i had walked in wanting to get my hair dyed and trimmed and maybe some curtain bangs. it was going…read moregreat until she started cutting my hair, i asked for a half inch trim and i had decided on curtain bangs, i wasn't sure what kind of curtain bangs i wanted and instead of explaining to me what curtain bangs would look best or asking for help she put the scissors to my head and started cutting my hair. she seemed like she was struggling to figure out how to cut my hair and how to part it correctly. none of the other stylists found anything wrong with it, i was sit in the stylists chair crying. i was upset and overstimulated because two people started to blow dry my hair at once and it was way too much for me. i am very upset by the outcome because it looks like a complete butcher. it is very thick and i can not style it. they had charged me $160 and gave $10 off for the mistake. i was sitting in the chair crying and my mom had gone back in after because i was crying in the car. i had my friend that is in cosmetology school come over and fix my hair. we then seen how uneven the parting in my hair was and how uneven the butcher was. my right side is a big chunk then my left side is barely a chunk. i was extremely un happy with the turn out because you can not fix hair once it is off the head. i can not style these "bangs" at all. i had also gotten my ears pierced there, they do NOT do piercings there, they use amazon piercing guns. they had to take my left one out and re-pierce. this is now the third time they have messed up on something that can not be fixed. hair dye can be fixed but once hair is off the head you can't go back. very unhappy with my experiences there.
