They have a lot of choices and items if you have specific needs for your pets, also good deals sometimes. The 2 stars is for the crappy attitudes that the workers have there. I've been multiple times and they just have an attitude like they have better things to do and better places to be. I was looking around for what i needed and finally just went up and asked if they carry it. He looked up and just pointed to the refrigerator behind me. Rude! Been here a couple of times and while I like the reasonable prices on bully sticks and sometimes dog treats, I just cant deal with the incredibly RUDE service. I've tried being nice but the last time I was in here I reached out expecting the owner to hand me my change but instead he tossed the change on the counter and my money went floating all over. Cool. So glad to have found A4P. My boy Buddy loves the Stella & Chewy's Frozen Morsels. Thing is, no one in nearly a 20 radius sells it and when I do find it, it's $7-$8 more a bag. These folks are happy to special order it and I have it in usually a few days. Once, when it was unavailable from their supplier, Michelle called me a week later asking if I'd like to try to order again - what service! This time it was in stock and was able to get me two bags. We really try to support small businesses and I was honestly really surprised by their large selection. None of the major chains carry my dogs food and they even have reptile items too! So that's a super plus. The store is cute and the hours are reasonable. One thing that could be better would probably be the hospitality. But that doesn't discredit the store as a whole. I absolutely LOVE coming here for all our personal pet's needs. I have 3 dogs; 2 Goldens, and a pit puppy. Although my Goldens are litter mates, only one shows signs of skin allergies so she is on a strict grain-free diet. It's difficult to find a pet shop that sells the Canidae food she eats, but they have it! This store is clean, and they don't sell animals (which I love that fact about them). I love supporting small, local businesses. All For Pets has everything I need for my rats and dogs. The prices and selection are great. However, the customer service can be a bit lacking. I once went in to get a new rat cage, and a young man was helping me. He told me that the cage I needed was out of stock, but that the place that supplies them was very close by and I could go there. He was very friendly. But when I asked him how to get to the cage supplier, he wasn't sure and asked one of the girls he was working with. She was very snotty about it and gave very vague directions. I'm not sure what I did to piss her off, but whatever. Since then I've been in many times and have run into her consistently. She is always rude. Another drawback is that there is an older man who works there who will occasionally charge you the wrong price for your items. It isn't intentional, and he's very sweet and will always refund you. But it's just something to look out for. Other than the rude girl, I love shopping here. read more

Awful customer service. The owner and his daughter are rude as hell. It is not a friendly store. When you ask a question they seem to be bothered instead of helpful. They can't carry a conversation because they're attitudes are so awful. The only good thing about this place is their prices...which was the only reason I continued to go. Also their workers are not knowledgable about anything. I called one day to see if they carried a vaccine for my dog. I said the name of the vaccine at least 6 times and the girl on the phone was like yeah totally for sure we have that. I went to go get this vaccine and told her what I needed, she grabbed it and I paid. I should have double checked it but didn't. I got home and it was the wrong vaccine. I called the store to tell them what happened and what I asked for, they said, oh well we don't carry that vaccine. They basically told me that's too bad, they won't refund it because it's my fault I didn't look before I left. I won't be going back unless I absolutely have to save money. read more

Petco,Petsmart NO MORE!!!!! Had an issue with my geko not eating and losing weight. Went back to Petsmart and asked for advice and they said they were not a vet. Also sold me sand for his cage and come to find out its the worst thing for a young gecko!. Worst yet they sold it to me while he was on my shoulder. I took him into All4Pets and they went on about all the things I could do for him, while holding him and expressing their concern. Took him home and followed all the suggestions and he ate within 15 minutes. It was amazing and so are they. Thank you so much. read more

Basically, i LOOVVEE this pet store! Not only are all the employees so nice and helpful, but they have everythiing! Even if something is not carried on the shelf, the manager does her thing and orders it for me! I love bringing my kids in to see RC, The huuuge green iguana that is their mascot!
