Steven the owner has given us the runaround trying to get him back to look over the issues. Its very obvious that he got his money and could care less about the quality of his work and satisfaction of his clients. We had other issues but this is was our first landscaping project (I was helping my elderly parents) and we didn't have the foresight to make sure we have every possible detail written out on the bid. So we chocked that up to a learning lesson. Now we are on the hunt for someone to complete our front yard project which is 3 times the size of the "little" back yard they couldn't handle.
