When I reach out no one returns a phone call. Now they've had my deposit for over a week and no one answers the phone or calls me back. Don't risk your family's vacation to these people! Bait and switch, horrible customer service.

The top part has to be held by tie downs in order to hold with the bottom part. The latches don't work at the front. The top also had a huge dent and finally, the tent had a hole as seen in picture. I was told by Adam the tent was fully cleaned but we found trash inside. Some floss, gum wrapped in paper and some chapstick. This is a side business from his automotive main business so there was a long wait for the install and removal of the tent. It definitely served its purpose but definitely not worth the price.

Total of 4 families & 4 RVS! The Forester gave us EVERYTHING WE NEEDED PLUS MORE AMENITIES. It was CLEAN & NOT WORN OUT (compared to our friend's rentals) Bathroom: The shower was just right and we had great shower pressure & the water heater worked perfectly, according to and in comparison to the other RVs. Plus they gave us what we needed to maintain a clean and fragrant bathroom and we had a manual water spray which other RVs didn't have. The bedding was very comfortable! The fridge, freezer, stove top & oven worked without anyproblems. The Forester gave us all the conveniences we needed to "rough it & glamp." Seriously thinking of investing in an RV ourselves now. Well our adventure started 4 months ago when after many search engine searches for RV repairs…read more,mechanical fixing in one location brought us to OCRV. We were shown the Big Red RV remodeling which was nearing completion, interior was beautiful workmanship, which was our understanding of the quality of work done here. First our rear bumper needed to be prefabricated due to a tow bar breakage which rear ended our rig and broke our bumper. The fabrication went excellent and the process was smooth as insurance was involved. We then decided to have our passenger wheel wear looked into as well as our air conditioner in dash. A tie rode was needed as the one in ours was stress fractured, air-conditioning was a bad compressor, which was repaired. Now each of these processes required my calling onto OCRV repeatedly placed on hold,transfered to A.J or Egor whom made verbal promises to get parts information together and return my call in a next day report , None of which Ever occurred. I'd call back a week later requesting information and was told a "sorry" I got busy,or I didnt get parts yet. Now when one calls OCRV a recording states "exceptional services, return calls up to date service" none of which has been shown to us. 4 months now we are on time for our appointment at 11am showed up at 1036a.m. After 1/2 hour wait we are told by our rep hes not able to meet us for a personal illness issue currently, 11:30 a.m. another person is suppose to assist us. 12:00 and still no help with our rig appointment. Now we demand our rig to be done and we will pick it up next week.

I brought in my 2022 Mazda Model 3 sedan which had a collision to the right front bumper causing it…read moreto separate from the fender. Lawrence Rhee General Manager, approached me and said it is relatively minor damage and that he could fix it right there. He gently pushed against the fender until the crease went away and pulled the bumper edge outward until it lined up flush against the fender. He did some other work quickly and finished after I came back from lunch. I couldn't believe my eyes! I got three other quotes up to $2600 requiring to replace the bumper and paint the fender to match! The car is over 5 years old but the entire body is in great shape. I wasn't looking for a perfect repair. Lawrence at the start asked if I wanted a perfect restoration or something reasonable. I definitely wanted something reasonable because I didn't want to go through my insurance company for an aging car. After he finished the repair, you can't even notice any damage. I wish more body shops were more honest like Signature Auto body. Last thing, I plan to come back with my other car that needs more extensive work but at least I know I'm dealing with someone who I can trust! :)
