Yeah, me neither. Until I had the great fortune of calling Frank, The Grill Man to repair a couple of issues with my grill. He was all of the above, plus the price was exactly as quoted on the phone. In and out, no fuss, no muss. I only wish that he did other repairs so that I can use him again. But I definitely would not hesitate to call him again for future grill needs. I've always dealt with Brian in the past but this time the Universe's wheel of fortune provided Derrick. Brian told Derrick is great. Super cool dude. Very passionate about his job. Aussie accent. He told me his story. We hit it off. He cleaned my messy grill. I always ask a lot of questions. I'm nosy/friendly that way and enjoy getting to know people. Derrick is good people. He gave me a succinct tutorial on the dangers and risks of Australian animals and reptiles, which I appreciated, since it's completely saving me expensive airfare and unnecessary jet lag. Thanks, buddy. I always hate to get a perfectly clean grill dirty again because it looks so amazing and I want to keep it that way forever BUT I did burgers the next day and of course they were spectacular. (And afterward I scrubbed that thing clean and got it almost back to Derrick-standards, but not quite.) Normally I go all out with guacamole and fancy pickles and exotic toppings. This time I wanted to taste the meat fresh from Derrick's fantastically clean handiwork so I kept it simple. Bun. Cheese. Meat. Charred to medium rare perfection...
