arm and a leg. Anyhow, when I dropped off the car I didn't have to explain over and over of the problem, they already knew what had to be done. They did an amazing job in removing that broken bolt and reinstalling that new coolant flange and cleaning out my engine. That's an automatic 5 Star Yelp Review!! The 6th Star to this review is that Manual the mechanic noticed the short and long term maintenance that would be needed with the car. Danny informed me of the control arm bushing and a motor mount that would need to be replaced. My point is this, I know what needed to be replaced and repaired and they came to me with these maintenance issues alone. No unnecessary cost and repairs. So ended up letting them replace the engine mounts and snub mount for me and I now have a free Saturday with the family.
