We were blown away by how much we learned about our dog and caring for her we've had her since she was born and she's now 14 we learned so many do's and donts but they didn't make us feel dumb or bad about it at all. It was such a great experience we will definitely be back! Wish we would've have found them sooner!

I took him here for a flea bath because it was close to my home and I was the answer to a prayer. They were friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I am so grateful!!

The location is easy to get…read moreto, there's a parking lot right out front, and the pricing is very affordable, which is always appreciated. The staff was nice and welcoming, and the lobby was clean and well kept. I brought my dog in for a nail trim, which they handled quickly and professionally. The only hiccup was with the walk-in policy. Online, nail trims are listed as a walk-in service, so I stopped by assuming it would be straightforward. When I arrived, they explained that walk-ins are only allowed during certain hours on certain days. To their credit, they made an exception since they weren't busy at that moment, which I appreciated. That said, it was a little frustrating because that information isn't listed on Yelp or their website -- it's only posted on a sign inside the shop. I'd still come back because the service itself was good, the staff was kind, and the prices are fair. I'd just recommend calling ahead to confirm hours if you're planning to use a walk-in service. Suggestion for the owners: it would really help customers if the website and Yelp page clearly listed the walk-in hours so people know what to expect before they arrive. TL;DR: Affordable, clean, and friendly dog grooming spot with convenient parking. Just call ahead if you're planning to walk in for services like nail trims, since the walk-in hours aren't currently listed online.

She has been rejected by other groomers and even mobile groomers, but Pet Beloved knew how to handle her reactivity, and did so with care and patience. Upon entering and signing in, they took her on a walk to let her get comfortable. They gradually built trust and also gave me a rundown of how short I would like her fur to be, as well as being transparent on how the matting for her poodle fur might cause the cut to be even shorter. I appreciated the headsup! Booking was easy and so was pickup. While it took longer than expected, they communicated with me and kept me updated, which is understandable knowing Onion's demeanor. Overall, very happy and would definitely recommend them!

We explained all of this to Mollie, who smiled and said that it wouldn't be a problem for her and her staff. We were apprehensive about the dogs and how the appointment would go. So, I dropped the two dogs off and hoped that it would go well. After about an hour or so, I got the text that the dogs were done. I went to go pick up the dogs and spoke with Molly. She said that they had their nails clipped, washed, and teeth brushed. I was totally surprised by the report. Although Molly said that Freyja was a little temperamental, she had no problems with both dogs after that point.
