Of course our LG Fridge broke down for the 2nd time in less than 5 years. LG assigned us to LDA, and Kyle came out to diagnose the issue. He immediately recognized the issue, and informed us that a new compressor, dryer, and evaporator were needed. This is our 2nd compressor. While I have nothing great to say about my LG Fridge besides the fact that the warranty works great, the guys from LDA did an amazing job handling our repair. Called LG on Sunday, they assigned the job to LDA. The first visit was on that Monday, and they installed all the parts by noon on Friday. This is even after a delay due to a mix up with authorization numbers because of LG's appointment center making a mistake. LDA set an appointment for with me for two days later. They texted the day before to give me a time range in the afternoon. The day of, LDA said a number of people had cancelled and could they visit earlier. A technician named Lucien showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with the washer, he said I needed a new drain pump. A few days later they said the pump was in and gave me a window of time the next day. Lucien again showed up on time and within 25 minutes had replaced the pump. I am very happy with the repair which came out to $260 (your mileage may vary), much less than buying a new washer. I recommend LDA highly. read more

***UPDATE*** After me submitting the below review I was contacted by LDA and they apologized for their lack of response and have since fixed the problem. I am adjusting my rescue accordingly. Our Allstate Extended Warranty company sent LDA out to service our ice maker and dispenser on our Whirlpool refrigerator last November. Kyle was the service technician and Lucian was the supervisor/scheduler. Kyle was able to diagnose and replace the ice maker successfully but in the process of fixing the glitchy dispenser he accidentally broke another part so now it doesn't work at all. I have left at least 3 messages for each of them, and texted them numerous times but they have completely ghosted me. Allstate paid out the claim but we were willing to pay cash to have a working dispenser. They lacked the professionalism to even respond. If you have a choice to pick someone else, do it! read more

What an awful experience my Wife and I had with this highly unprofessional operation. When we called the Home Depot last week to report that our year old Samsung washer was leaking large amounts of water, we were referred to LDA Enterprise. For some unknown reason, the Home Depot uses this company to repair their appliances under their Home Depot 3 Year Protection Plan by Allstate. Apparently, they have chosen the cheapest and most amateurish company they could find. LDA Enterprise scheduled an appointment for yesterday morning (6/25) at a time frame between the hours of 10:00 and 12:00. They later confirmed that a technician would arrive between those hours. Unbelievably, their technician, Kyle, showed up 5 AND A HALF HOURS LATE. When we called at around 12:30 to ask why no one had yet shown up, Kyle said he would not make it to our home until around 5:30. According to him, his company had decided to change the appointment time WITHOUT INFORMING THE CUSTOMER. He then said that his company had scheduled two appointments for him at the same time, in two different cities. To make matters worse - far worse - he admitted that LDA has been known to do this to its customers. Is this something that you should be telling a customer? And, why they would change an appointment time while leaving the customer in the dark is inexcusable. Fortunately, we both are retired and can afford the time to have our entire day wasted. Imagine if we were working and needed time off between the hours of 10:00 and 12:00 to wait for a technician who shows up 5 and a half hours late for his appointment. Would LDA Enterprise even care? When Kyle finally arrived at 5:30, he offered no apology, no compassion, no nothing. When he walked through our front door, he made no eye contact and completely ignored us when we introduced ourselves. He simply walked straight to the washer and began looking on his phone for a solution to our problem. He ultimately said he would order a detergent housing assembly that should arrive in about five days. He then told us to schedule another appointment when the new parts arrive. Before leaving, he again offered no apology, no concern, nothing. An appointment is a commitment between two parties. You don't unilaterally change an appointment time without first obtaining the consent of the customer. My next step is to urge the Home Depot to avoid using this outfit again. read more

ABSOLUTE TRASH- LG Warranty sent me three companies for repair service. This was one of them. According to the reviews, they seemed to be reliable, however that is not the case. The service tech, Josh, came out to check out our washing machine. He stated some parts were needed to be ordered, and when I asked if they were under warranty he said he would call his boss and ask. It seems the part would be covered according to him. He stated the following week we should hear back in regards to getting the parts, pricing (if any), and to schedule them to come back. It has now been a month, and they do not return our many attempts to contact them. They just took the $90 money and ran. I would never use them again. They are SCAMMERS. (ain't nobody got time to sit at a laundromat and can't go to my neighbors because of the Rona) LDA told me they got me. But the soonest they could come through and save me would be in four days. Our LG refrigerator started leaking water and we called our home warranty company that assigned Sears (A&E) to make the repair. Later that day Sears calls and says they cannot honor the date. By this time we went through a roll of paper towels and were worried. We called our home warranty company again and were given a 2nd company and ended up in the same situation. Called our home warranty company the 3rd time and were given LDA past 5pm on Monday. Kyle from LDA showed up Wednesday on time. He diagnosed the problem (a compressor) and even had the part with him. LG warranty service selected this company to he my repair service. Kyle was the service person who was nice on the visit. He replaced the main board and wifi module but this didn't correct the problem. He have me an invoice that explained he replaced those items and the tv still had the same issue. I called LG a few days later to set up getting a replacement and they told me that the repair company LDA Enterprise left notes that the tv was repaired and fully functional, which of course isn't the case. I tried calling LDA Enterprise but haven't received a response. Even though I have an invoice that states the tv couldn't be fixed. Now I have to wait all over again for another person to come out. I called LDA Enterprise for an out-of-warranty fridge repair. Other shops wanted $85 just to come out and look at my fridge, with no guarantee that they could even procure the parts to fix it (it's 10-years old). Not LDA Enterprise. I spoke to Lucien who instructed me to text him various pics of the fridge. Within minutes, he had the part ordered and had scheduled an appointment for the following week, once the part arrived. Kyle, my technician, was an absolute pro. He knew everything about the fridge, including how to install the part in question and why it was making certain noises. This business is a scam! BEWARE LG recommends them and they lie on the diagnosis. They came out on 12/7 they guy first checked the compressor and said it wasn't broken. Then he proceeded to say he was running numbers on the evaporator, not once did he take the refrigerator apart from the inside to see what the problem was. He only hooked up a device to the back. Then he said he was calling LG and that they said it was the evaporator that was broken. He said that they would order the part and get back to us. Do not TRUST this so called, subtracted "business." They extremely unprofessional. They will receive assignments and will not follow up or show up during the scheduled time or window. The manager Lucien has to be called to see when his workers will arrive and he lies and covers for them when they do not appear for the scheduled time. This happened 3 times. His repairmen do not follow COVID practices or even understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic. They come off of the street into your home without gloves, play around with your appliance and then leave. Lucien had to send out two different workers who interrupted my workday so that they could stand around and misdiagnose what is going on with my appliance. The workers are not knowledgeable of LG appliances and will make a "guess" regarding what they think "could" be the problem. As they are performing the jobs, they are calling their boss Lucien for advise, while he is sitting in some office. When Lucien determines the part that is needed from his office, the worker provides an invoice and leaves making the needed repair worse than before they came. They will move your appliance back and forth and take your appliance apart to reassemble incorrectly. Lucien and his assigned, incompetent workers make this "company" rate lower than what I would like to give. They do not rate. Lucien is just as incompetent as his workers... DO NOT TRUST WHAT LUCIEN SAYS AND DO NOT ALLOW HIS VERY, UNTRAINED, DISRESPECTFUL WORKERS INTO YOUR HOME.
