I met Accurate Alignment Services sort of second hand by their partnership with San Diego Motoring,…read moreonly minutes away. My first use of their services was for alignment for new tires on our 3 autos from www/sd.motoring.com. Since then, we've had new tires and front-end alignment for our daughter's car as well - all great service from both companies! Recently that "daughter auto" was afflicted with a dead battery, leaving me puzzled how you navigate this sort of issue. I called Scot at Accurate Alignment simply trying to put together a plan of action. Not being familiar with the whole towing process, Scot's guidance was welcome in getting the car to his shop to move toward repairs. I hadn't looked to Scot's team as being able to also provide other "SERVICES" as their name suggests. With his help we had the car in his shop, and out with a new battery by 4:30 same day! Scot was his usual helpful, professional, friendly self, guiding me along the towing steps from AAA, to one of their towing agents, and on to Accurate Alignment SERVICES for our needed repairs. Thanks, Scot, for the full spectrum of auto repair!

The Oceanside Car Clinic was the (second) auto. repair shop I called after Niko's Shop at S & R…read moreService Center on Thursday, July 20, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. I wanted to compare different quotes from these two different shops to see the kind of prices that I would be charged on this Brake Light Replacement Service. When I called this Oceanside Car Clinic and I talked to Eric who works for their shop, he told me that he is not at their shop right now. I explained to Eric that I want to get a Free Quote on this Brake Replacement Service that needs to be done on my 1995 Honda Civic DX Coupe Car. I want to know, how much would Eric charge me for this Brake Light Part and how much would he charge for his labor including the sales tax? Eric told me to send him 3 photos of my car and to text message him from the Oceanside Car Clinic's business phone number. Then Eric said he will give me the (price of the Brake Light Part) and he will also give me a FREE Quote on the (Brake Light Replacement Service). I said okay great. Eric's voice sounded really friendly during my cell phone conversation with him on Thursday, June 20, 2023 at 4:30 p. m. I have the proof in posting my photos and my text messages to Eric on my Apple IPhone XR. But it is also very important to write a review to explain the issue, I had with this automotive repair shop. As a Yelp Elite 2023 Reviewer, it is required from me to always tell the Truth with every experience I have with a business. I did send Eric these 3 screenshots on my 1995 Honda Civic DX Coupe Car. I also told Eric that my local automotive repair shop that I am a regular customer at currently is at this Golden Wrench Auto. Shop and I had recently had my car taken in for an oil and filter change with a 22 point inspection from my local auto. repair shop on June 6, 2023 and my car was fine. I had texted Eric all of this information about my car. Then Eric said he will text me back with a price on this Brake Light Replacement Service if I decide I want to have to get this service done at their Oceanside Car Clinic. I waited for Eric's response back to me on Thursday, July 20, 2023. Eric did NOT respond back to my text message to him from my Apple IPhone XR. Eric still had 30 minutes to respond back to my message to him. Eric never got back to me and like he said he would. I see this as (poor customer service) and the Oceanside Car Clinic needs to improve on their customer service skills. I want to let Eric know who works for this shop, you never know who is going to be calling your shop. It can be a Yelp Elite 2023 Reviewer like me or a potential customer. Please next time respond back to that person calling into your shop for a quote on a specific service. My assumption maybe is that since I told Eric I am a loyal customer at my local shop at the Golden Wrench Automotive Shop. It could possibly be that Eric doesn't want to take away another shop's business. I don't really know for sure, because I am not a mind reader. I think Eric should have been more (honest) to me and he should have told me that he will not respond back to me with a Free Quote on this Brake Light Replacement Service. I also learned that when I call around to some other automotive repair shops to compare prices on a specific service that I want a Free Quote on, these other automotive repair shops, they just care about making a profit and they don't care about me. This is my reason to give this Oceanside Car Clinic a (2 star rating). It could have been better. I rarely give a business a poor review. The only time I do give a business a poor rating is to alert that business to improve their customer service. It would be great if their manager or their owner would respond back to my review.

I so badly wanted to give this shop a 5 star review and make them our go to shop for our 5 vehicles…read moreas well as referring to other families and friends, but unfortunately I am unable to in good conscious. I was pleased by their location. It was the most convenient of all in my area. The 2 stars I'm submitting is solely based on the 2 pluses I personally encountered. The initial contact I had with the shop via telephone was with an actual person whom answered the call; it wasn't an automated recording, making the customer feel the shop offers a more personalized service. The owner's involvement and attempt to make things right after lack of communication and untruths holds the value of the second Star. I scheduled my appointment with Bob for 830 am the following morning. I arrived on time and communicated the maintenance services I was hoping the shop could and would perform. Bob and I discussed the services and he provided me with an estimate focusing primarily (75%) on labor with an understanding there would be additional charges for parts that would be communicated later. I was not aware the cost of parts would NOT be presented to me until I picked up my truck and I was presented the final bill for the services performed on my truck. Bob told me at the time of drop off I would receive a phone call for the cost of parts (fluids) which I never did. The maintenance estimate for my truck was for 4 1/2 hours of labor. I left the shop at 9am after explaining I had to walk to and from my home (2 1/2 miles one way) for drop off and pick up and should any additional work or parts be necessary I would need to be called by 4 pm in order to arrive promptly by the time the shop closed to pick up my truck (5pm). Because I did not receive any calls by the agreed upon time of 4pm I started to walk to pick up my truck. While walking to the shop I received a phone call at 421 pm but due to the urgency to meet a timeframe and because I didn't recognize the phone number I did not stop to answer the call. I later learned it was Bob. When I arrived at the shop at 440 I was surprised to learn my truck was not ready for pick up. I was informed they weren't even halfway done with it ? Which meant only 2 of the 4 1/2 hours were completed. Bob told me he left a message that my truck was not completed and it would need to stay overnight, but in fact the message did not say that. Not that it matters at this point but his message only said he had some information about my truck and it was obvious they were going to hold it over til the following day. No mention of not being finished which could have meant because I was unreachable or because Bob thought I wouldn't make it to them on time they would hold it over. If my truck was not even halfway done by the time I arrived to pick it up at 440 I'm finding it hard to believe that no one knew before the voicemail Bob left for me at 421 that my truck would not be finished by closing. Basic math tells me otherwise. Leaving me with many unanswered questions that will never get answered. Perhaps I'm guilty of comparing "owners" "shop managers" "service writers" and "technicians" to my husband and son and I hold them accountable to similar work ethics. The buck stops with the business owner. To excuse yourself from the lack of communication and staff professionalism is wrong. Employees should be trained that every customer deserves the same time and treatment. My family and I appreciate the "discount" and the comp tire rotation. Unfortunately our final bill was still far more than discussed but will accept it as a learning experience and will demand prices for ALL parts And Labor be communicated by other shops prior to signing any agreement. Thank you Jason for offering a car rental but that wouldn't have done us any good if I needed to transport my husband in the 26 hours you had possession of my truck for 4 1/2 hours of labor. My truck isn't just a vehicle that can get me from point A to point B like any other vehicle. This truck is custom tailored for my husband's now disabilities and needs. It transports him, his motorized wheelchair and hoyer lift to and from places. I also appreciate the offer of a "ride" but that didn't make up for my time my energy and my trust and faith I lost in your shop. My hopes are to educate Any future customers They should definitely ask for a detailed cost estimate including labor AND all parts as to avoid any shock in any additional charges to their bill and hold the shop more accountable to communication. Lesson learned trust is earned and not given freely.

My first conversation was actually with Corey's mother, who was answering the phones at the time. She made me feel like I was talking to family. During our conversation, she shared that B&C Auto Repair has been serving customers for three generations and that her son, Corey, now proudly carries on that legacy. After speaking with Corey, it became immediately clear where he learned his exceptional customer service. He was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely took the time to answer every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. In today's world, that level of personal attention is rare. I brought my 2024 Ford F-250 Lariat Ultimate to B&C for suspension work, engine upgrades, and several aftermarket modifications, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The technicians, Matt and Stephen, were just as friendly, professional, and knowledgeable as Corey. Even while they were busy working on my truck, they took the time to explain the work being performed, answer my questions, and made sure I understood every step of the process. That kind of customer service and transparency is hard to find. What impressed me even more was what happened after the work was completed. Corey stood behind everything they had done. If there was anything that needed to be adjusted or fine-tuned, he didn't hesitate to make it right. That level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction speaks volumes about the character of this business. The team at B&C Auto Repair is worth every penny. You're not just paying for parts and labor; you're investing in decades of experience, expert craftsmanship, and a team that genuinely cares about delivering the highest quality work. Whether you're looking for aftermarket suspension systems, diesel performance upgrades, maintenance, or a complete custom truck build, this is the shop you want working on your vehicle. I will absolutely be returning to B&C Auto Repair for all of my future diesel, suspension, and performance needs. If you're looking for honest people, exceptional workmanship, and customer service that truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend B&C Auto Repair. You won't be disappointed.
