Another great experience working with All Cities Glass as a returning customer. They were awesome to work with again from start to finish, and the installation went smoothly. After the install, I noticed a small chip in the door and reached out. They quickly responded, asked for photos, and scheduled a replacement without any hassle. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. Really appreciate their great customer service and how quickly they resolved the issue. I would definitely recommend them and continue using them for future projects read more

Broken promises! We were referred to All Cities Glass by our contractor and they installed a shower door in two bathrooms. She informed us that they didn't have matching silver hinges and they would order one and come back and install it. This was in February 2025, and due to the problems from shipping from China, it might be about 12 weeks out to receive it. The next month, the plastic water shield fell off of the door and my contractor and waited for them to come back to install the hedges to fix the door. I contacted her back and she said she lost all messages and he got a new phone so to resend the invoice she sent me and she would get back to me. That was in August and I have followed up numerous times via text in email without a response response. Now my hinges don't match in my master bathroom and the shower door completely fell off on my second half and I have to hire somebody else to repair it. If I could give him a zero rating, I would read more

Great job. Attentive to questions. Listened to what i was thinking. Space filling for character count

Jorge and his team just completed their 3rd shower glass door for me (Signal Hill, 2018; Long Beach, 2021; San Clemente 2023). Each time I've found him to be fair in price, quick to install -- and high quality in the end product. I would gladly work with them a 4th time if I needed to! read more

Little late leaving a review (May 2023) but would highly recommend Jorge and his team. He installed floating glass doors for my shower. They were very professional and on time for measurements and for installation. Which only took about 30-40 mins to have everything completed. read more

I'm extremely pleased with the new frameless shower door in my master bedroom that Jorge recommended to replace an old framed one. George came out the next day to do initial measurements. About 2 weeks later, their crew installed the new shower door; they were very neat, courteous, and professional. I give All Cities Glass my best 5-Star rating. Anyone needing home improvements such as this would be foolish not to use All Cities Glass, they have great service and fair prices. Carl Andrews, Mission Viejo read more

Poor time management skills - the two installers arrived, dropped off their equipment and went to lunch. I finally had my shower doors installed when they got back. A 1.5 hour job plus 1 hour for lunch. It seemed like it was my fault for not saying anything then. read more

I got many quotes for shower glass and All Cities was not only the best value but also had the fasted turn around time! The process was hassle free and we are very happy with the results! read more

I've used Jorge and ACG on 3 home remodels. He's both friendly and responsive. His team did an excellent job installing shower enclosures as well as glass railing. His pricing is competitive and their turn around time is excellent. I will be using them on all our projects. I strongly recommend All Cities Glass. read more

The installers can out today to install our shower door. The installation looks good, hower they gave no conceren to our new quartz vanity top when they put they tools and parts on top of it. My wife ask them to put down a cover on our new tile and put the tools there, they didn't. Besides that when they drilled the holes in the new shower tile, the dust went all over our new tiled shower base and floor which was all cleaned afer the bathroom remodel. read more

This company installed a heavy glass shower door unit in my home 2 years before I purchased it from the previous owners. The previous owners used the bath as a guest bath maybe 5 or 6 times since they remodelled. 6 weeks after I moved in and we started using the shower daily, the entire unit started sliding into the bathtub as the adhesive/silicone product used to installed appeared to just melt away. Having kept connected with the previous owners, they shared the business card with me for the company that installed the shower door. After calling Jorge and explaining the problem (though I wasn't sure of the exact dates of installation at that time but estimated it) he was very defensive and claimed it wasn't his company that installed it . He wouldn't come out to even look at it unless I coule prove he installed it. The previous owners found their invoice and shared it with me which I shared with him so he said he would come out 'early next week' which was a little less than a week from my confirmation of his invoice. I had also shared multiple photos of the shower and the failed installation and our inability to use the shower until it could be repaired. "Early the following week", I asked when he would be coming so I could set aside the time in my day. He pushed me off until 'the end of the week'. The end of the week came but he never called. Multiple follow up messages to him on multiple occasions over the next week were ignored. It's now been a month since my first call to him. He was made aware that the shower is severe safety issued and cannot be used. I sought out three other glass companies opinions and they all said the same thing. The shower is a severe safety issued, was not only installed improperly but was also not an ideal product for the type of use. The heavy glass and lack of support is too much for a bathtub. Though it could be completely taken out and re-installed due to the type of unit, the problem could likely reoccur as the door is too heavy for a track that is just 'siliconed' to a bathtub. I would not recommend this company for shower glass door installation specifically on a bathtub. It was inferior and failed after limited use. More importantly however, I would not recommend this company for any product installation if you want trust that they will follow through on any problems that may occur. They do not stand by their work nor take responsibility for fixing any problems associated with their installation even when made aware of the severe safety problem. And do not install a heavy glass (1/2 inch frameless system on a bathtub. It will result in a safety problem for you. I have to replace the entire unit with a new one that is rated safe for this type of use. read more

I would definitely recommend All Cities Glass for Custom Ordered Frameless Shower Doors. I had them out about 8 months ago to install a shower door on a newly remodeled master bath shower. The weren't the cheapest I found (like +$100) but I hired them because they pretty much specialize in the Shower Doors and they have a really short lead time for completion - 1 week. After the quote was complete they did honor the $50. coupon I had from one of the local ad-magazines. Both the Measure and Install appointments were kept on time. Installation was quick, clean and precise. About 1 week after installation I asked them to come back and switch the seal on the door so it would open in-to the shower instead of out. The did this at no extra charge which I didn't expect since it was installed the way I "thought" I wanted it originally. Very good customer good-will on their part. read more

There are not words great enough to describe the quality which Jorge provided us, due to the changes we had to make. He is such a nice man and accommodated all our changes. Today was finally our installation date and Thomas and Carlos were extremely friendly, kind, and did an OUTSTANDING job of installing our new glass shower panels. They continually cleaned as they were doing the installation and our kids said how updated our shower looked and said "who did this wonderful work"? It was Thomas & Carlos! Again, do not look any where else, except All Cities Glass, as they are the BEST! read more

In the old days, it used to be a process of going to the yellow pages, making a random choice from countless contenders, and crossing your fingers that you made the right choice. Yelp allows me to make an informed decision quickly and, in most cases, accurately. It has definitely helped improve my satisfaction quota. However, not in this case. Jorge is a very nice person... and the shower door looks great, BUT... the ugly shower curtain we had before did a better job of keeping water from getting out. The problem is twofold: First, his suggestion of how the door swings open should have been reversed. He put the hinges opposite the wet wall and the gap of the swinging door and fixed panel is right at the downpour so water escaping is inevitable. Second, the silicone door sweep on the bottom of the swinging door was inadequately placed and we would have benefited from additional sweeps on the sides. When I called him to tell him this, he said it was because the curb angled at the wrong slope. I told him this was not the case (although it should slope towards the drain, it's level) and wanted him to at least take a look. He said it would be additional money for a barrier which was not problem, but I don't know why it wasn't included the first time. We scheduled him to come take a look, but the day of, he called to reschedule. The second time, the same thing happened. On the third attempt, he didn't even bother to call, he just didn't show up. My husband took the bottom sweep and moved it lower which improved it, but it still comes up a little short. I would not recommend him at all. When a problem occurs, you fix it. And not showing up?? That's just bad business. read more

I had called several companies to get a quote for a shower door and in an effort to be cost conscious decided to give All Cities Glass a try. I wish I had paid more and used any other company. The owner was friendly when he came out for the quote and is really great at "selling" his company and being a convincing salesperson. After he gave me a quote I requested a morning appointment and he said sure and gave me a tentative date for the workers to come out and said that I would hear from someone confirming. I didn't hear from anyone and when I called I was told that the workers couldn't go out until later in the day. When I told them that I could only do a morning appointment they told me that another appointment time wasn't possible for several days so I cancelled my plans so that I could actually use my shower. When the workers came they chipped my bathroom ceiling with the glass sheet they carried in and didn't say anything. I didn't see it until after they left but knew it was them because I had just remodeled my bathroom and it was in pristine condition. Also, they used a glossy sealant along the edges of the glass and my travertine tile walls and the sealant is uneven and I notice it every time I go into my bathroom. Lastly, the glass swing shower door was placed slightly lopsided and catches when I open and close it. I'm really proud of all the remodeling I've done to my bathroom but honestly hate the glass shower door and my entire experience with All Cities Glass. People have asked me for recommendations because they're remodeling and I tell them to not use this company. Don't take the chance! There's a reason why they charge less than other companies. The quality of their work is sub-par. read more

The owner is a pompous jerk who will lie and try to postpone your appointment as much as possible as he is juggling his team around his clients. The team that does the installation is professional and generally good hard working people. The owner kept pushing my appointment for 2 weeks and finally when I gave him an ultimatum he pulled his guys out of other jobs to do mine. Do not do business with a liar - beware! If you must - make sure you read his contract where he doesn't promise a timetable- make him write it in. Rather have paid more and had a shower usable in the normal 1 week timeframe. Buyer beware read more

After scouring Yelp and the web in general for a shower door company here in the OC, I took the previous review as the best that I could get and called George at All Cities Glass. He immediately picked up the phone and gave me a great quote when I told him the project and glass shower door dimensions. I called a few other places and he was by far the best price (like 20%). We scheduled a measurement for the following morning and got the new door just TWO business days later!!! I'm 1000% impressed by George's speed, prices, AND quality. The 3/8" glass door is exactly what I was going for. Oh, and skip that A-1 Shower Door place off the 55 in Santa Ana, they were WAY high priced and thought that they were "all that and more". Uh... no. All Cities Glass handed your butts to you on a platter! read more

We called this company based on their past Yelp reviews. Jorge came out, estimated the work and quoted a price for the frame-less shower door that we wanted. When I inquired about keeping our current threshold, Jorge assured me that his installers would clean up the part, apply new silicone, then reinstall the same part. However, the installers told me that they couldn't perform this task since they had no silicone remover nor tools to perform this step. I took the part and in less than 1 minute I'd scraped the old silicone off. What shower door installers aren't prepared to remove old silicone??? I finally agreed to accept the installation of a new threshold and the 2 installers completed their work. That being said, the new door is a welcome relief from our old one. It opens up the shower and makes it appears much larger. We are happy with their work. read more

Great overall experience. All I was looking for was someone to know what they're doing show up on time and do their job. All cities glass did all of that! I love my shower! They also installed a custom cut mirror for me great price. The only thing I wasn't completely satisfied with was the sealant on the glass supposed to help protect against water spots. I didn't feel like it really did anything so I put on rainX world great. I definitely recommend this company. read more

I highly recommend All Cities Glass. I was referred to them by Chris with EJs Home Improvements who was doing my master bath remodel. I stopped by the showroom and spoke with Patty and she was very helpful in assisting me with making just the right decision on glass and hardware. I called Jorge and he set up an appt right away. He was on time, which is so rare these days. His price was so much less than I expected; by over $900. When the door was ready he worked around my remodel schedule to install it. He made an appt for 8:30 in the morning AND again the guys were on time. They took about 2 hours and cleaned everything up before leaving. I love me new shower door. read more

Jorge and his crew did a FANTASTIC job on our custom master shower and kid's tub slider. Had frameless shower unit with this company and they did not apply proper seal on edge of unit which has caused leaks in corner and damaged molding right outside of the shower. Has been a headache to deal with for over 5 years. Called the company 6 months after installing it and someone came out and said everything looks fine. Problem persisted for over 2 more years, had to do molding 3 different times because of water damage, upon contacting them they said for just coming to look at their work again would charge a service fee along with another fee for fixing it. I called All Cities based on the reviews, and was so glad I did! George seems to always answer the phone or call back immediately. His review of what we could do, even in our semi-small area, was perfect. I wanted frameless but thought I could only do a framed shower door, but he showed how we could still do a frameless - and he was right! It's gorgeous! His pricing was great, too - in fact, three contractors at our house at the time George showed up took his contact info because they thought the pricing was fantastic, too! And... I got a thicker glass, with a lower price, than any other bid! Woo hoo! read more

My parents live in Newport and they needed a wind wall (glass fence) fixed after it mysteriously shattered. After some searching and calling a few places (most didn't answer) I came across Jorge. He was friendly, helpful and didn't fuss with giving me an estimate over the phone. Like others said, Jorge was responsive, kept contact, was early for the appointment to measure and then later to install. The guys even patiently waited for me as I was coming from far away to get to my parents. They reasonably cleaned the mess (glass was all around the shrubs) with a vacuum and installed the glass, fast and easy. I paid what was originally said, under $200, but gave a tip as they were so nice and humble. Stay humble, friendly and good on price! Thank you to Jorge, Luis and company :o) All the best. read more
