The crew was responsible and responsive, and did a magnificent job trimming and caring for my many palm trees and bamboo. They cared for my outdoor furniture and items that needed to be worked around. Working with Chuck was easy and efficient. They did an extra extraordinary job!!! read more

CM did a fantastic job today placing root barrier around an in-ground planter area that was starting to have 2" roots growing under newly poured cement. Pedro was very informative and had several suggestions on how to control the growth of roots, which was helpful. He and his worker carefully dug around an in-ground conduit, had the work done sooner than expected and even cleaned up dirt that made it on to the patio. I have had several workers in my back yard in the last year, not all were honest. These guys worked hard, were very honest and did a fantastic job! Thank you Pedro and team for doing such great work in the summer heat!!!! read more

Professional and precise, pruned and trimmed two large trees very well and for a reasonable cost. read more

The entire team worked well together and did a fantastic job removing our enormous old pine tree from a hard spot on our property with a ton of large roots. They were respectful of the property. The owner, Chuck, was very caring and professional. I 100% recommend CM Precision Tree & Landscape Maintenance. read more

I have a special tree situation in my courtyard ... I had a very detailed (creative) request that other companies in the past were unable to provide. This may sound ridiculous but I wanted shaping similar to a precision haircut. More of strategic placement for privacy along with planning for future growth. This is above my courtyard and really has an umbrella effect when properly cared. Previous disaster when just chopped up and needs to start over!!! I really was done messing around and wanted a true professional! Finally a company and an owner that care ! Chuck listened to my specific needs and I mean really listened! Pedro was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and hardworking. I got exactly what I paid for which was 5 star service. Thank you ! COULD NOT BE HAPPIER ! Happy little trees read more

We had one very overgrown queen palm trimmed with excellent results. The tree trimmers were professional and efficient, and left the yard spotless when finished. The price was competitive and fair. We won't hesitate to use CM next time. Highly recommend. read more

These guys really know trees. They have an assortment of equipment so they were able to reach my tall pepper trees in all parts of my property They listened to me. On one tree that they were trimming off dead branches, they even left the one branch that the local Raven considers his favorite perch. Cleaned up very well and did cut larger limbs into firewood for me. Thank you read more

We had a 50 foot Lemon-scented Gum Tree (Corymbia citriodora) - otherwise known as a "big ol'e Eucalyptus" that hadn't been trimmed in about 3 decades. A large branch had fallen down and got caught in some more branches. Had it fallen completely down, it could have easily killed someone. Well, I went on the NextDoor app and made some inquiries about giving it a nice haircut, and was referred to CM PT&LM. Fortunately, the owner Chuck happened to be not far from our area at the time, and made a trip to our place within a couple of hours. He patiently took time to explain to us the nature of these trees, and made his recommendations confidently and fairly. We decided it was well worth it, and by 11am the next day his 3 men were here hard at work. Seeing that one worker up there with really tall tree-trimming bucket truck reminded me of the photo of Gene Simmons on the gatefold of the KISS ALIVE II album! The three of them were done in record time-and this included chipping everything they had cut down. When they left, the yard looked all nice and clean and neat-you almost wouldn't have known they were here. And the tree looked so handsome that we were almost ready to give it a necktie for a job interview the next day. More importantly, it is no longer a falling danger, especially during this season of high Santa Ana winds. Highly recommend! Jim Sheridan Crest, California read more

Look no where else! CM Precision Tree and Landscaping are the best. We had a tough project for them. They had to cut our neighbors huge pine tree that was hanging over our yard. They cut about 50% of the tree and had to access the tree from our yard, which was a bit of a trick. They did an amazing job. The neighbors had pots and plants all over the area under the tree. They covered everything up and nothing was damaged. All of the tree was cut and taken down through our yard. They roped all of the branches down and there was no damage to any trees or plants in our yard. Their team is professional and hard-working. Chuck and Pedro are miracle workers! They helped us with the many challenges that came with this project. Many thanks!!! read more

Our Mulberry tree was uprooted and fell onto our home during tropical storm Hilary. Chuck Morse from CM Precision Tree & Landscape Maintenance Inc and his crew took great care removing and disposing of the tree. When it came to the very large root system and stump, their machine cut everything down and left the area looking as if nothing had been there!!!! They took great care covering all our windows with plywood to ensure no damage occurred during the process. Great price, great customer service, and great results. Look no further for tree removal. These gentlemen are the best!!! read more

I was happy with our experience with CM tree trimming from beginning to end. They did a great job of trimming the trees, arrived on time, and even skimmed any loose bark and leaves that drifted into the pool. There is no doubt that I would have them do all my future tree trimming jobs. read more

We used CM Precision Tree service to remove two cypress trees that were well over 40 ft high and 8 ft from our home. We were impressed with how they protected the surrounding area, were able to cut them down using a boom truck and did a thorough clean up afterward. Pedro initially came out and gave us a reasonable, competitive quote. He is very knowledgeable about landscaping and what exactly needs to be done in order to get the job accomplished. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Our neighbor was so impressed that they already are planning on having work done by Pedro and his team. read more

OUTSTANDING work. Great price. The guys were unbelievable. They had to manually haul everything up from my back yard to the front and into the chipper. They took down my canary palm infested with the weevil. Sad to see it go. Two other palm trees and a stump too. Ground everything down. left it clean If I could give them 10 starts I would. Thank you! read more

Insanely knowledgeable about all things trees. Had some queen palms that worried me and they knew all the answers.

Look no further. Great service, great price and great communication! We had several projects. Four 40+ foot Italian Cyress trees needed to be removed and stumps grounded with two additional large 20 ft high neighboring trees needing to be removed as well. Five Japanese Black Pines needed shaping and trees along 50 ft of back yard needed trimming. This was all done in ONE DAY. Pedro, the lead arborist is very informative and attentive to detail. His crew was fantastic. The entire area along with our neighbor's property was treated with respect and left clean. Our neighbor on the other side decided to also remove two Italian Cypress and they were also removed that same day. An incredible company! read more

Great communication, great service. Needed to cut down a tree for a reasonable price and was very happy. Thanks!

Our neighbor used CM Precision Tree to trim back their huge pine trees that border our fence. Although we have not needed to utilize their services, we have been incredibly impressed with their level of professionalism and diligence in maintaining and cleaning up after themselves in our yard. After they finished their job at our neighbor's, they came over to our yard and cleaned up the debris. When we needed to do some follow up in regards to clean up, Chuck responded back to us same day and already had solutions. He was apologetic, professional, and clearly cares about making customers happy. He went above and beyond to fix a minor issue even though we were not his direct customers. Our neighbor's trees look great after CM Precision trimmed them back, and our neighbor has high standards. Definitely give them a call if you're looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly company! read more

Crew arrived on time and did a difficult job in the most professional way. We don't have the easiest property to work on, and they did the job very well. No mistakes, respected our property. We have a lot a trees that need work over the next few months and they will be getting our return business for sure! read more

We live up in the mountains around Alpine and the fear of a wildfire is never far from mind. So, when we stopped watering the acre of land adjacent to the house, it was clear that the trees weren't going to make it long term and would be an even worse fire hazard this year. CM Precision Trees was the correct choice to help. They were very good with communication and they were on-time and got a tremendous amount done in two days. Ask Pedro about the daily rate if you have a lot of trees, brush, weeds and debris to clear. They provided a great value and removed at least a dozen trees and many more dying shrubs in two full days. We feel much more secure now, plus our view just improved 1000%. Highly recommend. read more

The crew showed up at the scheduled time on a Saturday to prune my very old & large avocado tree, were open to discussion about what was to be done, & quickly set to work. It was clear to me while watching that they were knowledgeable about their task. We shared fallen avocados & the cleanup was done with attention to detail while the pricing was decent to me. read more

I have two dead trees that need to be removed. Pedro was very knowledgeable and honest. He told me what could cause the trees dead and also recommended a few plants for replacement when I asked him. He also is very upfront with the minimum fees and I appreciate the transparency. He also was very cautious and offered to call the DigAlert for markings before they do the grump grinding. He also left me his phone number , and I texted him a few follow-up questions and he responded well. All in all, I feel you will be in good hands with the company. read more

Our 4 'Fern Pine' trees developed spider mites and were in danger of becoming very sick, Pedro came and diagnosed and looked at my giant Brazilian Pepper tree which was leaning and my 2 Queen Palms which had 5 to 6 seed pods hanging per tree... the quote to completely clean and trim all 7 trees was well within our budget. They came at 8am and had the palms and the pines done by noon, and the pepper was done by 3:30... the debris was completely cleaned up and carted away by 4pm. i can't say enough good things about these guys, all of them! We will have them back for the rest of our trees at a later time. read more

CM Precision trimmed 4 palms (20-30' tall) last mo. and removed a giant Allepo pine (pictured), a group of 4 smaller palms and removed stumps all in one day! The were spectular to watch, all working in precision and safety, constantly while they took that giant tree down. Fence and property was protected and they clean up quickly. They blew the pine needles off our new roof, which made me even happier. I will have so much less work to do on our large property here. The quotes we received were lower than other tree services, including our long time one. You are not going to find a better team of professionals to handle your tree needs! read more

Chuck was responsive and transparent right from the get go. He worked with us to look at multiple options and even came out several times before the day of work to make sure we were all on the same page. He and his crew did a great job on our huge 1.5 acre lot and made it worth the price for the quality of the trimming and the equipment that he owns making a job like ours go faster and therefore get more done. read more

Great price, super clean and quick work. Could not ask for a better experience. They took down 3 40ft pines in about 2 hours. No big sales pitch. Just a free honest estimate and the work was done within a week of scheduling. read more

This company is the best! Professional, expert service with great customer service and concern for the quality of the work. Chuck, Pedro and their team did such a great job removing an extremely difficult huge Palm tree that had died and was partly over my neighbors house. Chuck took the extra time to make sure it was removed carefully, kept me informed and always got back to me when I needed some reassurance. I was premature on an initial rating of the company. Chuck called and explained what happened, a justifiable horrible situation. He made things better than right. After working with Pedro and his crew and speaking with Chuck, I recommend, without reservation, working with CM Precision Tree and Landscape. I am actually looking for more work for the company. They are on the top of my recommendation list. read more

Chuck and his foreman Pedro were responsive and timely with an estimate for the removal of 2 gigantic (80ft+) palm trees from my backyard. CM was price competitive with the 2 other licensed, bonded, and insured vendors I requested quotes from and I ultimately selected them because of their professionalism and experience. I could not be more satisfied nor impressed with the job Pedro and his crew did. The palms were removed quickly and safely and my property was left in better shape than when they started. I had mostly removed a loquat tree a couple of weeks prior to the palm removal and had a giant pile of branches and leaves as well as 2 feet or so of trunk that I had not got around to cutting down. The guys took away all of the branches and finished my project without my asking- unheard of. I'll be hiring CM to do another project and won't bother with multiple bids; that's how confident I am in the quality and value. Thank you Chuck, Pedro, and your crew! read more
