At the end of the project the team shared pictures and spoke with Robin on the phone so she could ensure she was happy with how everything turned out. They really listened to my request to cut the canopy back. The lead man cutting made the whole tree look symmetrical and more beautiful than it's ever looked in years. He was fast and efficient and climbed all through the tree and lowered limbs carefully by ropes. His cleanup crew picked up debris and everything was taken to the curbside to be shredded later. Chris, however, went above and beyond--he was determined to earn my business and asked if he could stop by at 5:00 PM to provide an in-person estimate and see if he could offer a better proposal. That initiative alone spoke volumes. When Chris arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
