Beautiful salon, family owned and run. Very kind people and excellent service. I received a wonderful pedicure. It contained the best calf massage I've ever had during a pedicure. Wow! So relaxing. There were fresh lemons in my pedicure water. I was also given a warm neck pillow to use. They also provided sandals and toeless socks, since it was cold weather outside. I appreciated all the details. Spacious and pristine salon, and there were privacy curtains too. Lovely atmosphere and experience. Update: Originally came in got dip done... It did not turn out great and I was very surprised by the cost ($90) I walked out unhappy with my nails for a wedding and was pretty upset. The manager called me later that day and offered to redo them. I went back in and she was lovely. Fixed my nails and they look great. Place is pricey but definitely happy that they fixed my nails. read more

Great little place, nestled in between Chelsea Market and Chelsea Grill. Reservations are highly recommended, as they are a popular go-to for all things nails. Clean, modern and comfortable is how I found the interior. My visit was for a natural madi-pedi. Lee did a great job and we had a nice chat during my services. The price was $46 plus tip - which was very reasonable for the services. I will post pics and a pic of the services menu on my next visit. If I could put a negative star I definitely would! Their door says that appointments recommended but we are only in town a couple hours and wanted to get our toes done. The last said that her techs were to busy today to fit us in which is no big deal so I asked the woman is there another nail place in the area because we are only here for an hour or two before we leave and her exact rude snotty words were "none that I recommend .... None that I would bother visiting" so I told her most people don't like to recommend their competition! I walked in and they had me in their books to get a pedicure, even though I had a conversation with them about getting acrylics and whether I was getting a full set or not. That wasn't a big deal until they acted annoyed, like I was wrong about what service I scheduled. I couldn't understand a word that the lady who was doing my nails was saying. She continued to make my cuticles and the skin around my nails bleed, being completely careless about it. She then painted the wrong color on one of nails, and acted annoyed that I asked her to redo it to how I had asked for it the first time. After I left I noticed that some of my nails were crooked and looked awful. They had terrible customer service, it was dirty, unorganized and unprofessional. I will not be going back. read more

I have been using this Salon for at least 5 years. It is truly the cleanest most sanitary salon I have ever used. They have made it impossible for me to go any where else because of the high standards they maintain. They are true professionals. I mainly use Niki but have had my nails and pedicures done by all of them and they all do excellent work. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment here, you won't regret it.
