What a wonderful experience today! It really was unlike any other. I mentioned to other diners that it was my first time at El Rincon Criollo. The fellow diners were all too excited and happy to share their recommendations, not only that they were looking out for us too! One lady diner was raving about her sweet plantains that she walked over and gave me a slice on a napkin to try and ahh yes it was delicious. I met diners from Cuba who raves about the authenticity of the food. It was my first time trying this wonderful cuisine. I was seated at a booth & at the tables the menu is fixed onto the table so every person seated could see it. Another woman was sweet and let me know I had to go to the counter to order. I was waiting for my son and his girlfriend though. After they arrived the owner came to the table to take our order. I thought that was very kind. I just got a great vibe from the customers and it really was an instant welcome. You really feel that you are in someone's home and being treated like family in the best of ways. It's something uncommon today. Something I treasure. We tried some starters, the potato ball with beef, the corn fritter, the pork patty which is like a fried tasty turnover with delicious shredded pork. I enjoyed everything! I really loved the corn fritter that was sweet and savory! It was indescribably amazing but I'll try. There was cheese and had a slightly sweet fried coating. I'll definitely get this again. For entrees, I ordered the yellow rice and beans. I tried the mofongo (smashed plantains) with garlic and my son got the mofongo with shredded pork. Delicious almost like a smashed plantain casserole too. I was delighted that these were served in a mini metal casserole dish that kept it nice and hot! The wife who cooked our food came to our table to make sure we were eating and happy. She made sure I had enough juice for my mofongo & she was very sweet. The restaurant is hard to find because the road leading to it looks almost like a driveway but it's right near the Burger King. If you're coming from Royersford it's the first left after Burger King. You drive all the way back and it looks like an industrial area in a rather unexpected place. It's worth it!! The Parking is ample and it is on your right. Plenty of parking. I'm so impressed at the success of the restaurant because there is no visibility. That's saying something. Please support this wonderful business, you're going to love the way you're treated! Not only that you'll enjoy their authentic cooking made with love .

I just tried The Latin Corner finally after hearing it was great from a few people. It was great! I ordered a Cuban sandwich and a beef patty with cheese, to try a few different things. Both were awesome! The beef patty was crispy and had a very tasty filling. The Cuban is perfectly crisped up on a buttery garlicky roll. The pork was very flavorful. Pickles and thin layer of mustard were perfect. I also got a Mirinda orange soda, which was refreshing and different than your average soda options. I will definitely be back to try some other stuff and highly recommend!

Best Cuban and mufango I've had since leaving NYC! I strongly suggest the Mufango de Luis with pork.

Ahhh Paladar! This place brings back fond memories. When I lived in Maryland, there was a location…read morein Annapolis that my co-workers/friends used to frequent for happy hour after work. When that location closed, we were bummed. I decided to take a little holiday shopping trip to King of Prussia and whaddaya know? The only Paladar location still standing is right here! After checking into my hotel, I made it my duty to head over there for happy hour. I'm glad I got there shortly after happy hour started because the bar started getting packed after a while. One thing I was happy to see was a happy hour with happy hour prices. $6 drinks and $6 food items can't be beat! I had a mango mojito followed by an apple margarita. I had the chips and guacamole, chicken tacos, and their famous (to me) bread pudding. That bread pudding is still as delicious as I remembered it to be. The bartender was nice and managed the crowd very well. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would definitely return when I'm in the area again. I just pray this location never closes as it seems all the others have.

With influences from Cuba, Central America, and South America, the restaurant balances bold spices, vibrant presentation, and an energetic atmosphere that makes it ideal for both casual nights out and group gatherings. One of Paladar's signature features is its Rum Bible--an extensive, almost encyclopedic list of rums from around the world. Whether you're a rum enthusiast or just curious, it adds a fun, exploratory element to the experience. Pair that with happy hour, which offers solid drink specials and approachable small plates, and Paladar becomes a popular after-work destination. The Cuban sandwich is a standout menu item and a must-order. Pressed until crisp on the outside and warm inside, it's layered with roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard in perfect balance--comforting, flavorful, and satisfying without being heavy. Paladar Latin Kitchen succeeds by combining great cocktails, a deep rum program, and crowd-pleasing Latin cuisine in a high-energy setting. Between the Rum Bible, reliable happy hour, and a crave-worthy Cuban sandwich, it's a go-to King of Prussia spot when you want bold flavors and a fun night out.

This is a great place with authentic cuisine. We started with the chicken Empanadas which were crispy on the outside and full of delicious flavors on the inside. I'm sorry we didn't try the beef and cheese ones...maybe next time. The seafood paella was full of shrimp, octopus, mussels and chorizo over seasoned rice with fried onions, red peppers and peas. The chorizo was so good I got a few to take home. The ropa vieja was beef which was slow cooked to the point of falling apart and melting in your mouth with potatoes and a side of rice.
