My original review from 2022: I highly recommend these guys! Wednesday I had a huge branch fall off a large tree in the back yard which you cannot see from the front. Thursday, they were in the neighborhood and knocked on my door. Do you need tree service? YES I DO! Friday they came, took care of the branch and trimmed another tree for me, all at a great price! It's like they KNEW that I needed them! Update 2026: One of my HUGE trees fell. I realized that my other 3 trees posed a threat to my house if they fell as well. I still had their number from the first time. I called Mark and he answered knowing my name. He still had my number in his phone! Hi Judi, How can I help?!!! In one day, he and his great crew removed the fallen tree and cut the other trees down to a size that no longer threatens the house and all for a reasonable price for the large amount of work that needed to be done. I am so incredibly impressed by the Knock-Em-Out team. We had four huge palm trees in front of our house that we decided to get rid of. The quote for removal, stump grinding and clean up was very reasonable. The team showed up early to make sure the area was ready and no cars were in the way. what a great group of guys, my friend Terry, who is using these guys to cut down two Oak trees...Terry called me before they arrived to come and helping because he was stuck in his manlift, the battery had died he was trying to trim a pepper tree at the time. All I could do was put the battery on the charger and wait he was stanning up there in the hot sun, but a young man named Carlos showed up from knock them out tree service he jumped into action climb. The tree with a harness, jumped into the basket. He gave my friend his very first lesson, on how to repel well in no time at all he had my friend who is 78 repelling to safety his crew showed up and also helped us what a great group of really good people. From quote to completion, these guys were top notch!! Professional, friendly, responsive, timely, and did a fantastic job!! Lived their energy and positive vibe. They worked hard and were 100% respectful and conscientious of my property -- careful not to damage any of the surrounding decor or plants when taking down a 30ft Mexican Palm, or trimming the 7 other palms they worked on around the house and pool area. They took care of ALL the debris to the point where they left no foot print of them having been there. This co does not care about preserving trees , they only want to make money. unprofessional and NOT safe! No one wore safety helmets and they desecrated a PROTECTED coastal live oak in my neighborhood. SHAME on them !! This trees is home to hundreds of birds. For 27 years I've watched them. Always a Coopers hawk, songbirds. The manager ordered it to be cut down. You are not supposed to cut trees down (unless a hazard) in the springtime! During nesting season! Just wait till fall. Shame. The service knows this and should advise. read more

PHENOMENAL JOB!!!!! Stopped by our house yesterday and they came back out today to 'Charlie Brown' this gigantic pine tree we have in our front yard. This letter was emailed on March 16. I received no response. This company does not act honorably. The pine tree trim was ok although the carrotwood is much shorter than discussed. But the damage to our property us unacceptable. See below. Dear Mark, Your company laced and trimmed our pine tree a couple of weeks ago.   After you were there, we noticed one of the bowls of our 3 tier Talavera fountain was in the opposite side of the walkway.  It was then we discovered that of the fountain (which had been a special gift to me) was broken. My husband texted and sent you pictures as you requested.  You said your guys said they didn't do it but then you  asked how much to replace it.  You didn't think the amount we quoted of $180 was reasonable.  So we sent you the invoice which was for $206.    When you gave us the bid. My husband asked if anything needed to be moved.   You assured him everything would be taken care of .  In addition to the fountain, a sprinkler head was snapped off as was the main branch of a rose.  You told him you would get back to him on the 8th .  It is now the 17th.   We have heard nothing yet. . I want to give you a final chance to make this right prior to posting on  Yelp and social media, the Better Business Bureau and potentially small claims court. I hope you'll make the decision to do the right thing.  I will wait until Friday the 19th.  Sincerely, KK Update: nothing has been done by this company . We found out yesterday come up that not only did they break the top of our sprinkler but they also broke the pipe underneath when the tree branch fell on the sprinkler head.
