I contacted Mike at All Access about trimming our palm tree. I'd been doing it myself, but it became a chore and we wanted more trimmed off than I was comfortable doing on my own. Mike's team came out within a week and trimmed it down in less than 30 minutes. They cleaned up and did a great job. We've only lived here a year and this is the first time I've got the palm trimmed, so no idea when I'll need it done again, but you can be sure I'll be calling Mike and All Access Tree Care. read more

Mike came out yesterday for an estimate. He took a look at my three stumps, then was able to remove them by just kicking at them. He was here about 10 minutes, and when I asked him what the charge was, he said nothing. (I did give him some money.) Great integrity and professionalism. Thanks! read more

We needed a large pine tree, that was on the neighbors property, cut down. Our neighbor said fine as long as I took care of all the details. I called Mike at All Access Tree Care and he provided the most competitive bid from six different companies. This company is so good, I had to wait a month before they would come out to cut down the tree. The day came and three very courtesy workers were on time and ready to go. They took down a very large and tall tree in a very efficient amount of time. The cleaned up all the mess and put a fence back together. This company is top notch and I will refer them to anyone. I also plan on getting a quote for some trees on my mother in law's property. Thanks Mike. read more

Le and Connie T. My sister and I were looking for a tree removal service to get rid of the skinny and extremely tall palm tree which posed a great liability at my brother's house. We found All Access Tree Care on Yelp. We called; Mike came to the site and produced an estimate. Once we had agreed to the price, we proceeded to the date to have the tree cut. The friendly crews arrived on time and completed the job in less than four hours. They did professional work from cutting down the palm, removing trunks and leaves and cleaning the area. We were glad that we picked All Access Tree Care and thank you for a job well done! read more

Affordable price. Quick scheduling. Crew was professional and cleaned up very well! They took measures to protect my home from damage since the tree was only about 12 inches away from my wall! 10/10 would recommend Mike and All Access. read more

It was difficult to find the right tree company to remove our massive ficus tree out front, but All Access Tree Care came through and we are really happy we found this gem! Mike is amazing -- super easy to work with, friendly, communicative and extremely professional. He came out to give us a very reasonable estimate and then was able to fit us in very quickly in their schedule since this was a rush job. Super thankful for Mike's advice on the tree and the work his team did -- came on time, removed the tree completely, advised on killing roots, cleaned up, and hauled away -- everything done in less than 3h! Also super satisfied with the quality of the work. We'll definitely be using them for pruning and trimming services in the future. Would recommend to anyone! read more

Mike and his team, Ramon and another person, did an awesome job of trimming 3 Palm trees in my back yard. They did a terrific job of cleaning up after the job and a little extra that I did not expect, which was icy on top of the incredible job already! The price quote was better than another tree service and the whole communication on getting the job done was pleasant. Mike responded to my call the same day and worked through text messages to get me what I needed. I definitely recommend. read more

Mike Raffo of All Access Tree Care responded quickly to my call. A friend who was very happy with his company referred him to us. We had a huge Italian Stone pine that was probably planted about 30 years ago. It was too close to our house, which has a very fragile tile roof. Another tree company kept it pruned back for over 25 years, but we became very concerned about damage to the house. In addition to the size problem, the tree had been invaded in recent years by an insect that chooses that particular type of pine. Treatments never solved the problem and the sap ended up as black mold on the deck underneath the tree. Our regular company wanted to keep pruning the tree, but gave us an estimate to remove it with the assistance of a crane company. They also told us for the first time that the tree was just over half grown. The crane person wanted to trim back a beautiful Chinese elm that had just been shaped again, remove some mature landscaping along the driveway, and requested that we sign a waiver of liability for any damage to our 2-year-old 400-foot long driveway and anything else that was damaged by the crane. Mike came over quickly and spent time figuring out how to access the tree that was not only overhanging part of the roof and the deck but also on the other side of mature landscaping en route to the driveway where the mulcher would be. He gave me an estimate that was much less than our former company, a copy of his insurance and license, and answered all my questions. I had a total of 5 estimates that were nowhere close to each other. Mike's was not the lowest, but was much lower than our former company. He prepared it after carefully considering what was necessary to do the work. Two other companies said the work was too complicated. We were concerned more with competence than cost. I signed his contract immediately. Mike was here on the first day to make sure everything was in place. His 5-man crew were here three days carefully lowering each cut branch to the ground using ropes and walking each one to the mulcher. They worked as a team to work around a large garden area, cut up some of the wood to leave for a neighbor, and clean up when they were done. It was amazing to watch them work together seamlessly doing a very complicated and dangerous job. They were also very friendly people who were a pleasure to have at our home. They cleaned up beautifully when the work was finished. The Chinese elm, landscaping, and driveway are undamaged and we are very grateful. Mike suggested leaving part of the trunk up to the top level of the deck. The bark is beautiful. My staghorn ferns still have a home hanging on the trunk. And we have a new tree company. read more

I highly recommend Mike and his team for any of your tree care needs. Mike was very responsive, professional and detailed. Of the other tree care services I contacted, they were among the few services to provide a written estimate. When it came to the job, Mike and his team were efficient and thorough. They cut down a large tree, ground the stump and trimmed a small tree for us all in under an hour. They cleaned up everything and at the end of the job, checked to make sure I was satisfied with the results. I will definitely use All Access again in the future. read more

All Access Tree Care did a great job cutting trees back from the fence separating my property and the adjacent condo association. He was flexible when scheduling a time and when the day arrived his team was on time, were friendly as well as easy to talk with, and went over and above in the quality and extent of the work done. Cleanup was thorough and left the worksite cleaner than when they started! I highly recommend Mike and his team and plan on using them again as the need arises! read more

Would give more stars if they were available. Second time Mike and All Access has been out to take care of trees. Part two was a big job - two days with 5-6 guys. Incredible amount of work, and all of it handled professionally. These guys are professionals, and they do a great job. They always have the best quote, too. Their workers are professional and do a very careful job with tricky issues like fences and clean up when branches find their way onto neighbors' yards. No corner cutting with this company, either. Mike is extremely accommodating when it comes to requests. Whatever the job, if it can be done safely, they'll do their best to take care of it. You need not look further for your next bid, and it will likely be the best one you get! read more

I am completely satisfied with both the customer service levels and the quality of work at All Access. Mike's men were prompt, very very friendly, and had a nice relaxed vibe. The work was done well and cleaned up meticulously. I'm most impressed that these men went the long way around the side of the house back and forth, which took up extra time and effort including having to remove a fence gate just because a mourning dove mamma and her two babies were nesting at their most convenient path. They were happy to do so and loved seeing the babies. I recommend. read more

I had Mike and his team remove a number of trees (mainly palm, eucalyptus, and pepper) from a very difficult part of my yard. He showed up on time, got the work done efficiently and effectively, cleaned the yard once they were done, and were extremely courteous the entire time on the job. They did a fantastic job and it was very affordable. The team worked well together, and as I work from home, I was able to enjoying watch them work. I have already hired them to do additional work in another part of my property and will call them for all subsequent tree service needs. On a separate note, Mike is the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring business owners I have come across in a very long time. I wish more people had integrity like Mike, and I would recommend All Access to anyone and everyone. read more

If you are looking for high-quality, knowledgable, and incredibly affordable tree care, look no further! You have stumbled upon a gem!!! I shopped around for tree services here in SD for weeks. I always do my research and want the best bang for my buck. I wanted to find a company with the lowest cost and highest quality. When I scrolled past All Access Tree Care, it looked too good to be true. With over 145 5-star reviews, I called them out for a free consultation. Mike was super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and gave me the lowest quote out of all of the 5 other local businesses I had out. Can you believe that?! He had warned me that they were pretty busy, especially since COVID has been a thing. But we had a gut instinct that they would be worth the wait. Boyyyyy was I right! This massive pepper tree we had in the corner of our lot generously hung over two different neighboring fence lines. As I watched the guy climb up the tree and chisel away, I got increasingly nervous as he moved towards the outer branches near the fencing. But these guys are wizards! It's like a science and let me tell you- they know their sh*t! He performed his sorcery and the branches fell, way out of reach of the fence line. How? I don't know. But it was awesome to watch. They cleaned up everything and left the yard nicer than before. All of the men that worked in our yard were kind, fast, and efficient. They have a system and are incredibly fluid together. I WILL be hiring them for any other trees we need removed, as well as recommending them to everyone we know. Thank you All Access Tree Care! You guys were AMAZING! read more
