    Caprese Panini

It's my personal opinion that there should be food trucks up and down the Pennypack Trail. These people know what's good for them. I live pretty much next to this thing and always seemed to walk by without stopping. It's only open on the weekends, and there always seems to be a decent amount of people hanging around. It's a great pit stop. Their menu is very small, with a Brazilian touch. So far, I've only eaten the Caprese Panini, which is awesome. They put a gourmet spin on the Italian classic by adding some bacon and fig up in the mix. I would absolutely get it again, and would be willing to raise up my rating after more experiences. They have seating for anyone who is hanging out, which is convenient. The girls behind the window are extremely happy to be there. If you're taking a stroll, make it a point to stop by throughout your adventure.

    Train themed food truck.

Ahhh Paladar! This place brings back fond memories. When I lived in Maryland, there was a location…read morein Annapolis that my co-workers/friends used to frequent for happy hour after work. When that location closed, we were bummed. I decided to take a little holiday shopping trip to King of Prussia and whaddaya know? The only Paladar location still standing is right here! After checking into my hotel, I made it my duty to head over there for happy hour. I'm glad I got there shortly after happy hour started because the bar started getting packed after a while. One thing I was happy to see was a happy hour with happy hour prices. $6 drinks and $6 food items can't be beat! I had a mango mojito followed by an apple margarita. I had the chips and guacamole, chicken tacos, and their famous (to me) bread pudding. That bread pudding is still as delicious as I remembered it to be. The bartender was nice and managed the crowd very well. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would definitely return when I'm in the area again. I just pray this location never closes as it seems all the others have.

With influences from Cuba, Central America, and South America, the restaurant balances bold spices, vibrant presentation, and an energetic atmosphere that makes it ideal for both casual nights out and group gatherings. One of Paladar's signature features is its Rum Bible--an extensive, almost encyclopedic list of rums from around the world. Whether you're a rum enthusiast or just curious, it adds a fun, exploratory element to the experience. Pair that with happy hour, which offers solid drink specials and approachable small plates, and Paladar becomes a popular after-work destination. The Cuban sandwich is a standout menu item and a must-order. Pressed until crisp on the outside and warm inside, it's layered with roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard in perfect balance--comforting, flavorful, and satisfying without being heavy. Paladar Latin Kitchen succeeds by combining great cocktails, a deep rum program, and crowd-pleasing Latin cuisine in a high-energy setting. Between the Rum Bible, reliable happy hour, and a crave-worthy Cuban sandwich, it's a go-to King of Prussia spot when you want bold flavors and a fun night out.

This is either my 2nd or 3rd review!…read more This is an updatd review from Dec 7th 2025!! We went for brunch for my daughter's 28th birthday. It was 6 of us that dined. We had called the day before to ask if they could please make sure they had us in the main buffet room as we had two handicapped seniors with us. We were told not a problem. When we showed up we were taken to the table and greeted by our very sweet and attentive server Shelby. She also had a helper named Natalie that was also super kind. My parents had never been so they tried a bit of this and a bit of that. Dad loves fish so he had the fresh Ahi Tuna/salmon served at the salad bar as well as the served grilled shrimp. Mom had breakfast food to start and finished with beef rib and pineapple. I had a bit of this and that and was super stuffed. The mango chicken that comes around was delicious as well. I have to say the pineapple is a fan favorite of ours. The fellas that come around were super quick and ready to serve you up delicious yums. Jake and Justin were super friendly and kept our bellies full. After we were pretty much finished dining Shelby brought out a cute plate that said Happy birthday and had a dish of ice-cream for my daughter. I have to say this restaurant maintains a great atmosphere, great food offerings and a wonderful staff. I highly recommend to come for any gathering. Added a new pic.

Traditional Brazilian barbecue uses coarse salt on the meat that is cooked over an open flame or direct heat source. None of the meat was seasoned this way. 2) Farofa (unforgivable oversight for Brazilians). 3) Lightly breaded, fried bananas - a churrascaria staple. 4) Picanha com alho (garlic) - They served a garlic covered cheaper piece of meat. 5) Creme de Papaya com Cassis. Service was efficient, and they ran a special for people celebrating their birthday. The birthday person gets their main course for free. 20% tip was automatically added. Our server reminded us that was divided between them and other staff and pointed out the space where we could add an additional tip. Ambiance was traditional Brazilian steakhouse, with a small salad bar with hot food selections, as well. Conclusion: If you want an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse / Churrascaria experience, you're better off driving into Philadelphia, to King of Prussia, or Easton where you can still find it. It's worth the drive at this price point.
