We had such a wonderful experience on our first RV rental. It's clean and spacious. The team checked everything And make sure everything is working properly, we rented 2020 Sunseeker, 2 beds are comfortable and large. We are group of 4 adults and 1 toddler. The baby car seat works well on the car, there are car seat belt you can put on. The generator is free and last 200 hours. So the air conditioning and heater works well. Our family of 3 was able to create so many memories driving through the California Coast into Oregon with the Forester. We took a trip with 3 other families who also rented their RVs. Total of 4 families & 4 RVS! The Forester gave us EVERYTHING WE NEEDED PLUS MORE AMENITIES. It was CLEAN & NOT WORN OUT (compared to our friend's rentals) Bathroom: The shower was just right and we had great shower pressure & the water heater worked perfectly, according to and in comparison to the other RVs. Plus they gave us what we needed to maintain a clean and fragrant bathroom and we had a manual water spray which other RVs didn't have. The bedding was very comfortable! The fridge, freezer, stove top & oven worked without anyproblems. The Forester gave us all the conveniences we needed to "rough it & glamp." Seriously thinking of investing in an RV ourselves now. First time renting an RV and glad we went with this company. We traveled with 5 adults for 8 days and the RV fit us perfectly. Staff were great at communication and Vincent was very friendly and helpful when giving us a tour. He was easily accessible via text/phone when we had questions about the RV during the trip itself. Would've given 5 stars but unfortunately the generator was being fixed so we couldn't use it for our trip, plus the microwave didn't work as well. First time renting an RV from Friday Afternoon, second time using Outdoorsy. This team works well together & is very quick, thorough & must say very flexible with their pick up/drop off times. This made our vacation to Yosemite very enjoyable. The only reason for 4 stars is while not their fault, but the RV we rented was pretty dinged up. Daniel was very aware of all these issues so it eased my mind that I wouldn't be hit with damage fees. And lastly note to owner, please provide a basic level to assist in using the leveling blocks, dish soap & disposable dish towels. We didn't take ours because last RV we rented provided it. It was our first time renting an RV, so we didn't quite know what to expect. The entire process was easy, from booking to pickup and drop off. The RV was clean and pretty well maintained. Vincent was very thorough in walking us through the general operation and features. He and the owners also responded quickly when we had a few issues while on our road trip. Everything went pretty smoothly with the exception of two small things, we had trouble with the oven and one of the lock bolts on the outside storage compartment was loose and came open while traveling. We mentioned them on drop off so hopefully they can address it for the next renters. Overall, a great experience. This was our first (definitely NOT the last!) time renting an RV and what a fantastic experience. First, the communication from the team at Friday Afternoon was exceptional. I had lots of questions when I started my research and Yanlin was so patient and quick to respond. Picking up the RV was a breeze and Shawn was available when we arrived at our first stop to answer questions about a few things - he covered them in our orientation, but in all the excitement I forgot what he said :( . The RV we chose was 24 feet and had all the amenities we needed. We did bring some things from home that the RV does not stock, like a wine opener and a coffee pot. Just rented a 2019 Forester RV for my family for a 6 day trip up the CA central coast. RV was great and communication with the owner Yanlin and Vincent were excellent. You get a 1 hour walk around to get to know the vehicle and make sure everything works. My kids loved the RV and we had a wonderful trip. At 24' it's small enough to maneuver and drive.
