The overall quality of the job was great. At no extra charge to us, they replaced the noses of our stairs since they found them a bit weak & squeaky once they took the old carpet off. Jordan was the most responsive person I've ever had work on my home. Both his workmanship and work ethic are truly excellent. He is clean, tidy, works WAY faster than I anticipated, and I'm not sure there is anything he can't do. He is also very polite. As for his prices, I'll be honest, I didn't shop around. He was so communicative, and his reviews were really good, I was willing to pay a little more. I'm not sure I would have saved much at all if I had shopped around, though. His prices seemed VERY reasonable, but paired with his communication, his workmanship, and his speed, it was honestly a steal. My 9 year old daughter said I should give Jordan at least 20 stars. She doesn't know the max is 5. I would do 20, though, if I could.
