We had All Access Tree Care come to trim our very large magnolia tree and are so happy with the results. The tree needed a good deal of work and the job was done well, clean-up was excellent, and we were given helpful recommendations for the right kind of fertilizer to care for our tree. Mike was very thorough and quick to respond. We would recommend him! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! All Access Tree Care came out to cut down a large pine tree that wasn't growing properly on our front yard bank. Owner is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done and his crew is very good at what they do. Tree was down and everything was cleaned up in about 2 hours. Great group of guys. Very respectful to clients and neighbors. Price was also cheaper than competitors. If you want quality service and good pricing, give them a call. read more

The 2man crew just left after doing a bang up job. They are great. They came on time and were done in less than 1-1/2 hours. We've used them for the past 5 years and decided they are the service we will use in future. Thank you Mike. read more

Bright and early Thursday morning Mike Raffo's crew arrived and did a fabulous job of "lacing" and trimming two very large Pepper Trees and a Macadamia Tree. We have had our trees trimmed over the yeas but, I have to say, All Access Tree Care did a beautiful job and we could not be happier with the results. "We will be calling you again Mike!" :-) Thank You. read more

Everything was perfect! From the finished product (2 huge trees trimmed) to the cleanup afterwards, to the very professional workers, to the price! Everything was perfect! Highly recommend! read more

Mike let me know right at the start when he came to give me a bid, that he was very busy. But let me tell you, he was very much worth the wait! I am a very picky person and I expect a lot from any contractor, after all, I'm the paying customer. Mike, the owner, was very impressive -him and the crew showed up on time, he went over everything with me to confirm the requested work, and Mike remained onsite and supervised the work being done. I was very glad Mike was here for the job, just in case there were any mishaps. Mike paused the job at one point to discuss things before they moved forward, and I felt extremely comfortable the job was in very good hands. Mike's bid was fair and honest, and since the job was competed beyond my expectations, I'll definitely be using All Access Tree Care for all of my trimming and removal needs from here on out. About the job: 25+ foot tall liquid amber removed, including stump removal and large roots. Small Jacaranda tree removed. The jacaranda tree was never really established; therefore, the roots were small and shallow, so no stump grinding needed. The liquid amber was cut down and in the chipper in less than 25 minutes -impressive! During the stump grinding, the guys put up two large boards to prevent chips from flying at my house or into my yard. They filled-in and raked every inch of my lawn, and took all of the shavings and chips away that were on top. They cleaned everything and left it as beautiful as when they arrived. Photos: before and after of liquid amber and stump removal; before and after of jacaranda removal. read more

Mike, was very professional and the only bid that I got an actual contract with every detail of the job. His crew got here even earlier than scheduled and did the best tree trimming we've ever had. We had nine jacaranda and 3 pado carpus. Plus, one tree removal. The crew was very polite, professional and did a great job cleaning up. We were so glad our friend recommended All Access Tree Care. They'll be our go to tree service from now on! read more

This was an awesome and incredible experience!!! I will never look for another team! These guys showed up and tackled business unlike anyone I've ever seen. They are experts and a very professional team! I highly recommend and will only use all access tree care in the future!!! Sooooo stoked on these guys! Thank you Mike! read more

We had a small but tough job and Mike was a pleasure to work with. His crew did excellent work with a tricky tree trimming on a very large Ficus in our back yard. I would definitely recommend All Access and will contact them with any future tree care jobs we have. Mike is a clear communicator and the price was fair. read more

Very impressed with the customer service and professionalism. I had just recently got a puppy and of course every tree and plant that I had in my backyard was toxic to dogs. The little pup would of course find everything that she was not supposed to have. I had two large palm trees that needed to be trimmed as the nuts kept falling to the ground and finding their way into my pups mouth. Also had two oleander trees which to this day I dont know why people plant them (came with when we bought the house) as their are so poisonous. Anyhow I called All tree and he came out and gave me an estimate which was very fair. Within the next three days he was able to complete the work. Amazing that I did not have to wait months as it seemed with everyone else that I had contacted. Very pleased. Will definitely use them for all my tree trimming and removal! Five stars for sure. read more

Mike Raffo, the owner, responded very quickly. Mike came by my home the same day to give me a quote. He provided a detailed written quote. I have used several tree services over 30 years on my properties. It was a very fair and competitive quote. The men showed up on time. Actually they arrived about 30 minutes early. A team of six men and two chippers. The foreman walked the job with me making sure he had all the details. They spent all day working very hard and cleaned up the all areas beautifully. The team did a fantastic job! Mike was in contact with me throughout the day making sure I was satisfied with the work. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Mike and his company. read more

I have 3 largeish trees that were badly in need of some TLC. Based on yelp reviews, I had Mike come out for an estimate. I did not get any comparison estimates but I felt his was a fair price for the work the trees needed. His two guys showed up right on time. It took them twice as long as they originally thought but they did a lot of work and my yard looks so much better now. Cleanup was ongoing during the trim and they left the place tidy. read more

I had Mike and his wonderful crew out yet again to take care of my trees. I can't say enough about how great, professional, and speedy they are!! I will continue to use them over and over!! Thanks guys!! read more

I've used them for the last 3 years. This year there was a little miscommunication but everything got handled immediately! Crew showed up on time, were very friendly and cleaned up well. I will call again next year! Come to find out a few days later they broke the air pressure valve on the Poll equipment when a tree fell. No big deal if they would have just told me. Sucks to discover on my own.... read more

Condescending Bad Attitude Maybe these folks are as helpful and skilled as their reviews say, but when Mike returned my call this morning and was condescending and argumentative, I knew I did not want to do enough business with this company to find out. Maybe he has too much work, or not enough coffee, but yeesh. read more

Sadly, it was time to get rid of the palm trees in front of my house. They had grown too tall to maintain, and were blocking my solar panels. I needed help, but was concerned I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg to remove them. I'm so glad I found All Access Tree Care! Mike and his crew were absolutely fantastic! Truly above and beyond. I asked for quotes from a few different companies. Not only was Mike the first to respond, not only did he come visit in person, but his quote was the least expensive. He also advised that I have a ficus tree removed due to the possibility of the roots causing problems with my home and plumbing. When his crew came to do the work, I asked if they could also provide a quote to trim back some tree branches and brush from my back yard. The crew removed the ficus, and trimmed back the tree branches (about 3' x 30' worth!) - all included in my original quoted price! I can't possibly have enough good things to say about Mike and his team. Such fantastic work and customer service! read more

Fully recommend this company. Everything went smoothly, from the reasonable bid, skilled tree trimming, and careful cleanup.

These guys did a wonderful job on our trees! Mike the owner was very respectful and knowledgable about his craft, providing suggestions on the best way to tackle our overgrown tree problem. His employees worked fast, hard and took care to make sure they left our yard better than they found it. Suprisingly they cleaned up the leaves that had fallen prior to their arrival. A+ work! We will be using their services again in the future! P.S. I made a yelp account just to make this review. read more

Mike and his team took care of us and cut down two large trees in front of our house. He came and gave a quote which was the best we found from 3 different companies. When we met him he was very knowledgeable which left a good impression. Prior to the actual job, he gave us clear instructions on the preparation and calling 811 to get everything marked out (gas, water, telephone, etc). And on the day of the job, his team was very efficient in taking care of the trees. I was amazed how quickly they were brought down, chipped down, and hauled away. We also elected for stump grinding and they did a great job with that. The area was cleaned up nicely. We are glad we went with All Access Tree Care and would recommend it to anyone looking for tree removal and any other services. read more

I read a bunch of reviews on Yelp in search of a good tree removal service and was quite surprised that the two I had thought would be great actually had lousy reviews and found that All Access Tree Care came up on top. I met Mike at the property early in the week for a bid and was very happy with the price, so he scheduled the removal that Saturday of two 61 year old liquid ambers from the front yard of my parents' home in the San Carlos area. I am very pleased with the great customer service that Mike gave me and the job that his employees did. The neighbors were also elated because they will no longer be sweeping up leaves this fall from those two gorgeous but very messy trees. read more

I want to do a happy shout out to All Access Tree Care... Mike and his crew did an awesome job on a difficult trim. SDGE is pressuring me to 'fix' a drop line to the house and our wonderful pine tree was in the way... I didn't want to lose a 30 year old tree and Mike's crew trimmed it well and kept it's balance. They were prompt, neat and cleaned up after they were done. The whole crew was friendly and helpful! I will definitely call them again for the next job :) His number is 619-739-1973 read more

Mike and his team did an incredible job on our trees and stump removal! You can stop looking for quotes now because Mike is by FAR the most fair priced I have found and they did incredible work! I'm 100% going to be using them from now on on all my maintenance and tree removal needs! read more

Mike provided a great quote, and was easy to communicate with. His crew came on time and did excellent on a difficult and dangerous job. I had 2 large (foot thick) eucalyptus branches in my back yard which had extended over the utility and power lines coming to my house. They were able to successfully cut it all back with no damage to those lines, my fence, or other yard plants. A plus was they cut up those branches into fireplace logs so we probably have enough for the winter. I will call All Access for future needs. Highly recommended! read more

I had a tree fall on the steep, back slope of my property. The tree was perched above a sidewalk and a street. When Cesar came, he talked about how he was going to tie off the tree to keep the passing pedestrians and cars safe. He also explained how it would be tricky, because his crew would have to stay upslope to keep them safe. His attention to safety convinced me I wanted to work with him. He rearranged his schedule a little to come sooner to eliminate the safety hazard the tree posed. I also asked him to trim a few other trees that were partially blocking my view. He gave me a very nice discount on this additional work, because he was already going to be here. When they showed up, they took much less time than I expected, and left property looking better than before. Highly recommended. read more

Mike is both very personable and professional. I showed him what needed to be trimmed and he gave me a very reasonable number. I picked a date. His crew was right on time. They carefully covered plants with plywood so they wouldn't get damaged. The experienced crew has a way to bring heavier pieces to the ground by rope that was smart and fast. After checking with us to make sure that they hadn't overlooked anything, they cleaned up nicely. It was a pleasure to do business and I will make a point of referring them. Do yourself a favor, - give them a call. (I don't give out 5 stars easily.) read more

Mike and his All Access Tree Care team did a fantastic job with our palm tree removal! Mike was responsive and timely from the quoting process through completion of the job. His team showed up early on the day of the job, worked very hard throughout the day and completed the job that exceeded our expectations. As you can see from the pictures, we had seven very large/tall palm trees that we had removed and their stumps and roots grinded down to below the ground level. The stump removal and grinding were key as we needed a level starting point to grade the slope of the yard for our renovation. The All Access Tree Care team brought out all the machinery and toys necessary for a great job. A cherry picker, multiple chainsaws, wood-chipper, a very large stump grinder and multiple trucks to haul away all the remains were used. They also did a fantastic job with the clean-up that I know we, and the rest of our neighbors, really appreciated. I would highly recommend Mike and the All Access Tree Care team for your tree services and we'd absolutely use them again if ever needed. read more

Mike and his men showed up promptly at 8:00 a.m. this morning and spent the next 6 1/2 hours pruning my 50 year old pine tree. This was our first Christmas tree when we moved in and it had never been pruned. Just watching these guys made me need a nap. They really know what they're doing. They did an outstanding job and was well worth the price, even though I was shocked, to begin with, at how expensive it was. I wish we could have afforded to tip each of them like my husband wanted to. If you ever need tree service you will never find another more reasonable, professional, friendly, masked, team. They were fabulous! Hindsight, I forgot to take pictures. read more

We had a couple of very hard to reach, very tall Italian cypress trees we needed to have topped. They came in and very professionally were able to top the trees without damaging any surrounding trees or the roof and get the job done. I will definitely hire them again if I need more tress trimmed or taken out! read more

Because of positive reviews and competitive pricing I decided to use All Access Tree Care to remove a large carrotwood tree, and do stump grinding from the front yard. My situation is somewhat unique as my disabled sister lives in the Lemon Grove house we co-own, and I live in the SF Bay Area. The All Access crew showed up on time, performed the work, including stump grinding, and completed the work in a timely manner without disturbing my sister. I was sent a digital photo confirming the work, and it appears that they did an excellent job. They even agreed to take my out of town personal check. Highly recommended. read more

All Access did a GREAT job cutting and removing a big Silver Maple (it was dying) in our back yard plus three other trees that were either dead or in troublesome spots. The price was very reasonable. They cut the maple (and a fallen apple tree) into lengths we could handle when we split them for firewood in the future. And even stacked the wood! Alonso is wonderful at communicating in a very timely manner. The entire team was hard working and left the yard cleaner than when they started. We HIGLY recommend All Access! read more

Mike and his crew just came out this morning to remove 2 palm trees from our front yard, and to trim down a 3rd. They were polite, professional, fast, and left our front yard clean. They were referred to us by a friend who used them for some palm tree trim-up a couple times before, and they said good things, which is why we gave them a call. We had received another quote from someone else a while back, but Mike's quote was better. We called him for the first time on Monday, and now just 3 days later, the job is complete. We're happy with how our yard looks now, and happy with the good job and good service from Mike & his crew. Highly recommend. read more

Just got 3 big trees removed with grinding of the stumps! One of my trees was 40ft tall! Highly recommend All Access! I put in 3 requests from various companies . . . And All Access called me back same day! I still have not heard from the other two companies! Very reasonably priced, very reliable and PROMPT!
